I used to live in Tigard. The location on Nimbus is the best location period. This one is ok. I'm not sure why they are different. I mean, it should be a standard. 20 years ago, I took my son to New York City for vacation. We had lunch at the Carnegie delicatessen. They had the best corned beef and pastrami I've ever had in my life. I see these commercials for Jersey Mike's limited time pastrami sandwiches. Living in California, now in Oregon I've had a hard time finding a good place that had decent pastrami sandwiches. So I had lunch today at the Jersey Mike's. I ordered a medium size pastrami sandwich, a bag of chips and a soda cost $16. The meat was like chewing bubble gum. I must've spat out at least 85% onto the table. I felt very angry and I would never eat there again. read more

Poor management. There's no system for taking and making orders. I ordered a cold sub and a regular big kahuna cheese steak. I got my cold sub but waited 20 minutes for my cheese steak. Great sandwiches. I'll never willingly eat at Subway again. At first glance, Jersey Mike's seems a bit expensive. Their regular is 7 or 8 inches long and priced similarly to a footlong at Subway. But you must realize that while both chains use bread, meats, and vegetables, that's where the similarity ends. Jersey Mike's uses far better quality meats, they give you more meat per sandwich, and they slice the meats to order just before they go on your sandwich. The vegetables are also fresher and of better quality. The sandwich is put together in a way that shows they care about the end product. It's not just slapped together. I'm stoked that this store is less than ten minutes away from my place. I've made several trips over the last two weeks. Every sandwich was on point, the employees were cool, and the restaurant was super clean. I'll be back there several times over the next few weeks, too. Try the #13 Original Italian, regular on white, Mike's way. Their roast beef is excellent, too, and it's roasted in-store. Jersey Mike's roast beef is actually their most glaring difference in quality from Subway. Comparing them side by side is almost sad. read more

Never had a bad interaction here. They don't provide as many veggie options as a subway but that's not why I come here. Fresh cut meat and cheese right in front of you with the basic toppings is all you need for a classic sub. First time actually ordering a sandwich for myself from a. jersey Mike's. I ordered the #8 Club Sub - one of the most popular sandwiches as far as I can tell by any visit I've been with friends. It is indeed a big sandwich even just half (regular). But The sandwich didn't taste like much. Not a lot of flavor, only thing I seemed to taste was the crunchy bacon which was thank gosh - my favorite part. Although, they only put 2 strips of bacon.. maybe I should I'd ask for extra. It was decent but for almost $10, thought it should have more taste and there's not much veggies and ingredients to add. Customer service: The employees were friendly and fast. Stopped in for lunch while waiting for car being serviced nearby. First time being in a Jersey Mike's . We thought we give it a try since I am gluten and dairy and it's nice to have options besides Subway or Red Robin which are near by. Went into this establishment today to pick up a few subs for my family. I have NEVER been so disrespected in my entire life. The gentleman taking my order (wearing glasses) had an attitude the moment we stepped into the building. No one was in line so absolutely no rush to get our order completed. He raised his voice at me on multiple occasions as well as said "you need to tell me your entire order next time" as I was still deciding what I wanted and ordered my sons sub. I asked him to change his tone and he acted like I was joking. Proceeding to raise his voice and have an attitude. This is now the second time I've been in to this location and not only been argued with about their own menu but then charged for extra and jipped royally. I will never ever return to this location in my life. I have been happy every time I get subs here, which has been fairly often since I live nearby. The staff is always courteous and friendly and the subs are worth every penny more I spend than Subway. I really don't understand the other reviews. One person comes in at closing and they try to thaw out a chicken, they could have just said they didn't have it. It didn't work but hey they tried. I like Jersey Mike's, so this review is for my last visit only. We were there around 8:00 p.m., and ordered two sandwiches. They made the first without issues, and then started on the chicken Caesar wrap. There were 2 workers in the front of the house, and they were visiting with some friends on the other side of the counter. They didn't have a thawed chicken cutlet, and tried various methods to thaw one. We watched while the worker tried frying it for several minutes (leaning his weight on the spatula while still chatting with his friends), slicing it (couldn't, still frozen), and then thawing it in the microwave. I asked them to refund my money for the wrap at this point, as we had been there more than 10 minutes already. Poor quality control---that chicken cutlet was doomed to be tough for whoever eventually ate it. I'll stick with the location by the airport.... read more

Management is poor here compared to other Jersey Mike's Subs. They wouldn't make me a giant as a wrap without charging for two sandwiches. Another Jersey Mike's does...won't names which one in case it is against corporate policy, but doubt it! This Jersey Mike's has lost my business. I have gone to Jersey Mike's many times and have been delighted by their service. However on June 30th when I went in, I noticed the music was blaring. When I tried to give my order I had to shout through my mask and I had difficulty hearing what the other person said. When it came time for veggies, the person there kept asking me what I wanted as I was saying all condiments on the side. I shouted it, showed my phone where it was written, and then really yelled as loud as I could and he still didn't know what on the side meant. Finally another person came by and gave him a to go box for the condiments. By this time I was thoroughly frustrated. I ordered BBQ chips to go with the meal, paid and left. As I was sitting at a light, I noticed that the chips I ordered were not BBQ but jalapeno which I did not want. So then I had to turn around and go back. When I went in I showed the person the mistake and all I got was a very flip "sorry about that" and she turned away. Can we please get the professional servers back there? I really enjoy the foods, but if this is now the level of professionalism that is Jersey Mike's, you lost 3 customers. read more

I've never had a problem and the sandwiches are always really good. The workers there are very friendly, and when I asked them questions about different sandwiches they answered in an accurate and polite way. Only thing I wish they had was a nutrition chart or at least the calories on the menu. Will definitely be coming back though. read more
