Had to wait several minutes outside the store for them to bring out my mobile order (checked in at drive-thru and was asked to pull around). Was ok with that because I assumed the food would be fresh. The burgers and fries seemed to be, but the chicken fries were cold and very dry. I wonder how long those were sitting out. Service was mediocre and employees never fix/clean the ice cream/milkshake machines in all the times I visit. It takes forever for them to make the food and their work ethic is far from special. I never feel welcomed here by the employees. I hope this location reflects on their mistakes. read more

THEE worst fast food establishment in existence. The owner needs to hire MORE PEOPLE DURING LUNCH AND DINNER HOURS!!!! And those individuals must use at least half their brains during working hours. Almost every time I go here there's either a long wait, a cashier has a horrible attitude and acts as if I'm bothering them or they aren't open when they're suppose to be. I went through the drive thru one morning and the young lady told me they weren't open yet at 7 am. I got to work and waited till 10am and called and asked what time do they open on Saturdays, (which was on a Saturday) and she responded 7 am. I hung up the phone in disgust. I will say that another young lady who was working the drive thru on March 18 at 11:30 am was pleasant and respectful, and a professional. She needs a RAISE. read more

Employees have terrible attitude. 7:30pm on a Saturday; only car in the drive thru, they give out cold food and then go out to there cars. Like the job is that hard. Always horrible service! Stopped going to this location, but wanted to try the new tacos... NEVER AGAIN! The employees are rude and take a really long time to acknowledge your presence if you are not black. Literally waited minutes and they weren't even busy no cars on the drive thru and no one in line inside. They took my order with such an ugly tone. But while waiting, noticed some other people come in (African American) and right away they greeted them and were very friendly to them.. this isn't the first time and other friends have noticed too. (We are Latinos) We've never complained or ordered with attitude..so I was confused as to why we were always getting treated bad. The food is always old and nasty. Don't go to Burger King especially this one! Also included a picture of the new "tacos" they are advertising, they were inconsistent one had black mushy 'meat' others had just lettuce and sauce. Worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King. They wouldn't let me do two separate orders in the drive through so I had to go through the drive through twice. If I could give it no stars I would. Some of the workers that are here are literally so unprofessional. The manager needs to be fired asap because she clearly doesn't know how to talk to people. I went there this morning and sat in line for a good 20 minutes just for them to tell me that they didn't have what I wanted AFTER I asked them and they said yes at the speaker. The manager that was there this morning was SO unprofessional and just rude. She didn't offer another item she just said "I made my last one" and that was all. Disappointed. Had a few good experiences here with a friendly, smiling manager serving, but not yesterday. A drive thru order. Whopper with cheese hot off the broiler, please. That's all. No fries, no drink. Just the sandwich. No biggie. Drove up to pay, got my change and was asked to "pull around and we'll bring it out". I've had experience sitting in front 10 minutes or so, so I said "there's no one behind me, I'll wait". The girl seemed miffed that I wouldn't pull around, so she said she would check on it. I just paid a minute earlier so when she handed me a bag I was surprised. I was in a hurry and drove off. As I unwrapped the whopper, it was hot on the bottom, the burger was cold and the top bun cold. Yeah, it had been sitting on a warmer...NOT hot off the broiler. Hardly any lettuce, no tomato, one piece of onion. Not good. In her haste to get me away from the window, I got a warmed old whopper. Not good. DID NOT HAVE IT MY WAY! Note: If a fast food drive up wants you to "pull around" , and no one is waiting behind you, they are trying to fudge the company wait time objectives, and make it seem like they are doing quick order fills. read more

Kayso. My roommate and I ordered two double whopper meals and after we paid and got our drinks, they made us pull around to the front. There were two cars behind us, so I was like "Okay, fine, whatever." We pulled around and they made us wait. And wait. And wait. And wait some more. After - no joke - thirty minutes, I finally was about to go in when they brought us our food. We were sick of waiting so we went home. Only to discover that only one of our burgers was the double whopper. The other was a chicken sandwich. Also the whopper was cold. Half an hour wait and they couldn't even give us warm food? Tried calling them, but they didn't answer. I ended up giving the chicken sandwich to my roommate and going to Wendy's instead. Food is good, drive thru is bad. They always ask you to pull around and wait for your food.

I have no problem paying extra to add cheese to a sandwich that doesn't come with cheese. However, when paying to "Add 2 slices Cheese" per the receipt, I would expect 2 slices of cheese. Instead, one slice cut into two unequal sizes were added to the sandwich. I'll never go there again. Was it worth saving less than 30 cents to lose a customer? read more
