Last order was for Crispy Chicken, Bacon & Swiss Sandwich meal. Ordered online to go. When I got back to my Job site and unwrapped my sandwich, It was so disgusting that I just had to throw it away. Chicken looked like its been fried hours ago, No Bacon, No Cheese, No mayo. Just a very small piece of lettuce and 1 small tomato that looked like its been sitting out for a decade. Surprised by 2.5 stars... is there a Zero Star rated fast food drive thru? 12 plus minutes in the drive thu. 2nd car waiting... to order for 7 minutes. One car waiting to order drove off while we were still waiting. Then handed the food after a few more stunning minutes of passive window activity. The clerk forgot to fill the only drink on the ticket... My wife commented "you guys need to work on being faster" and the guy almost jumped thru the window yelling profanities as we slowly drove off. Class act! Went to the drive through a few minutes before 2300. They took a few minutes to get around to taking my order (fish sandwiches and onion rings). I made sure to ask for the ring sauce, he said I'm sorry, but we're out, so I said just throw in a bunch of ketchups then please. Order never came up on my screen, he just said pull around so I did. And proceeded to wait 15 minutes to get to the window, with 2 whole cars in front of me; the first was there 10 minutes, the second 5 more. When he opened the window for me he said strangely, "Yeah! Did you place an order?" I said yes, 15 minutes earlier. He asked me what it was! I told him, and I said it should be there waiting for me. Is it not there, and are you just going to start making it STARTING now? He indicated yes.... I peeled out. Which is what I think at least 1 person in front of me had also done. Running a fucking scam. And it wasn't just that they closed at 2300 -- they close at MIDNIGHT!! DO NOT go to this location! Not if you care about your safety. These are the most disrespectful service workers I have ever encountered. The so-called Manager Jacary (unsure of the spelling) is absolutely the worst manager I've ever seen. Most likely my entire time on Earth. The owner and BK franchise needs to terminate this man. It's only a matter of time before he assaults a customer. I honestly thought he was going to put his hands not only on me but the elderly gentleman. A man I found out later who has served this country for over 20 yrs in the military. A veteran who was injured while serving this country and who is disabled for life. He literally put his life on the line for all of us including Jacary. He deserves our gratitude, appreciation, praise and respect. Not verbal attacks and threats. That manager was openly yelling and cursing at customers. There are no words for what I witnessed. The abusive and racist language I heard towards an elderly gentleman disturbed me so much, I had to say something and that's when he started cursing at me. My wallet was found by an employee and money was missing from my wallet. The stories of the managers keep changing on who found the wallet and what happened. No one bothered the check the cameras to see who found it. First I called to see if someone found a wallet and was told no, a wallet was not found, but I decided to go check anyway. And when I get there the first thing said was oh she came, oh yes the wallet is in the safe. Then I looked and the money was missing. The issue I have is the character of the business and how they handled the situation. If I was a manger it would be high concern that an employee took from a customer, that tells me of you can steal from a customer then you can steal from my business. This is probably my third or fourth stop into this Burger King. It was not extremely busy at 5:10 on a weekday afternoon but there were maybe three cars in the drive-through line. I requested no mustard on some of my burgers and they got everything right however the regular burgers that come with mustard and ketchup sure did have a lot of mustard on them but I guess some people like that. The food was adequate the buns were fresh I can't complain it is Burger King after all. People working in the window were nice enough, not overly friendly or anything but adequate for sure. This particular location is at the interchange of the interstate 295 and Commonwealth Boulevard so I'm sure it gets a lot of travelers. The parking lot was clean for a Burger King and I can't comment on the inside but it didn't look like it was in great disrepair. I would definitely come back here again if I had a hankering for Burger King. read more

Worst Burger King in Jacksonville they hire the dumbest employees. They took 45 minutes to make a burger and still mess it up.

I'm not sure they even serve food anymore. The last 2 times my girl and I attempted to get food there they said "sorry we aren't making food right now" as half their employees sat in the parking lot messing around. This Burger King seems to work harder than the other ones I've been to at their cleanliness and customer service. Today I walked in and they were cleaning the entire floor and it is 11 o'clock in the morning. Obviously they were concerned with making sure the place was clean before their lunch crowd. I ordered a double whopper with cheese no onions and had it as a meal. No errors and the hamburger was well-made you know I know it is the same ingredients as every other one but there is a difference between sloppily put together and put together nice. read more

This location is very fast at preparing food and the employees seem nice. The issue I see is that the store is dirty. I first noticed how dirty the computers were at the front counter. I then noticed the stand where all of the cups are. In between each stack was filthy. Looking around it is obvious the store needs a good cleaning. read more
