I've always enjoyed Burger King in general, but this was by far the WORST experience with BK. We pull up to the drive thru at 9:15pm, and we look into the dining room and there at least two employees just sitting there on their phones. We pull up to order, and the girl asks me to wait. After about 5 minutes, I start placing my orders. I ask for sweet tea with one of my items, and they don't have any. I ask for onion rings with another one, and they don't have any. I pull up and pay. As I'm waiting for my card back, the girl at the window and another employee are arguing about something. I get my drinks and she asks me to pull up and they will bring my orders out to me. We wait for about 10 minutes and someone brings my order to us. Didn't say anything, just stuck the bags out to me like it was an inconvenience we were there. We check the order and immediately see a problem. We ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich. It was the first thing I ordered. My wife tried to go inside and the door was locked. Door said dining room closed at 10pm but it was locked and some of lights were off. They reluctantly opened the door. My wife told them we didn't get our sandwich and the girl at counter argued with her that she didn't hear us order it. Ironically, one employee, who was sitting in the dining room, heard us order it. She reluctantly asked had an employee make it (and did not key it into her terminal), but told my wife she would have to pay "cash". My wife said no because we knew she had no intent on putting that money in the drawer. These employees, with the exception of one who made the chicken sandwich, were very immature, rude and unprofessional. I truly hope some changes get made here!!! Customer service is the worst. I went there when my sister was visiting out of town to get coffee. They were out of coffee. I went a few days ago to get a meal and they said they didn't have any change every time you go you pull up ,pull backwards that's a bunch of bullshit poor Management. you're running a business why wouldn't you have ample amount of cash coins currency on board and knowing that people come there for Coffee is on your menu you should have ample amount of coffee on your menu. very poor Management lack of courtesy lack of respect. read more

Absolute shithole! Missing half the stuff I wanted then claimed they were out of stock

Order a Whooper with Cheese NO LETTUCE AND ONION and when ask to repeat my order to be sure it was correct I was shout at to read her (damn) screen. Then once I was at the window I was instructed to back up and get closer to the window. This is very unacceptable and I will not be back to the Forest, MS location ever again and I will be letting everyone I know the service I received when I was there. The service is horrible at the Forest location! The manager is never there and the staff is out side in the parking lot with the loud bang bang music. There was only one young lady is inside working her tail off to serve 5 others besides me. When I got my order the coffee was cold, I had to stay for the next pot to brew. The owners should sell if they can't do any better for our town. We deserve better service and food. read more

If I could give zero starts I would. I just was at the drive thru and asked for several different drink options that were on the menu. The person on the speakers keeps saying no to everything in an annoyed tone. I don't believe they were out of everything at 4 pm.We just drove away. Horrible service. read more

I'd give a zero if I could only bc they're incompetent as hell. I asked for a sausage cheese croissant and a egg cheese croissant. Simple right?? Guess not. This chick looked at me like I was speaking another language. Then acted like she didn't even want to be bothered. I ended up with one sausage cheese croissant and one with TWO sausages egg and cheese croissant. To add icing on the cake they not only forgot my French toast sticks, but my husband asked for a sourdough sandwich and they put this mess on bread and didn't even at least toast it. Ate at restaurant:Got chicken fries, they were cold, no sauce given, ordered a whopper-add cheese, only lettuce and mayonnaise. It was fully dressed with onions, tomatoes, pickles. It was so cold the cheese would not melt. To top it off the meat was very pink. The one and only drink dispenser only had a few available sodas. Dr. Pepper was not one of them. The only good thing was the fries and really they weren't spectacular...they were the only thing that was hot. Save yourself alot of hassle, eat somewhere else! read more

Ridiculous!!...is the one word to sum it up. I am a local in this community and this is one fast food joint that has declined in so many ways very fast and sad. 90% of the time we drive thru for our order..the person taking the order speaks to us as if it's a bother/inconvenience for us to place an order. "What you need"...was how she started the ordering conversation. When placing our order numerous items were unavailable because they "were out."....buns. Ice. And would need to wait 25m or more she said for a meat patty to be prepared. ?!... I'm not sure why but we continued to order but ordered items that were supposedly available. After paying we were told to "pull up" and wait.. This isn't our first negative experience but we've been hoping it would eventually get better but it hasn't. The workers has piss poor attitudes, the lack of speed, and several times we've ordered the same thing and our ticket prices are different. With the way things are going I don't understand how this business stays open... I know one thing I'm DONE with Burger King. I will not be treated with disrespect with sadly poor service. read more

This is the worst Burger King in the world. Don't bother going there. They needed up my order twice. Apparently they just don't give a shit.

The last 7 times. I have been to this facility, 4 times their system was down and they had no expected time to recover. This morning biscuits were cooking and it would take 15 mns at 7am and at 12:30 today their broiler went down and it would take 15 mns. This has only been a problem in the last year. I have been going to this establishment for at least 10 years. Not sure what has happened. I love BK burgers, I just don't get to eat them that much because of the above. read more
