Unless you have time on your hands - I would choose another one of the fast food spots near by. During the time of our visit: they ran out of toilet paper in the women's and men's bathrooms, ran out of hand soap in the men's bathroom, there was no ice in the soda machine, and the sweet tea canisters were on the counter with the registers - being shared by the customers and the workers handling the drive thru. This fast food wasn't very fast... Several people left the line while we waited for our order and the activity in the back was...slow. We didn't feel a sense of urgency. I know a lot of places are understaffed these days, so idk if this was a bad day. Our order was correct and hot. read more

Food was decent but the service was some of the most unprofessional group of people i've come across besides the cook in the back, listening to them complain about customers being annoying, cursing, asked for sauce and was met with "Sauce for what?" like lady give me my sauce why must I tell u what for I have to pay for it for all you know I'm building an entire sauce sculpture, yet that would still be none of your business, floors dirty, and constant complaining from the so called workers made me have to come steer people away from here , which in hindsight I'm sure they actually would appreciate because they don't wanna interact with human beings. read more

This was the worse burge i have ever bought. its been years since i bought a bugger at Burger King . Now I know I will never go back. The burger came out cold and soggy. They should not call their onion rings onion rings because I got breaded fried circles. Stay away from that place. Plus the drive through took forever and we were the only one in line. Ms. Kaneshia the drive-thru representative was NOTABLY outstanding . . . Perhaps because of my history as a customer service training coordinator I have a particular bias toward celebrating great service; especially when it is so rare to find true customer care in a fast-paced industry like Burger King, but Ms. Kaneshia was completely refreshing in her approach and care. She made me feel important and although she did not rush me, neither did she waste my time. And that was all before I got to the window to pay for my order. When I pulled up to the window and heard her tell another team member " I've got your back" I was so impressed by her attitude, service, and help. Indeed if it were not for Ms. Kaneshia taking the time to make sure that things were in order and they could properly prepare my food, ( their impossible broiler had gone down) my meal would surely have been sub-standard at best, if I had even got the opportunity to eat at all. I am very grateful. Kaneshia could have just as easily said we can't fix your food because our equipment is out. However, she investigated, took charge, and I got a wonderful meal. Also . . . I asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes and unlike other locations that have just given a thicker tomato or totally disregarded the request. But whoever prepared and cooked my food did a GREAT job. I would like to give it a 0! Dirty disgusting smelly bathroom. If we hadn't already paid for our food I would have left once I saw this bathroom. One of the workers was sweeping the filthy carpet in the dining room for about 5 minutes. The food was awful and tiny. They charged me to fill my travel drink cup. Service: cashier forgot both my onion rings and my mom's tea, requiring three transactions. I believe she was in training. Another employee grabbed my onion rings off the warmer with bare hands. Food: Mom's tea was not freshly brewed. My cheeseburger tasted like a piece of American cheese was just slapped on, unmelted. Stopped at this BK on my 7 hour drive home to stretch and grab a veggie burger combo meal. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, service was fast and friendly enough (I've had better, but it definitely wasn't anything to complain about), they had one of those crazy beverage machines with 150+ options, and the food was okay. It wasn't the greatest round of fries, as they could have been crispier and more salted, but eh, it's 2 star worthy fast food. read more

Horrible! We sat at the order window for more than 20 minutes. Well, while sitting here talking about the bad service, I went online and saw that they provide you with dirty cups so, we pulled off. This Burger King does not deserve any stars. Stars are meant for acceptable customer service. My family was hungry and excited when we saw a Burger King and expected a great breakfast. It was everything but the opposite. I understand it was breakfast time but it was not busy. The drive thru customers were not taking care of and inside was even worse. All the customers inside got the wrong orders were rung up wrong and did not get any utensils or condiments with their meal. Upon the food the manager didn't even know what the orders were and doubted herself when she was giving the orders out. A road trip can be stressful enough and this experience made it worse. I hope they can improve their service. read more

We stop at Burger King on our travels. I will have to give this Burger King 5 stars for its great management. The process from ordering to receiving our food was the best one we have used in traveling interstate 95. There were enough employees to keep the flow going and everyone was courteous and helpful. OK this place was seriously disgusting. We stopped there at 10 o'clock for a coffee and they gave me a dirty cup. It looked like something had dripped all over the outside of the cup and had dried. When I walked back to the window to ask for a new coffee they handed me a new cup and put the old cup right inside of it and expected me to drink the old coffee. read more

The customer service is HORRIBLE here. First, the new employee took our order wrong. When we went back to the counter to fix it, another employee was so rude to us when we explained this is not what we ordered. After major attitude from them, the supervisor came over with an even bigger attitude! It turned into a bickering show. All they had to do was fix the order... which only costed us $0.65. 11:00 pm on a Sunday night. I was in the mood for one of their highly advertised Oreo shakes. However, "The ice cream Machine is down for biweekly cleaning". I don't understand why they can't do this while the store is closed. Or have a secondary ice cream machine for when one is in cleaning. The customer should never have to suffer because of the business not being able to sell what they're supposed to sell because of cleaning. Arrived here around 3:20 on a Thursday and left at 3:00 without food. We sat in the drive-thru for 35 minutes, 12 were spent at the window without seeing a single person or giving payment. I finally left along with at least 5 other vehicles. I went in to speak with the manager to find the lobby full of people complaining about wrong orders. The employees appeared to have no direction and it was chaos behind the counter. Made me remember why I moved out of Fayetteville in the first place. I've lived in this area for 27 years and probably have visited this location the same amount of times. I keep trying thinking I'll get better service, but this is the last time. The cashier was alone and either new or overwhelmed. She had to keep asking the manager how to do just about everything. I had coupons but our orders were not complicated. 2 kids meal, whopper Jr special, and $5 Whopper Meal. She never asked about what kind of drinks for the kid's meals and when we asked she said they came with Apple juice. We weren't given an option. We waited 6-8 minutes and food was not hot, just warm. Fries were hot. I took 1 Whopper Jr and Whopper back. Employees didn't even look at me or ask what I needed. They remade the food, but it still wasn't hot. People were standing waiting for their food for at least 6-7 min. Ketchup machine wasn't working and had seeped all around the bottom of it. I'm done. All of the employees looked like they hated their job. No smile. No thank you. Never again. I'm done. read more
