They are friendly and they try, but it really sucks to pay $13 for a meal and you get this (pictured below) the royal crispy sandwich I got is a tiny burnt piece of chicken. Also be prepared to wait a very long time even if no one is there. read more

I went here for food. I have been here before and had a couple problems but nothing seems to have gotten better and quite frankly, it seems to have gotten worse, and the management seems to be a worse as well. I looked up at menu for what was available. It was just after 10:00 AM and expected to see only breakfast items but it showed Whopper Value Meal #9 on the short list of 3 items. I ordered a number 9 @ 10:11 AM and dot my food at 10:31 AM. I thought 20 minutes was a long time for a burger at Burger King. It was a signature burger on the "All Day Menu". The lady behind the counter said that's how long it takes if you want it fresh. I would like to add that I was the only person in the dining room. Not sure who to point the finger at; the slow worker that forgot to drop the fries or the lady behind the counter that is telling these tails of fresh food. Either was, this place has a pattern of poor service and won't be trying them again for about a year. Kinda sucks cause it's our only burger place at Fort Irwin CA. Maybe weak management with excuses is the best way to sum up the place. read more

SLOW, Slow service, most of the staff seems like they don't even like their job(especially the managers), and the food is mediocre. I asked for fresh fries and got a confused/frustrated look from the manager and she said they were fresh with an attitude... Then I was served stale fries with no salt on them, they had dried before getting the salt added. Smh the chicken strips seemed like they were cooked over an hour ago, and left to sit on the warmer which is gross. There is a Korean lady working the register, and she barely speaks English, so I'm confused as to why she is in charge of the drive thru, or register... Seems like the entire place doesn't care at all The restrooms there are filthy, and no toilet paper dispenser, the paper is simply placed on the gross floor that's in need of a serious deck scrub. How can someone use dirty toilet paper to clean themselves up??? (If the restroom is filthy the kitchen is WORSE)I mentioned this to the management over a month ago and it's NEVER BEEN FIXED. I'm starting to think even the AAFES people who manages them don't really care either it's really a shame. I would give a 0 star rating but yelpade me give them a star... Smh read more

I honestly don't understand how this place has had so many bad reviews. I eat here often since I work up here and the service is always pretty decent. If they make mistakes they are fast to fix them. The bread and fries are always fresh and their soda machine is always stocked with soda. Just a tip though, they tend to put the drive through as priority, so ordering from your car is going to be much faster than going in. Overall it's a good place to have lunch. The floors are clean, the A/C is always working and if you treat the Popeye's ladies nice, they hook you up! read more

Possibly the worst Burger King I've ever been too. Three visits and twice they could not operate the register! Once forgot to fill my order while I stood at the counter after order for 15 min. Then had the nerve to ask me what I needed like they forgot who I was. The food comes cold and the bread was stale on each visit. Most people know Burger King and their menu so I'll focus my review on this particular location. The drive thru gets backed up pretty bad at meal times and the store itself closes pretty early but since it's on Fort Irwin which is isolated in the middle of nowhere that's hard to crticize. Anyone who eats at BK should know how cruddy their 'meat' is. I'd love to know what it is they put in their burger patties cause there's no way it's real beef. Service at this location is rather indifferent at best, sometimes they go out of their way for the customer and sometimes they make up policies as they're speaking to you. Whatever. I'd like to see AAFES get rid of the fake burgers and bring Chipotle on post, that'd make the Soldiers happy and would be healthier eating too. read more

They get your order wrong most of the time, make sure to check it thoroughly before you leave the drive thru. Inside, be careful, they try and charge you for things not ordered, like extra cheese on a whopper, etc. or upsize your order to a level above what was actually ordered. read more
