In the past decade I've been to the Cutoff Popeyes a dozen or more times and there has never NOT been a problem. Usually a major one. I keep trying again every six months or so to see if maybe they've gotten new management or learned to hire anyone who give even a little bit of a damn about anything. I think I'm ready to just completely give up. I don't know if there's a local franchisee owner or it's corporately owned but the problems are so significant and longstanding that it has to an issue that goes even higher than management level and have to be at the ownership level. How have they been around this long being this badly mismanaged? Maybe I've been watching too much TV, but the only thing that can possibly make sense is that it's a money laundering front and they don't really care if they provide service to make a profit.
