Pleasantly refreshing crew. Food was cooked fresh and the usual, but the ebbing crew were so friendly and accommodating, it was nice to walk away from a Burger King feeling good for once. Crew was busy cleaning and double checking orders, communicating effectively unlike most fast food places and employee these days. Open 24/7 which is new for Ohio service areas. Who eats breakfast at 2:30am? I stopped at this service station late tonight because I needed gas and a bite to eat. I'd been driving for several hours. I was unbelievably disappointed that I had only breakfast options (and only five of them, at that). But that was before I bit into the delicious croissantwich. Let me tell you, Yelp, I am a believer. What a treat this night turned out to be. 5 stars. Edit: In fact, I liked it so much that I tried the BK on the other side of the highway on the way home. I ordered 2 Whopper Juniors. I'm sitting here at 11:51 pm and I asked the employee what time they closed. His reply. "I'm on break. You can get something in 30 minutes" I didn't ask him if he was on break. He was almost smug in his response as if he was getting some satisfaction by turning me away. Not like I expect great service or food from Burger King but it's the only place open. I'm standing here and watching customer after customer come and leave. I'm guessing $60 in lost revenue oops, another 4 people. Walk away. This is a joke of a restaurant. We stopped in off of I-80 and waited TEN MINUTES for the lady in the back to stop cutting lettuce. At 11 pm. Finally a young kid in street clothes came out of nowhere and took our order. We ordered two burgers, one with and one without tomato. Both had tomato. The entire time our meal was being prepared, the lady employee in the back was coughing up a lung. I eventually refused the order because she was coughing all over the food in the back. 8/23/2013 is the date. We are traveling and stopped in for lunch in the early afternoon. This is a restaurant on the Ohio Turnpike. Ordered 5-pc Chicken Strips with rings The chicken strips had a crust that was tough, very tough, and a stale taste, not crisp. I can't imagine this as being "normal." The meat and onion rings were okay, The restaurant was moderately busy. The employees, not so busy. Someone could die of old age waiting to get their order after placing an order at this Burger King. More workers may not have helped. The pace the employers worked at was steady, but slow, very slow. I asked some question about the menu items before ordering the above. The cashier seemed rude and did not seem to wasn't to answer any questions. I do not eat at BK, or really, any fast food place. I do not know the menus and how things "work." The food is horrible, the service is worse, I waited about 30 mins for my food, and another 10 for the manager to come back to give me my money back for the horrible food. The manager looks is lazy as hell, don't go to the pizza place next to cinnabon either, I got uncooked food from there.
