There is no reason for this five star review other than to say my experiences with staff have always been excellent. It's a fast food restaurant with workers who try their best and probably deal with more attitude in one than all the "Real Housewives" of North America combined. It's a chain fast food, so you want quality, pay more and go somewhere else. But if you want salty, fast service by people who will make your order right if you tell them what they did wrong, this McDonald's is best. I would rather come here for a happy meal than go to any BK location in area because this restaurant at least hires competent people who appear to be sober. But like I said, manager expectations. It is the largest fast food chain, and most of the food comes from frozen ingredients. If you want high-quality highfalutin, then you need to find somewhere else and pay more. read more

I avoid this place accept on the rarest of occasions. The same issues are consistent from visit to visit. If you order dine-in at the counter, they give you a table tent that states "Please place tent on table and relax, your delicious food is on its way". Tonight the cashier even said "Have a seat, we will bring it out shortly". After about 10 minutes I hear them call out "order 356". My table tent number is 20. I am the only customer in the restaurant. After another 10 minutes (20 minutes total), I go up to the counter to inquire about my order. They tell me they called out my order a while ago. No... no they didn't... and I was given instructions to go have a seat, they would bring it out. Of course, this is also what the table tent instructions stated. This has happened to me every time I have been here. Why give a table tent and tell us to have a seat, if you are going to call out some totally different random number, expect us to know what that mystery number is, and come up to the counter to retrieve our order????? The fries were cold, stale, and in my opinion... way over salted! Prices are outrageous!!! $5 for a medium fry, $6 for four tiny chicken strips, etc. The chicken strip meal is also $1.57 more expensive than the three nearby locations all within a three mile radius, why???? The wood paneling in the dinning room is coming off the wall in multiple spots. The gray and white paneling on the other wall is also coming off. Three of the five windows are missing parts of the aluminum framing, exposing the beautiful plywood and particle board. Tables are dirty. No attempt to clean. A few tables still have the table tents on them even though I was the only customer the entire time I was there. You will probably be better off if you just avoid this place. read more

Ordered for my family with the app. Was told to click "already here" on the app. The button would not work on the app for "already here" for some reason and I had the recept for the meal. Manager told me to cancel the order and no money would be taken from my account. Come to find out. Money was already taken and I am out money now for 3-7 days. Manager just gave a sorry. I put in a complaint on the app because my order was incorrect and when I tried to talk to the shift manager she was very rude and unhelpful. A few days later I received a call from Monica who I assumed was the restaurant manager. She apologized for the experience and told me I could come in at my convenience to have my meal replaced. She said she would put my name in their book, and to just mention her name. However when I went in to the restaurant the next week I was told that my name was not in the book. The shift manager called Monica to verify the situation. She proceed to try and only replace one item rather that the full meal as I had been told would be done. She obviously didn't bother listening to what I originally said and couldn't have cared less. She was very rude about the whole situation. Why bother calling customers back if you are going to not follow through on the resolutions you offer, and your staff are going to continue with the same attitudes that caused the problem in the first place? McDonald's has really taken it to another level with the renovation revival that has being gaining momentum across its brand, the introduction of modern decor, kiosks and table service almost justifies the cost of its offerings, long gone are the days of twenty-nine cent hamburgers or the need to stand at the crowded counter to wait on your order to be assembled. The new facelift hides a lot of the old grunge, the dirty rundown restaurants and the appearance of unhealthy eating, so from an esthetic view the marketing campaign has worked. The issues lie behind the mask in my opinion, I admit they have made great strides when it comes to trying to repair the nutritional values, but it's an almost impossible task to correct what makes Americans fat and still make it taste good. I'm not blaming corporate America for obese that would be like blaming the card dealer for the hand he dealt you since it's ultimately my decision to fold or go all in, as creative as the menu has gotten you still feel as if you're getting punished if you choice a value meal even though "supersizing" is not something they advertise any longer, the politically correct statement is "do you want to make it a large" that sound so less fattening. I'm reviewing them meaning I still can't resist the alluring memories of those fries or the special sauce for some reason, but I do try and limit the times I visit and I must admit eating fatty foods in a comfortable setting is so much more enjoyable than in the cab of my truck. I guess it's okay at times to consume half to three quarters of my daily caloric intake in one meal and still be hungry - whether is punishment or poetic justice most still seem to be loving it... Oh yes I almost forgot the restaurant is beautiful and the staff is friendly. I may have to ask during my next visit if tipping is appropriate or recommended now that they cleaned up their image, I certainly don't need another reason to feel guilty. read more

