It's your bog-standard Burger King. Nothing fancy here. But nothing horrible either. Got my food quickly. Parking lot is easy to navigate and plenty of parking which isn't always the case. Visited store to purchase item using the app, didn't quite understand the rules for obtaining products using same. Tried to seek understanding from the person serving me and it was the most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of assisting me, he walked away, leaving me confused and upset. I recommend but today I was very disappointed. Mrs Thelma is usually on drive thru pickup and she's just a sweet lady. I Never see her without a smile on her face. Food usually wonderful but today I was just taken back with my overall experience. We ordered 4 whoppers and a large fry . I ordered one no onions - cool. We watch the cook make 5 whoppers they all had cheese on them- few minutes later I see the cook then take all cheese off and throw it away. Takes about 6 mins then our food is bagged and we take it home. We open it up because none were labeled "no onions". To our surprise there were 5 whoppers and MOST HAD NOTHING BUT OLD LETTUCE AND TOO MANY PICKLES - (whoppers should have Mayo,lettuce,tomatoes, onions,pickles, ketchup and mustard) all optional per customers order. We got back in the car thinking we got someone else's order. Arrive back at Burger King, cashier asked what was wrong and I say these whoppers have nothing on them. She said we have NO INGREDIENTS OUR TRUCK HASN'T ARRIVED. Mad because why as the customer couldn't I have been told outright they had nothing . This has been a more recurring thing in fast food I've seen. They don't tell you important information, and let you make the choice of whether or not to purchase or leave. $5 for a veggie burger can be expensive but if it's good, I am willing to pay that price and more. Drive Thru can be pretty quick, minus having to pull to the door to wait for your food. I order a whopper with no meat. Should be fairly easy, right? Wrong. My sandwich reeked! I could not figure out what on my sandwich was smelling so bad. Turns out, it was SPOILED tomatoes. I am not sure why this place drive thru is so slow! I have gone three times and each time I am always asked to pull up an someone will bring out my food. One time they gave me the wrong order and I had to wait for them to remake it because the guy gave it to the wrong car. I understand things get backed up but even when there are only one or two cars in the drive thru I still had to wait. Burger King is a FAST food place they need to learn how to put this word into action. The servers are friendly so I give them credit on that part. read more

The biggest issues are that most of the employees are rude & they don't get your food right. If it's wrong and you ask for it to be done right one of two things are gonna happen. They are going to get it wrong several more times or get pissed off for having to redo their mistake. I just walked out because my burger wasn't done. It was red inside. I brought it back to have it redone and the cashier swore it was done and then her and the lady making the food were fussing about me saying it wasn't done and that they were all like that. Which they aren't. Then they were fussing about me bc I was at the first booth facing them so I heard everything. So I left without my burger or money back. I called corporate and filed a complaint. I talked to the manager Jason who also said they couldn't cook their burgers well done. He agreed to give my money back but swore up and down that the 2 other employees were not talking about me when I heard every word. I had to go somewhere else for lunch.
