To their credit the food was good and fresh. However the service was very slow. I think they were understaffed, and those who were working were not engaging but very nonchalant. Some of the soda flavors had no syrup. I informed the guy at the counter, but he was not very responsive. The guy filling the orders called out the order number once very quickly and barely understandable, then rather than engage with the people waiting or repeat the number, simply put the order under a heat space. I asked the other guy if that was my number that was just called so he looked, and it was. This BK is annexed to a travel center convenience store and gas station. The atmosphere is dark, and just not the best representation of BK. If I had realized that just down the road there were better options I would have passed on this one. read more

Came in for some lunch and waited by the counter for someone to take my order. There was a gentleman taking drive thru orders and he saw but didn't even acknowledge me. I see that he takes three different orders from the drive thru and no one has asked me what I would like to order. There were three people there and no one bothered to take my order. I finally had to ask if anyone was going to my order. A lady comes up to the register and instead of welcome me she tells me it's going to take a long time for my order since they only had one cook. Poor service on a Friday afternoon. Pull up to drive through, wait at least two minutes to be acknowledged. Then continue to wait a few mor minutes. I finally just asked if it would be better if I came in side. They said yes. Little did I know I should have just keep driving. I pulled around, parked and went inside. There were 3 people in line who had ordered and had been wait over 10 minutes. I waited a while before being acknowledged, and was told they had no idea how long it would take. They had 4 people working, but they didn't really seem to know what to do. One girl just keep looking at the monitors and tried to look busy. I finally left, went to Sonic down the street and had my food in a reasonable time like any fast food restaurant should do. Don't waste your time on BK. read more

This Burger King in Dilley is horrible! They pull patties from the heater tray! Not fully cooked either! The soda fountain never works! I purchased a whopper that was under cooked. I actually asked for a well done patty and they said it was not possible to do so! Called corporate. Bad management. read more

It's was the worst Birger king that I have been to. The services was horrible, there was 4 staff members, the lady in the front had no idea how to take the order then there was one just standing there one preparing the meals and I saw how she took a piece of nasty chicken with her hands. No hygiene what so ever, then to top it off they took 35 min for my order. While I was there waiting there was three men that walked in and acted they were robbing the store with there face covered and yelled "everyone down I am here to rob and staff was tHere looking at something in the back not paying attention and nobody in the register. Enjoy the sticks of salt, I mean, fries. Tell them to give you a random burger since it doesn't matter what you specified. I wasn't the only one. Two other customers were telling me the same thing happened with their orders so I'm not being a knob. Gross! Went in and got a whopper meal, went to put ice in my cup, the ice came out dirty, like very dirty, not just one little dark speck. Got the burger and took a bite, a cold burger bite. With how long they took I was expecting a hot sandwich! The mayo wasn't good either, it tasted like it had been siting out all day, tasted more like bad sour cream instead of mayo. read more

The worst Burger King I have ever been to. The drive through always takes forever. There's always at least a 10 min wait before someone tells you to "hold on". Then "pull up to the yellow line" and then "can you park in the front of the store and we'll bring it out to you". Never fails when I ask for a dipping sauce they never put it in the bag. Takes awhile for someone to help you when your waiting inside which is slightly faster than the drive through. Just don't understand how they can still be slow or in the weeds when there's nobody in line. Need new management. read more

Only one star because I couldn't give them 0.. we were the only ones in the drive thru yet they took over 10 minutes to attend us. As we were giving the guy our order he was rushing us giving us the total after each item. We made a mistake in our order and told him to change it for us and he said "oh my god" with additide. If only I can give this less than a one star. Plan on parking after you order in the drive thru like 20 minutes for a cheese burger and small french fries. Something that small and simple and this happened to me a few times before but this is the longest I've waited and I'm not going to talk about the customer service I'm food with this place. I agree with all the other reviews - DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The meat is cooked ahead and left "warming" till the order is placed. I live in Dilley and have tried and tried BK over the last 3-4 yrs, always slow, the shake machine is always NOT working and the oilfield workers I speak to said they stopped going! So this evening I gave them another chance. . . . Drove in the drive thru and waited, and waited and waited. 3 minutes later I was not welcomed or spoke to via speaker and I even said 'hello?'. Nothing. Then I went across the street to the grocery store and did some shopping and came back to the drive up and sat for a short time. A young worker that had taken the trash out, walked by and ask me to pull up to him and said this: 'It will be 10 to 15 minutes before we can take your order as there is a shift change and we have to count the money!!!!!' That was at 6:20pm, at dinnertime you can't take orders???? Told my friend and he said he got that same story a few weeks ago. read more

I think my review is maybe unnecessary based on what I have read, but thought I'd still share my experience . Walked to an empty register that stayed empty for the 4 minutes I was standing there. Although 3 employees saw me I didn't even get your usual "be right with you". So I figured I would go to the restroom and give it another shot. Came back to the same empty register, with the same result. Hands down the worse customer service I have ever seen, even by fast food standards. Don't waste your time stopping at that location unless you've got lots of time to eventually be attended. read more
