Stopped in for a casual meal and unfortunately had a mostly negative experience overall. The service was friendly, but basic things were lacking--napkins were scarce and utensils were missing. The burger was very disappointing and tasted like it had been boiled. The steak and trio appetizer was better, though the shrimp lacked flavor. On the positive side, the tater tots were good, and dessert was a highlight--the carrot cake and ice cream with a cookie were both enjoyable. The biggest issue, however, was being charged an additional $3.79 for milk with tea, which is completely unreasonable. Shame on you, Ruby Tuesday--that's just insane. read more

The only reason I give this location 1 star is due to staff friendliness... Other than that, don't recommend one bit. They batted 0 for 4 tonight. I was told I can make a ceasar salad at the salad bar. Hows that possible with no caesar dressing? Ordered a steak medium rare, hoping for at least medium. Hows medium well sound, slathered in butter. Refill on my unsweetened tea .... No sir... You get sweet tea! Ok... Redeem yourself with a chocolate chip brownie sundae... ERRRRRRRRR. I came to Ruby Tuesday to celebrate my mom's birthday. Upon arrival, we were immediately seated. My dad felt cold near the window so asked to move to another booth and they accommodated without any issues. Service was a little in the slower side so there was a wait for everything. Food took around 20 minutes to arrive and unfortunately my food was less than satisfactory. I ordered the triple play that included a 6iz ribeye, half rack of ribs, and fried shrimp (I opted for grilled shrimp). I also had a side of mashed potatoes, which were cold. The hottest thing was the plate the food arrived on. My steak was overcooked. I asked for medium and it was well done (zero pink). My mother enjoyed her lobster mac and cheese and my dad ordered a medium 12oz ribeye that was cooked medium well but he enjoyed it. The manager came around twice to check in the table. The restaurant itself was lightly dimmed and cozy if you weren't by a window. Service was okay but as previously mentioned slow. My wife and I decided to eat at RT due to its close proximity to the hotel we stayed at on our home to NY. We weee seated quickly and given options for the type of table we wanted. The waitress took our drink orders and appetizers and had them on our table in under 5 minutes. Pretzel sticks and spinach dip were our choice. Hot and delicious, no complaints whatsoever. I had a beer and wife chose a Long Island Iced Tea. She loved it and said it was made perfectly. For dinner we had the chicken parm sandwich and Philly cheesesteak both were hot and also delicious. Walked in after long day driving, seated next to the bar and left to wither. 20+ minutes later, had to go find the hostess and ask if we had a waitress or was this self service. She approached a waitress that was standing at the bar talking with the bartender and his customers ten feet from our booth ignoring our table completely. When my wife asked about a "spicy" margarita she said I don't think we have that... She took my drink order and brought me a regular margarita and never mentioned spicy... My wife asked again and she went to the bartender and asked. Yes, he can add jalapenos to a margarita. Evidently the waitress is here for the socialization rather than service. 3.5 Stars Since all the Ruby Tuesdays in my location have all closed, I was happy to know there was one open here in Fayetteville NC. Even though some of the reviews seem low, I wanted to give it a try anyway. The service and the salad bar was definitely the highlight of the experience. Salad bar seemed to have very cold air blowing though, (almost freezing the veggies), but everything at the bar tasted good. My waitress (Melody)was wonderful. Friendly, attentive, made suggestions, offered to replace anything I wasn't happy with, with no judgments at all. I enjoyed the music selection and the atmosphere as well. The bourbon glazed salmon was good but a bit too sweet for me (still good though, so didn't want to have them remake it). In summary, if I'm in the area again, I will come back for the salad bar. read more

Salad bar was perfectly presented and our server Lana was very nice. Clean well organized location came in for lunch had a Parmesan hoagie and tots. Getting a salad bar on top is too much but who can resist. I will be stopping by here again. read more

This is the second time I've stopped here while traveling to and from Florida. When you walk through the door, you're time-traveled back to 1986 with the dated decor. The place is a dump, doesn't look clean and the food was terrible, each time. I thought perhaps my first bad experience was a one-off, but I won't be back. Tonight, while sitting at the bar, I killed a bug walking across the bar top. I must say, though, the staff was very nice. Highly recommend avoiding this place. read more

Went to Ruby Tuesdays in Fayetteville NC on Cedar Creek Road . Server Tanya was extremely rude , not only to her but to other wait staff. The only reason we stayed was due to our waitress, Savannah . She was fantastic. I order was made to perfection, she was very friendly and checked on us multiple times making sure we had drinks, etc.. she was a great waitress! Spending the night in the area I stopped at this restaurant in hopes of a good meal . I ordered the salmon bowl and was pleasantly surprised that it was very good and filling. I could not eat it all and Rebecca was an excellent waitress. She was pleasant and efficient. The new summer menu is convinced me to make this one of my favorite restaurants again. The place had a shabby feel to it with sticky menus and the one I was given was almost ripped in half. Ordered a draft beer but was told no draft because taps were broken. Wife ordered a Cosmo with Absolute. Told no Absolute available and waitress was unsure of what vodka available. Found out Tito's was available. Next wife says omg waitress making drink. Apparently no bartender on duty. Drink came and tasted like no vodka in it. Asked for some more vodka and got less than a shot on the side Wife ordered blackened tilapia. It was raw, not cooked. This was shocking. I arrived at 6:15 p.m. with my 93 year old father-in-law and the restaurant was no more than half full. When we approached the hostess, she said there would be a 10 minute wait for a table. So we stood near the hostess station. Five minutes later a couple came in and were told the same thing and that they could not sit at any of the empty seats at the bar, either. So the woman said to the receptionist, "what is the reason for the wait? You have empty tables.". The receptionist replied that there was only one bartender and she was overwhelmed and that the food orders were backed up. Over the next 10 minutes 3 other couples arrived and were told the same thing. After 20 minutes of waiting I then approached the hostess and said that the situation was unacceptable and that my father-in-law - who walks with a cane - couldn't keep standing. The hostess then told me we could sit outside on benches the entry doors. i reiterated that this was unacceptable, and in response, the hostess actually said, "Yes it is, and don't tell me to do my job.". At that point I said again that this was unacceptable to me as a customer and asked to speak to the manager. She replied, "No. You can just leave." Which, of course at that point, we did, and we returned to our hotel and dined in the hotel restaurant. I am 68 years old and have never witnessed such rudeness or improper behavior on the part of restaurant staff in my life. read more

And then some boneless chicken wings - those I didn't enjoyed- too much seasoning on the breading. I wouldn't suggest those! Other than than.
