Today I placed an order on the Burger King app at 12:57 and I ordered two Bacon King meals, an order of Chicken Fries, and 4 Jalapeño Poppers for delivery. The app told me that I could expect my order at 1:35. My dasher arrived at 1:22 and the order still was not ready yet which is fine, maybe they're busy, I thought. I also work in the restaurant business, I know how it is sometimes. But by about 1:40, my dasher texted me and told me that she had to go inside to find out where my order was and that they hadn't even STARTED on my order yet. You are supposed to be a fast food restaurant not a slow food restaurant. But my horrible experience does not end here, unfortunately. My order finally arrives at 2 pm & we pull our food out of the bag and, surprise surprise, it's wrong. Both burgers were missing a patty & we got 4 extra poppers and enough ketchup packets to float a battle ship. So, I called and asked to speak to a manager. A woman named Jennifer gets on the phone with an attitude and tries to correct me and say well actually, the bacon king only comes with one patty and that the reason that my order took so long is because they had to put it in 2 or 3 bags or something to that effect, she rambled on for so long that I stopped listening. How are you going to be a MANAGER and not know what comes on the food that you are supposed to be serving? And my order only came in one bag so clearly she was just trying to cover her own behind instead of owning up to her and her teams mistakes. She didn't even apologize and gave me another big attitude saying well, if you'd like a refund, you'd have to contact doordash about that when no one even said anything about a refund. I understand that she had just gotten on shift but, seriously? Unprofessional and could care less about her job. How did this woman even get to become a manager? read more

Breakfast if you intend to order breakfast you will need to go though the drive thru because if you go inside to order you will have a long wait. I stood there for over 10 mins as I watched people looking at me working on the drive thru cars. Not one spoke to me. Drove to MacDonalds and got prompt service. I will not make the mistake of going to BK again. One star just because they were open. read more

Only one star. Chicken Nuggets were cold and tasted old. My Jr. Wopper was also cold. Only one star cause the Fries were ok and the Vanilla Shake was good. Won't be going back there again. You can make it look good on the outside but if you don't improve on your food, it really doesn't matter how nice it looks. read more

I went through the drive thru. I order a 4 piece chicken nugget, medium French fries, and a small drink. The lady taking my order messed up and put in 40 chicken nuggets and I corrected her she said okay I will have your total at the window. I drove up and the guy at the window had my order all wrong. So I once again corrected him and he gives me an attitude saying ugh now you made me over charge you. So being in a rush I hand him my card I drive off open my bag to give my 2 year old his 4 nuggets and there's 40 nuggets in my bag. The bad: the place smells, every surface is completely coated with filth, the floor is literally cleaner than the tables. While still being sticky somehow. There are ceiling tiles missing. The bathrooms are so bad they could be a modern art masterpiece. There is a quarter inch of caked on nastiness on the drink dispenser triggers. How do they even do that? The place smells like a diaper full of burning hair and Indian food in a truck stop port a john. The Center for Disease Control considers bush meat and this Burger King primary vectors for hemorrhagic fever and ebola. There are not enough antibiotics and therapy to make up for this store. It is the ambassador for vegan and organic eating. I can't fully describe the gross layers of caked on filth on literally every surface in English. Someday humanity will evolve enough to invent a language able to fully articulate the vile disgust associated with this Burger King. A quantum level of smegma from an evil dimension of diseased eldrich gods. Perhaps narrated by the ghost of H.P Lovecraft to fully capture the sad, evil neglect associated with this store. Bonus points for the dead cockroach collection in the drive thru window! The soundtrack could be the swarms of flies cavorting on every surface, including your food. The good: Chicken Fries! With a side of explosive pooping. So, how about the best cleanse ever? I think I lost ten pounds through pooping. Blood. Worse than after eating Iraqi food. Extra double bonus round for witnessing every man child in the place hitting on the poor young woman on her first day. DO NOT GO HERE! I have gone a few times and every time my experience has been horrible. My food was sloppy, the employees were rude, and the lobby was filthy. Now I know I shouldn't be expecting much from a fast food joint. But this place is disgusting. The very last time I went, my roommate and I ordered 2 whopper jr. from the drive-in. When we got home to eat the burgers we discovered that they were on stale buns and they emptied out their condiments containers onto our burgers...meaning it was drowning in sauce, to the point where I took one bite and throw it out. Well, not too much to say about the food. Burger king is burger king. Food is good. I just have to say that the staff here are HORRIBLE! I went up to the counter one time & all I wanted was some ranch and NOBODY seemed to notice me. I kept saying , "Excuse me." Every time they walked by to get their attention and they didn't even look at me. Not even a: "One moment." Or, "I'll be right with you." SO rude. And they weren't even busy. I probably stood there for 10 minutes before giving up and going to my seat, but by then my food was cold:/ Another time I only ordered a small smoothie and, once again they weren't busy, yet it took probably a half hour to get me my drink. I pulled around at about 9:30 and I was still sitting there I went back thru the drive thru and they hadn't even made my food!!!! After watching 15 workers mill around and 3 ppl behind me get their food,I finally received the 2 meals and 1 kids meal I ordered. It had only been 20 minutes, seriously 20 minutes on FAST FOOD. I bought a Chicken Jr without mayo, a Spicy Chicken Jr, and two 10-piece nuggets at 1:13PM. I did not get my food until 1:25. For 12 minutes, I watched some employees engage in what must have been very interesting conversation, and the dragging on and minimum effort put in by employees preparing food. When I eventually got my food, the Chicken Jr without mayo ended up having mayo and a stray tomato on it AND the Spicy Chicken Jr had a slimy sauce which was not mayo. I went back in to get my order fixed, and that took another five minutes. As I stood and waited for my sandwiches, I ate my 10-piece nuggets. When I got to the second 10-piece nuggets, it turned out one set of nuggets was much warmer than the other. As I was frustrated enough, I let it go. I should not have let it go, because I became very sick. When I called today to speak to the manager, she offered no condolences and only said "I'll keep an eye on that." She then hung up on me. Just a quick heads up that you should never order a tender grill after dark due to the fact that this burger king always seems to be out, either management dies not know how to count or they are just really bad at ordering which also reflects terrible management it is very sad when I can mock the fact that they are out of these items before they do in fact tell me that they just ran out.....I CAN READ MINDS read more