If I could rate this business lower than one, I would. This is the worst run McDonald's I have ever experienced. Nobody cares about what they're doing. I sat in one drive-through lane for 30 minutes; while the other drive-through lane was served person after person. I went inside to speak to the manager, but stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one came out to serve the front counter. Crazy. To help restaurants during this time, i have been eating out alot. Last week...Had one delivery from this McDonalds where the food was terrible. Tomato ends on the sandwich, burgers thrown together, and brown lettuce. Ok, i can deal with that. The worse part was getting Coke instead of Diet Coke. Seems petty, but that is why i ordered McDonalds. When i called, was told i could come and get a replacement. If i planned to go out, i would not have ordered delivery. Ok, i will get over it. Yesterday, stopped at drive thru to get 2 Diet Cokes. When the worker handed me the drinks, she seemed confused. I asked if they were Diet Cokes, and was told of course. Pulled in parking space to test... both were Coke. How hard is it to push the Diet button. I got back in line (longer by now), pulled up to window and let her know they were not Diet. She said she knew she gave me the wrong drinks as i was pulling away. So i got my Diet Cokes but when i asked if she could throw out the Cokes, she said she can't take them back. Of course all the trash cans outside have been removed, so now i am juggeling 4 drinks in 2 cup holders. In the end, i enjoyed the Diet Cokes while cleaning up the spilled Cokes. read more

I don't know if it's an owner issue or management but it always seems they lack enough employees for proper customer service. When waiting for service inside employees seem focused on the drive through and inside customers seem to be a bother. Perhaps the owner of this store could sit at any Chick-Fil-A and see what customer service he should strive. Maybe when someone orders a cheeseburger with no pickle, no mustard, and it's put in no pickle no onion, and you pull up to the window and they go "oops, it'll be a minute, we have to remake it," you should actually remake it and not just scrape off the mustard and try to cover it with extra ketchup! Used mobile ordering to order cold brew ice coffee drinks, I get here and they came out to my truck and said they are discontinued. Other options were given, Moca which tastes like chalk, caramel which tastes like butter. Why don't they have premium coffee drinks that taste like COFFEE? The app has 80 different Anyway, I just wasted all this time and money. Mobile ordering is supposed to be quick, it isn't! I have used it a few times and it's always a time consuming mess. So, the girl was nice. She is going to bring something g that tastes similar to coffee out. I will go to Dunkin' Donuts next to the McDonald's now and get a real coffee. My advice to McDonald's, go back to simplicity that you used to have. It's ridiculous that you place an order, you're having it delivered, and ok with the 35 minute window, and it comes wrong. A large size meal with no fries. Two kids meals without the extra fries. Chicken nuggets with none of the three sauces. Just sucks to spend 6.00 extra to have it delivered, plus a 6.00 tip for the speedy driver, and the meal comes with so many screw ups. This is a privately owned McDonald Restaurant the owners here do not like to accept coupons even if it states that coupon is redeemable at there location. Now the Travis Scott Meal is out, guest what! This location isn't serving it. I was able to talk with a younger gentleman who said he is the manager and his family own this McDonalds. He states that him and the family owns this McDonalds and they can decide which coupons they accept and which one they do not accept. While that might be true in there eyes, this does look differently in the customer eyes. If this is true. Why do McDonalds give there privately owned franchise so much power. If they have your name attached to there product and serve your product, they should also follow your rules. This location needs to be shut down. It is a dump. Never gets cleaned. When it does the employee uses 1 rag for 15 tables she cleaned while I was there. No ketchup in the dispenser. Food was old. Cheese on my bacon cheeseburger was not even close to being melted. I did not return it because I should not have to. They need to get it right the first and every time. This particular McDonalds location is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is good, but a little more often it isn't. They almost always have challenges at the drive-thru. French fry containers are almost always not full. They just can't seem to handle the busy times very well at all. Service inside the restaurant is usually better. Food is generally consistent in quality and pretty good. They don't always participate in the corporate discount offers but they're the only game in town in the area except for Hardee's inside a gas station. So all in all, not bad. read more
