Nope this not the place to stop. On my way to Vegas and stopped by the drive thru and placed order with no one in front or behind and was asked to pay for order and to park to have food brought out. There is no need for that for the reason that food was ready in a few minutes. When employee that was a female came to bring out order did not know what car I was in and gave our order to another car. I right away noticed the other car just came out of the drive thru and was told the same as well. That lead to our food being opened and handled. There is no need for this to happen Jack n box. It's Barstow and should be easy in and out. Well it was not. I immediately went inside to inform my food was given to the wrong customer and was given immediately an attitude. Manager came out with an attitude as well and made no eye contact, just said "give me your credit card you used" without letting me explain for feedback so this would not be the case. The workers are all not motivated and dropping pans and kicking them around. Shit is nasty and crazy in there how bad it is. I am so glad I did not eat food there with how it's handled. Do not stop here go to the Baker location much better experience. read more

Stopped by this Jack in the Box at 7:45 PM on our way home, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We placed our order at the kiosk, and when my husband tried to order an Oreo shake, we were told the shake machine had already been cleaned and couldn't be used--even though they don't close until 10 PM. It was frustrating, especially since there were still cars being served in the drive-thru and plenty of time left before closing. I understand cleaning procedures are important, but turning away customers hours before closing for something as simple as a shake was a letdown. * BEST & NICEST customer service on HWY 15 * My two sons and I travel to Las Vegas regularly to visit family and we have been opting to stop here for our commute grub. We used to pull over in Barstow but sometimes it's just too crowded and we just want to get our food and go. I wish I had the employee's name on hand to give her a specific shoutout because we have been helped by her twice in the drive thru and although it's a quick get and go my children and I have praised her kindness and customer service as we pull back onto the highway. This was probably the best jack in the box I have ever went to. The service is great first of all the staff working tonight a 9PM!!! Was the nicest lady I have met. I went to the bathroom and it was very nice and it had these futureristic toilets and they were nice. When we got our tacos we asked if we could get some hot sauce since in my family we love the hot sauce there and she literally pointed to were the fork are and they were free to grab!! I've never been to a jack in the box that has free to grab hot sauces! And best of all there wasn't a lock it code to use the bathrooms! read more

We totally love this specific Jack in the Box! Kenny ( the manager?) and his team are absolutely THE BEST! We were passing by with our truck and saw they were already cleaning , ready to close it was very late. But they were not hesitating to let us in and prepared everything fresh for us. ...best burgers and fries we ever had and that kind of customer service and dedication to the job and wanting happy customers is what we haven't seen in a very long time, not even in fancy restaurants anymore. Please don't come here food is always cold !! Even if there no line!! They charge for dipping sauce!! Sometime they don't give you all your food!! I always have to check before I leave the place!! Because they will say they give it to you already!! I just I didn't mind that the food was always cold because I would take it home to reheat it!! But now they are starting to charge for dipping sauce, even if your item need dipping sauces to eat with like eggs rolls or onion rings!!! the service was terrible my husband had to repeat himself more than once just for non spicy chicken and waffles for our toddler which comes with two chicken strips and another order of three spicy chicken strips with curly fries. not only did my husband have to go back twice to tell them they got it wrong they didn't do anything about it. no curly fries were given my toddlers meal had a spicy strip with a non spicy strip as her two and the other meal also had two non spicy strips. My husband was upset already as is because the employees weren't listening to him. He even showed them pictures from their website. he didn't even bother going back in to ask them to fix it again. they charged him for the curly fries we didn't receive and for three spicy chicken strips we also didn't receive. it was one out of the two that was actually spicy. read more

The past two times I have visited this location my food was completely wrong and not what I ordered. I ordered a munchie meal and received completely different sides and the drink was wrong. I was the only person in the drive thru and my order was not overly large or complicated so I don't see where things could've went too wrong there. No one infront of you, no one behind at the drive through, they will say, "Please pull forward and park in front and we'll bring it to you." WTF? I used to really love JINB, but it feels and tastes like they have lowered their quality over the last 10 years. Not just this one, but all of them. We're 151 miles away from Vegas and I'm in desperate need of a restroom. What can I say? I'm a girl and that's what we do. This Jack in the Box stands alone off the I-15 freeway with nothing nearby except for a few gas stations on the other side. It's a little creepy but it was the only option besides the gas stations and gas station restrooms are just plain filthy. This one was just as bad. While the stall was clean, it was unappealing from the outside and there was a woman washing laundry at the sink. The automatic dispensers didn't work and I had to keep pushing the dryer to dry my hands and ultimately gave up and rubbed them dry on my jeans. I walked out and suddenly I was in the mood for shakes. I think I'll be stopping at every Jack in the Box until I try everything they have to offer. The vanilla shake was a rich creamy shake and the small was enough to handle and really gives In-n-Out some stiff competition. Our grilled cheese wasn't all that great but it was enough to munch on until the next stop. Also shakes are 50% off until New Years. I might get another one if I'm in the mood. read more