This BK is only getting a 1 star because I can't rate a 0. A ghetto drive thru employee handed my husband his drinks in a carrier that was unsecured and spilled all over him. Don't buy here! Poor customer service! I went through the drive thru and ordered my meal all the food was cold and they added a drink I didn't order to my bill. I didn't notice till I got home after all this is the drive thru. I called and left four messages finally I called again and someone answered the phone and told me to bring my receipt in and they would replace my meal. I drove all the way back and the female manager on duty said she would not replace my meal because I didn't bring back the food! She told me to fish it out of the trash and come back! read more

I went to this location on 4/30/2016 around 1pm. I had a coupon for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a small fry, and small drink for $4 dollars. I asked to swap the fries for onion rings which doesn't have a price difference and they refused me. I think the drive through cashier was racist since all the other times I've used the same coupon for the same order (onion rings instead of fries) and received it with no problems. Even the managers in the past confirmed it was okay to swap Onion Rings for the Fries. I decided to cancel my order and went to there competitors. I guess Burger King likes to lose customers and money over something that wouldn't have costed them any difference in price. read more

So i placed an order and took it home to find out my burger was made incorrectly. I go back to the store and i go back through the drive thru to tell them i had an issue. I was told i had to go in (no problem). Well i get in and there is 5 other people waiting to order so i wait for 15 mins. I get to the lady at the front and tell her my order was incorrect to which she replies "you need to tell her." Pointing to whom im assuming was the manager on duty named chi chi. I call to chi chi but she doesnt acknowledged me. The girl on drive thru headset asks whats the problem sir. I tell the issue and how i wanted to buy another burger as well as get my remake for burger and fries (since my fries are cold from waiting so long for the right burger). She says no problem ill get you both burgers and a fry no charge. Great i thought, someone who understands customer service. Well the manager hand me the one burger and says well we only messed up the one so here you go. I tell her the other lady told me i could have the three items i explained and asked for, she said i would have to get back in line to pay for the extra items. At this exact point i am pissed because the line got longer and ive been waiting to eat for nearly 30 mins. I wait for a min then chi chi brings up a fresh fry and 2 new burgers and says just take it. Chi chi needs to step out of her bubble she lives in and personalize with customers. Chi chi needs to understand customer service. I eventually got what i deserved to get but will now never go back. I never go to BK and this one time I thought you mnow why not try it. Anyways this accurately detailed explanation of what my experience entailed is over. On a side not i work as a manager at dominos in cove and if my customer isn't satisfied I apologize and take care of them. Chi chi never once apologized to me.
