    Worst fast food I've ever had. Not that it's ever good, but when you want a quick bite it's nice to have. Every single time we have went here it's been bad. Chicken is always dry and over cooked. This time we ordered our grandson a cheeseburger kids meal and it came on regular slices bread not even a bun. What little kid looking forward to a cheeseburger wants it on thick sliced bread?? It's ridiculous and a waste of hard earned money when they won't eat it?! Won't go back and I would not recommend it. UPDATE: Came back by and got a whopper and fries with my boyfriend and the fries were frozen inside. Great job guys! Management obviously sucks. Worst ever!

Inside is spacious and clean. Most of the employees are young but I've always received great service. I prefer the drive-thru to dining in because of how efficient they are - I timed it one day and it only took 2 minutes for them to take my order, ring me up with a sincere smile, and send me on my way! The main issue I have with this location is the food, as it lacks in quality a bit. Majority of the meat choices are usually on the dry side, I've gotten entrees that I could tell had sat out for too long, and the veggies are usually not as fresh as I would hope for. I always get a side of chow mein with my order, and 80% of the time it is 90% old cabbage, 10% noodle. I love my veggies but when they only taste like the oil they were cooked in I lose interest. I will continue coming to this location for convenience but when I'm in the mood for real flavor I'll be looking elsewhere.

As I sit here writing my review I'm still chewing. Live and learn and I'll never order brisket from this place again but stick to the good ol orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Pretty straightforward: Italian bread, steak, American cheese, extra pickles, extra onions, green peppers, mayo, toasted. Literally printed on the receipt. Nothing complicated about it. The sandwich tasted fine, I'll give them that. But the effort? Brutal. There were maybe three lonely little green pepper strips in the whole footlong. Extra onions? Barely there. Extra pickles? Same story. Cheese was there but uneven. It just felt lazy, like someone got halfway through and thought "eh, close enough." And the worst part? No one said anything. No "hey, we're low on peppers, want something else?" No offer to swap toppings or give me a heads-up. Just silent downgrade. If you're out of something, fine -- it happens. But at least tell me. Don't just hope I won't notice. Here's where I get mad: I paid $5.43 after rewards. Yeah, it's discounted, but it's still money. A reward doesn't mean "reward yourself with half a sandwich." It doesn't mean toppings suddenly vanish. If Subway corporate runs deals all the time, customers shouldn't be the ones eating the loss when a location decides to cut corners. THREE PEPPERS?! That's garnish, not a topping. That's like handing someone mac and cheese with one noodle and calling it a day. If I turned in work this unfinished in college, I'd fail. However, when I pulled up to the window, the interaction felt abrupt and unwelcoming. The employee simply stated the total and reached out for payment without any greeting or acknowledgment. I politely suggested that greeting customers might improve the experience, at which point she stated she was the manager, closed the window, and ended the interaction. I understand fast food environments are busy and stressful, but basic customer service--such as a simple "hello" or acknowledgment--goes a long way in making customers feel welcome rather than like an inconvenience. This location is fairly new, and I've heard mixed feedback, so I hope management takes the opportunity to reinforce customer service expectations and training. The food may be fast, but courtesy doesn't need to be slow.
