I went thru the drive thru a couple days ago because I had to be somewhere and was in a hurry. The…read moreguy at the drive thru was so rude, I actually couldn't believe it. I only ordered 2 things(a sandwich and chili) and I was the only one in line, and after I ordered the first thing, I started the next thing and he said " give me a minute! ". And, he said a few other rude things. I honestly felt like just driving away. I will never go there for anything ever again. I know nobody really cares, but I hope someone sees this and does something. That place is bad.

Now I don't live very far away, maybe half a mile...When I got home, which literally only takes me 2 minutes to get home...As soon as I get home, I handed out the food...and we started eating right away...well...the nuggets were cold and didn't even taste like they were in the fryer..The breading was soft and mushy...the fries were over salted and cold...when I say cold...you could taste the grease on the fries, as like they were sitting for hours...i really hope they figure something out cause this place is going south...not to mention we sat for a while waiting for the food...

Very nice inside and a significant amount of staff working. DQ ice cream is not my go-to, I'd much rather other options but we do stop here now and again. My biggest complaint is that they don't seem to have the coordination between their mobile orders and the rest of their business setup right. I arrived 5 minutes after my pickup time only to have to wait another 15 minutes for my two blizzards to be made.

Until my most recent trip, I have never had a problem and the food was always up to par with other Dairy Queen locations I have visited. On this visit, I went on my own to the location to pick up some ice cream for the family. I ordered the four Blizzards and took them home. When my fiance opened his up, his Cookie Dough Blizzard was overwhelmingly chocolate, with far too much fudge added. He does not like chocolate, so I went back. In the process of getting it fixed, the Assistant Manager came out to speak to me (I missed her name, but the employees all had incorrect name tags on anyway, e.g. a male employee with the name tag "Chelsea" and vice versa). She explained to me, in the tone one uses with a 5-year-old and in front of a large audience of other customers, that that was how they had always made them but "just this time" she would fix it for me. Not only did she lie to me (as we have never had this issue before in the dozens of times we have gotten this very same ice cream) but she also spoke to me in a demeaning tone of voice while I was just trying to get my fiance's ice cream as he had ordered and gotten it so many times before. I have never been treated so poorly by an employee at any establishment. It is very unlikely that I will revisit this location at any time in the future, which is disappointing because of the proximity to his home.

A few days before ordered 2 tripple cheeseburgers, 2 double hamburgers, basket of fries and 1 chicolate shake and 1 strawberry shakes. Everything was right except they gave us a vanilla shake instead of strawberry. I would say out of the last 10 visits in the past view months , they only got the order correct twice. And these workers expect 15.00 an hour to work and they can't do their job correct. I have never had this much probably at any other McDonald's. They need to pay more attention to their jobs!
