Dare I say I have always favored Qdoba over Chipotle? You must give it a try for fast food Mexican food. Their queso is unbeatable in that realm or maybe any. It's their star menu item. And of course, I have to get the strawberry sprite to go with my burrito bowl. The first time I had ever ordered here the employee offered to put my tortilla in the bowl under my burrito ingredients and I've never looked back. I rip off one piece at a time. Give it a go. It's always clean and modern in design. The service is great. They want to get the order right and ask all the right questions to make sure it is. I do like that they make it in front of you for customization. I downloaded their app and I have to sign in every time and just isn't instantly easy to get to and I never feel like it gets me very far. I'm not sure if I've ever been able to cash in. Maybe I need to go there more but I have been going for years. Just don't go there for the rewards that are all I'm saying. read more

We submitted an order to be picked up at 11:45 am on a Saturday. We arrived promptly to pick up the food. The manager, Oscar, kept helping customers in store and did not bring out the food until 12:05 pm. In addition, he refused to give us a bowls for a family meal. Stating 'no, it doesn't come with bowls'. So we spend $120 and can't have bowls to eat our food? Yeah, sorry. Further, he forgot part of the order. Oscar treated us like he was mad to be working and didn't care at all about helping customers. When I called back, he again refused to help and said to call someone else to refund the money for the missed items. Terrible customer service. I would have been better off with regular workers and not Oscar the 'manager' who opts for losing business so he can keep bowls. read more

Love the queso. I think QDOBA is better than others fast food mexican. I like the queso burrito and if you ask, they will do the nachos with the toppings in the side for a to go order. It keeps the chips crispy. Staff is efficient and chips and salsa is good. read more

So, usually Chipolte would be my first "go to" place. Unfortunately for #chipolte (Chaska and Minnetonka) I've had enough issues that I know when my money and time is not wanted. I can take a hint. But this isn't a rant review. This is a five start review for Qdoba for stepping up to the plate and give me outstanding service. They said, "no Jesse, your time and money is valuable to us. Let's do an exchange and we'll give you the best burrito bowl you've ever had." And to that I said challenge accepted. They've earned my loyalty and respect. They didn't put me on the back burner. They put me on the front line. Employees were very nice! They didn't nickle and dime me on the portion size. AND THEY ACTUALLY SALT THEIR CHIPS!!! Yes, it was a good day. I walked out a very happy customer. Me and all my coworkers that got the boot at #Chipolte will now be taking all our lunches here.....the burrito mecca! Pretty good food, a different flavor compared to Chipotle, but the same concept with building your own burrito/tacos/bowls/salad/etc. I had a burrito and it was pretty good. The employee that wrapped it complained out loud about having to wrap it having so much on it (which I doubt I had the largest amount ever) but he did a very good job at it. ‍ The store was very clean and comfortable getting out of the summer heat. I took away a star because the staff seemed out of sorts. They all acted like they were nervous and kept not hearing our orders correctly. Even the customer ahead of us had to repeat himself multiple times what he wanted on his burrito. I didn't see one smile, none of them were enjoying their job. Just sad to see. Typical chain location. When stopping by this weekend, while it wasn't busy, I was disappointed by how dirty the food prep area was. Staff was friendly, but burrito prep was sloppy and it became clear their uninspired work was what was causing the mess behind the counter. Overall, my experience was fine. I ordered Qdoba Catering through the Chaska, MN location and received the best service. They arrived right on time and set everything up in a professional manner. They even labeled all the ingredients and took the time to ensure they were in the correct order so our line would go smoothly. I came here for breakfast because of a coupon, and now I can't leave. I come here multiple times a week now not just because of the delicious, zesty breakfast burrito bowl flavors (eggs, potatoes, and chorizo--oh my!) but because of the tasty friendly service. Open at 6 AM baby!!! read more

Twice they've messed up our to-go order (once they didn't give me any shrimp and another time they didn't give my wife any pork). Went here last night. Food was great (as it always is at Qdoba). The service, on the other hand, was pretty awful. The place was packed during dinner rush and instead of helping out, many of the workers were just standing around doing nothing. They were also VERY rude and acted like they all hated their jobs. I stated to the first gentleman in the cooking line, in one sentence, that "I would like a steak burrito with black beans and brown rice". As he placed the tortilla in the steamer he replied, "I'm not gonna remember all of that BRO." Um ok seriously? Perhaps a return to 4th grade is in order to freshen up on your memory skills. The two girls at the end of the line at the cash registers frowned the entire time and looked absolutely upset that people were in the restaurant interrupting their slacking off time. Staff is always polite and listens to what you order, unlike at most Chipotle restaurants Food is always good. The restaurant seems like it could use a good cleaning, for the signs hanging above the food are really dusty. Something I would recommend is to keep the shredded cheese away from everything because it gets everywhere, for example I wanted guac and lettuce BUT I noticed there was cheese in the guac and all over the lettuce. As a vegan, that was annoying, but I can't blame Qdoba because they don't consider themselves a vegan restaurant so I have to eat there at my own risk. read more

I enjoy the food at Qdoba a lot but the service at Chaska is consistently poor. The servers are slow. The last 4-5 times I have been there, they are always out of food especially fajita mix. I complained about it the last time I checked out and they told me it's the last hour before they closed so it is to be expected. It was 8:30 and they close at 10 not that it should be an excuse. I would assume if you are a restaurant and you are open until a certain time you would provide the food on the menu until you close. Chipotle please open a restaurant in Chaska so I can go there instead. read more

If I could give you a negative star I would. I submitted an online pick-up order an hour and half before I needed it. I show up to get it and the cashier (male) looks disgusted that I am even standing there. He eventually nods his head at me and I mentioned I was here to pick up the to go order. He then very rudely tells the lady next to him that she needs to bag that up he is too busy. As he continues to ignore me my order sits on the counter behind him. The order is paid for all he has to do is grab it and hand it to me. After about 5mins the young lady grabs the order and hands it to me. The place was not extremely busy but definitely short staffed. The manager was no where to be seen until about 2 seconds before I left. The food was good but one of the orders did not get their sauce or the nachos chips for the nachos. I will truly think twice about suggesting to my office to have Qdoba instead of Chipotle (which two people in the office wanted). read more

This branch really came through for us in a pinch. We were catering a lunch for 40 people and had made arrangements with Chipotle catering. The order was placed, a confirmation was received, and then the local branch of Chipotle cancelled on us the day before the event! We didn't get their cancellation message until 11 the night before. This Qdoba has the WORST customer service I've ever seen! Been to many a qdoba and never been treated so bad. First time I was ordering soup to go. I asked for the sour cream, cheese and chips to be PUT ON THE SIDE. The employee put them on my soup and I said "I wanted them on the side" and he basically said sorry I already put them on. Second time, my hubby went in to get to go food and the gentleman making his order kept looking right past him at the TV shouting "go go go --(insert team name)--". And kept commenting to my husband about how he can't quit watching the game. If this qdoba doesn't step up their game and train their employees better they will be losing lots of customers. read more
