Ample parking, dining area clean and open. Soda machine was not working. Pretty amazed at the service, been that this is a military town with a military attitude. The guy in the front was supper fast and friendly and believe or not they have burgers already made. I was watching them and the whole crew was very efficient and jump right on the order. Came here on the whim after a long day, I was craving a whopper with all the fixings. Went through the drive through and was second in line, thought to myself it wouldn't be long before I ordered. When I got to the speaker I was told to hold on one second (exact words). I then sat there for about 12 minutes waiting for my order to be placed. After the twelve minute I drove to the window and told the young man that I had been waiting for over 10 minutes and he was like oh man and kind of snickered. I then placed my order with him (#1 medium with a Diet Coke and a chicken fry meal with a sprite), once I got my bag of food I then drove off. Once I got home I opened the bag to eat and feed my daughters, the #1 wasn't correct at all, it was double meat with nothing on it but ketchup. I won't be going to this BK ever again. I will never go to Burger King in Cove ever again. They messed my order up so bad this last time, and also have messed up almost every order in the last couple of months. I told the nice girl in the pick up window "Y'all need the previous manager back" and she said "OMG , I know , right?" My last two visits were terrible. Friday morning wanted the breakfast burrito. I sat in drive thru long enough waiting to order the guy behind me backed up and left. I ended up just pulling thru. No one ever answered to take my order. Saturday morning I thought I'd try again. Zero wait time taking my order by the way which is normally how it is. The Egg-Normas burrito was not egg-Normas. Ok this is the last place in the world you want to visit. I ordered 2 tacos and cheese tots. Tots cold but that's the good news. The tacos I received had brown slash black lettuce on it and the beef was so dried up it was black looking. Called to report to the story manager what happened. I told him he served me bad food but he said I didn't serve you anything. I said you're the manager so yes you did. Your in charge but he still stuck to his guns. Then proceeded to start talking over me telling me to calm down. I said I'm calm and tried to finish my issue. He then got really upset and kept asking my name over and over not giving me a chance to answer then hung up. I called back 2 times they picked up and hung back up. I could of been given a food sickness and their response is to cut me off and hang up. Do not go here ever. They are gambling with your health. I have the pictures to prove how bad my order was. No one should have to pay and be gambling if they are gonna get sick or not. I won't eat those tacos but I learned a valuable lesson do not order fast food without looking at it. Four trips to this business. EVERY time using the drive thru got home and order was incorrect. Drove thru this morning and requested two Ham and Egg Croissants NO cheese and they repeated it back to me. Then when I got to the pay window the girl said let me make sure I have this right you want NO cheese and I replied correct. She then went to the serving window and gave me my order in the bag and said this is right. Got back home and you guessed it both croissants had cheese. Went back to the store 15 minute drive to get my money back. They gave me a refund and said just so you know it wasn't the girl that prepared your order. I said she is responsible as the manager is for checking to make sure the order is correct. Then they gave me a refund but kept the receipt. Pretty smart because when I got home to file a grievance with corporate the site requires you provide the receipt Number. Since I didn't have the receipt I couldn't file a complaint. You would think the manager being that smart would take an equal amount of time and effort to make sure her crew got the orders correct. read more

Excellent experience. This location has not disappointed in all the years I've been going since the 1990s. It's a weathered, worn down, old, Burger King of a bygone era. It needs a remodel, and new fixtures and signage, but the atmosphere is ironically what makes it have charm and personality. It's like stepping back in time when Burger King was truly royalty. The classic Whopper taste was perfectly balanced with each bite. Our only regret was not opting for the famous onion rings, which are better than their fries. And, oh that onion ring zesty dipping sauce, wow! At least I didn't forget that with our order. Made for an excellent ketchup substitute. The fries were slightly average but the Whopper with the cheesy meaty goodness and drinks keep Cove BK at a solid 5! The employees were skilled, speedy ,and polite. I went through the drive thru and ordered a whopper jr with cheese, with a coke. 4 piece jalapeño. A 10 piece chicken nugget for my son. So first I had to wait ten minutes and watch the other lane be serviced before me. Then they kept adding a double whopper to my meal when I never requested one. Then I get my order and there was no cheese on my whopper, I got a four piece when I requested and paid for them both. My fries were cold and old clearly they didn't have time to drop off any. Then I call them several times I guess the phone is cut off due to the corona. It the only BK in Cove so sad how the service at this location has declined these past few months. read more

The worst service ever! I placed a mobile order. No one in line when I arrived! I watched my bags sit for over 10 minutes after I told them I was there. Then finally a manager put them on the counter and called my number. Mayo all over the wrapping, bags squished, and no drinks. So I rarely go to Burger King but I sometimes want the convenience of not having to cook for my family. Each visit I remember why I need to prepare food at home. My order is never what I pay for, my food is cold, and the customer service is lacking. I recently submitted a complaint to Burger King online and received a response from the local owner: Ms ******, I'm sorry that your visits to the Burger King in Copperas Cove have been unsatisfactory. I can't explain why the food you receive there would always be cold and incorrect. I apologize if you were treated rudely by any of the crew working there. I'm also sorry that you feel the restaurant is not clean. Since we apparently don't do anything to your liking and this seems to be an ongoing problem for you, I don't really have a solution. Burger King is my go to hamburger place if I don't want McDonald's (I don't like McDonald's hamburgers) I've never had a bad experience with them. They're all sweet and the food comes out nice and warm. The food is always good especially the whoppers, except the one time the buns were a bit burnt. I went though the drive though after a long day of work, tired and starving, craving a nice big burger, fries, and a coke. It was 20:00-21:00ish, and I was told they would be right with me. so I waited and waited. Then I finally talk to someone, only for the employee to tell me "yea, sorry but we are out of all beef.". I said "never mind I'll go somewhere else". Then I get stuck in the drive through line, because the pavement is not big enough to let someone out and drive around.
