The customer service in the lobby was friendly but they didn't have enough help and the wait time was over 20 mins and some waiting it was longer. Food was like warm this time (which is the only improvement I noticed), Service was still none existent. I was the only person in the restaurant and drive through yet, cars filled the parking spaces closest to the doors. Tables are filthy (crumbs, fries, wrappers on most), floor has a number of chicken fingers and fries spread throughout, also really sticky. Sticky pop machine screen. Trays are stacked at least 15-20 high at each trash can. Multiple menu items are missing from menu boards. Preordered mine ahead of time on app, waited 10-15 minutes past pickup (again, I was only person in restaurant) before it was ready. Also, only location in central Florida not participating in online exclusives (I ordered everything separate and it was only $0.20 more than the special... kinda petty to opt out over $0.20 on a $10 promotion). First time at this location. Won't go back. Stood at the counter for several minutes before being acknowledged. No one else in the restaurant and 1 car in the drive through. I asked what toppings did they put on the Jr Whooper and the smart alec reply was "the same thing that we put on the Whopper". Lot of help that was since I don't know what is on the Whopper. So I asked for mustard only. What I got was a small smear of mustard, maybe a quarter sized spot. Food was less than mediocre. Two of us asked for cheese on our Jr Whopper but did not get cheese. Burger was extremely small and lukewarm when served in a somewhat greasy wrapper. Fries were okay. The drink machine had no Coke except for Coke with lime. All other Coke products were empty. Dr. Pepper was also out. No lids available for the frozen Coke. I observed 3 employees on the job and to say they were moving slowly is an understatement. On June 30th me and my brother decided to stop there, the girl on the speaker was kind and we let her know we'd need a minute before ordering considering we hadn't been there in awhile. 30 seconds later another woman gets on the speaker yelling at us to "hurry up and order because we don't have time for this" my boyfriend who has a stutter was ordering our food when this rude woman continued yelling for us "to just go to the second f**king window , I can't understand you" moving to the next window the nice girl Marina was there and proceeded to fix our order that the rude woman "Eastey" messed up. Before leaving my brother tried to ask "Eastey" for some sauce but she yelled at us to go away and not ask for anything. To say I'm appalled by this behavior is an understatement, I work in fast food and would NEVER treat customers this way, even customers who were actually cruel to me never receive less than a smile let alone customers who are actually polite. For this woman to be so rude to people who were being kind is unacceptable. I was very disappointed in this restaurant. The sausage patty had a strong taste of hamburger. Do they clean the microwave? The tables were sticky and obviously dirty. Not just one but most. I have been here 3 times. Each time i had to wait about 20 minutes for not more than 2 meals. The last experience i am writing about is from today. First, there was no line at the drive through so i decided to get something for my wife. I ordered a veggie sandwich combo. I came up to the window, and a young lady , who seemed to have trouble working the register (had to call a manager over) had only handed me a sandwich after i had paid. I drove away to a park for a picnic with my granddaughter. Opened her kids meal. No chocolate milk. So I reported the incident on the web page provided on the receipt. The next day I receive a call from an unidentified caller, just a number. So I don't answer. The caller leaves a voice mail. Says his name is Jeremy and he is calling about the complaint I filed. He left a phone number except he left a couple of numbers out of the number he left on the message. So I do a call back six times using the call back feature on my phone. Same result each time, a few rings then disconnect. I google the place and use that number. Four tries no answer after ten . I can't believe anyone goes back to this place. I know I won't. As a follow a managerial employee by the name of Jeremy called me and invited me to come and talk to him about my poor experience. He was friendly, professional and sincere. He made things right.
