Edgerton, WI has the world's biggest Culver's; which is definitely top five on-a-counta aesthetic but not #1. Because Willmar, MN has the #1 best, most awesome Culver's in the solar system! West Coasters love to brag about In N Out, but they got nothin on the Midwest sensation that is Culvies! So Culver's is the best fast food burger chain, and Willmar has the best of the best!! I'm from Maryland and we don't have Culver's, but it's so good we always make sure to grab it at some point when in Minnesota! The butter burgers are so good they don't compare to any other fast food restaurants. Their fries are alright, just wavy fries. But what really makes the meal complete is the frozen custard. Omg. Ever since this store has opened, this restaurant has been our top pick for the infamous Culver's burgers! The food is terrific, and the menu is greatly diversified for a fast food place! Sometimes, I get the cod dinner, just for a change! I miss the Americana decorations that used to be there...the pictures with the shadows of family and friends from "days gone by" should NOT have been removed! They spoke to the value of things done well, as in times past. Having said that, I am also very sorry to report that the service has not just fallen off; it has dropped off a cliff since they first opened! The drive-through cannot handle anything more than a plain burger/cheeseburger and forgets something on our order EVERY time! This has not just been a one-time occurrence, but happened multiple times, so now we only trust them for our burgers and fries (trying to keep it basic) if using the drive-thru and save the "complicated orders" like something besides ketchup or plain on our burgers for times when we have time to go in, so we can let them know what needs to be fixed. Once, we got four cheeseburgers, when two teens wanted their burgers without cheese...so we had to drive back. The dining room is not kept as nice as it used to be, now you might have to let them know there is trash overflowing...The managers are not as concerned about the customers, it seems...I am saddened by this turn of events at what used to be our very favorite restaurant in town! read more

Culver is one of the upgrade Burger places I like to visit. The bread or buns is made with butter, as they claim. Also the cheese is from Wisconsin. The Pepper Grinder" is a sandwich, worth for the price. For an extra dollar you can get "cheese curds". The only problem about those is, that they are small and not enough. But good.!
