They close at 7 PM and aren't open for breakfast. Kind of pointless to even be there. "Have it your way"- I think not.

Walk in and the board challenges you with your options. There is even uh ... a Veggie burger (they keep a corner of the grill clean for those.) for those who don't indulge in the good stuff! Speaking of the grill ...it is kept nice and clean when the meat's not sizzling. Went with THE BLEND (chuck and brisket) on a pretzel roll. Added some aged gouda plus horseradish aioli oh my ...OH YES!!! Served open faced for the eyes to take in but I was eager to close it up and enjoy!! Cooked medium ... the juices poured out ... yes it got sloppy-good! The beef flavor came through midst all the other roll adornments! Tasted oh so good! A great burger! Ordered a side of fries ... they were plentiful but merely ok but we came for the BURGER!! Service was great ... friendly and interactive! There are only a few small tables (No room for all your friends!) and the "barr" which is a lengthy counter where you can eat your burgers elbow-to-elbow with friends or strangers. Another plus is the soda is top notch made with cane sugar (I chose water though.). If you're hungering for a really good burger now you know where to go.

Great service friendly and helpful. 3 people all ordered the Kobe burger. Choose of bun went with brioche and seedless white. Buns good size to fit burger. The burgers were ordered medium one came more well done. But everyone enjoyed lettuce, tomato and secret sauce. Side of fries had skin on yum. Malted vinegar available. Also got onion straws with some the secret sauce. Boylan's rootbeer in bottle the fountain soda machine was being worked on. Recommend and will return.

I'm not sure why they call this restaurant Flying Pig. It's not as if they have a lot of BBQ items…read moreon the menu. They do have pulled pork and BBQ ribs along with bacon on everything. I haven't been to this site since it was Dublin Square which was a long time ago. Some of the layout changed. They no longer have the old bar separated from the dining area. Callie was our server and did a great job. I was there with some friends from SC. We started by ordering the large pretzel which comes out on a pretzel hanger along with some beer cheese for dipping. They also use that hanger for bacon. The pretzel was enough for 4 of us. I ordered the wings and selected Nashville Hot and Hog Sauce as my flavors. They claim they sell by the pound ($15.50) but it ends up being 8 wings. If you want to split flavors, they make it dry and bring the sauce on the side for dipping. Luckily the Nashville Hot is a dry rub. It was very good and not too spicy. The Hog Sauce is a combo of Buffalo and Garlic which was excellent. The wings themselves were plump, juicy and crispy. Five stars. Plenty of parking. Some tables available outside for outdoor seating when it ever gets nice in NJ. Bathrooms were very clean. You may find some little pink pigs around. Not sure if they're complimentary, but my wife took the one that was next to our table. My only complaint is they have too many of their draft beers designated for only 10 oz pours even with low ABV. I had a Kane Head High which was in a 16 oz glass. They also use OpenTable for reservations which I used as well.

This is a great craft beer bar and pizza place. I recommend this place unreservedly…read more With 18 beers on top, and a menu that ranges from pizzas to burgers to sandwiches to full meals, this place has it all. I ordered a taste of set of four different IPAs, and was able to pick out my winner (Kane high head). I ordered the house flying pig pizza, basically a meat lovers pizza, and was not disappointed. It was a decent amount of meat, and just the right size for an old-time like me. The service was great, attentive, but not overbearing. Kim the manager, reflected this great balance of being friendly, checking in, but leaving the patrons be. Bathrooms were very clean, and who can argue about a TV above a urinal?
