Stopped next door to get coffee from Tim Hortons and I had free fries on my BK app with a purchase. The fries were fine, the chocolate chip cookies were fine. The restroom had no issues. I like that they employ a mentally challenged man. I liked watching the local news on the television. Large crew working at this location as it is attached to a gas station convenience store. The receipt said this location was in Lake Ariel, PA. This is in Mt. Cobb or Jefferson Township, PA. Whoever programmed this in the register needs a geography lesson. read more

My family had a horrendous encounter with one of the workers here. My mother who is legally blind attempted to place her order at the counter and was SCREAMED at by a lady behind the counter with purple hair (no name badge, so I don't know her name). She screamed ' I dont have the time to take your F'ing order use the kiosk'. And then rudely pointed to the kiosk and stomped away. I know fast food can be rough at times, I worked it for many years myself, but taking that frustration out on your customers is uncalled for. And there's no excuse for cursing at a customer. I then used the kiosk to place my families order. After 15 minutes, no one called our name while everyone after us received their orders. I noticed our order wasn't on the order screen either. When I inquired about our order I was met again by the same women with a fowl mouth. I asked for the manager so I could get a refund. I was then told to go F myself by the women with purple hair, while the manager helped me with my refund. People like this lady have no right cursing or yelling at customers like a piece of trash. read more

Every time I go here because of work reasons, commercial driver, the restrooms are a nightmare, disgusting, like something out of a horror movie. Fecal matter constantly on the floor or toilets and never are the soap dispensers with any soap, and the urinals always overflowing plus smelling like rotted urine. read more

I went there with my son, we've been there before but it's been a while.....We ordered a #2&#4, and when the counter/register guy asked what size I tried to explain to him that I wanted the size for the price on the Menu and he looked confused so I repeated myself and then again for the second order, then his manager came over and asked him if he was ok, ok really I didn't even raise my voice .... This place has the worst workers. While ordering my family and I had to order on the touch-screen even though we wanted to order at the front. Next thing we know it people were ordering at the front! While we were getting our food one of the workers there didn't treat us like the others, that wasn't fair since it seems like they treat people based on their looks. I don't recommend ever coming here. read more

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome service received earlier today. We have a big family of 10. The staff was so on point! Not one item was returned or made in error. Service was fast and courteous. One negative- not enough seating (but fair enough, it was lunch time and it's a smaller store) all in all, I was super happy! So Last Saturday...mistakenly i go to the order kiosk...to place an order...to save the owner money on staff... place my order...pay by debit card.. wait.....counter girl says. Kiosk order..not paying attention.. then i realize..she is talking to me.. we are out of burger patties... yes...we are out of patties.. think...Burger King...think again..Burger King..this location is out of ....yes...burgers.. yes.A Saturday at about 11:30 am..AM..out of burgers.. do i want an exchange?? First ..there is no exchange equal to what i bought.. i ask for a refund...i know McDonalds doesn't run out of food on a Saturday...at 11:30 am... the cashier and ...the manager is pissed.. im not angry at them. I have eaten at this Burger King at least 10 times for breakfast, and lunch and the food is consistently cold. I ordered a cheeseburger, and french fries today and as par for the course everything cold. Continue on to the Hamlin McDonald's, and you will be much more satisfied. Yuck! read more

I had went through the Burger King drive through this morning and had attempted to order " 3, 5 piece French toast sticks with hash browns" on the screen displayed 3, 3 piece French toast sticks and 3 orders of hashbrowns. So i had asked the lady if it was the meals since it was displayed as it was not, the woman rudely replied "you didn't ask for meals" i responded with "I'm pretty sure i had asked for 3, 5 piece French toast sticks with the hasbrowns" the woman again replies rudely "no you did not you asked for French toast sticks and hashbrowns separately" which i did not. Maybe i should've said "3 number 11s" but common sense and even common decency she should've just switched them to meals where as any other drive through would've asked if that's what we wanted or offered it considering it comes cheaper as a meal and with a drink. Needless to say after an argument broke out between the drive through lady and my mother in the drive through via telecom i drove off with out completing the order or anything. The woman was so rude and nasty and definitely should not be working with the public should've stuck her in the back and put somebody with more experience and much more pleasant at the drive through. This Burger King is terrible!!! Always an issue with eggs! Right off a major interstate and can never get a breakfast sandwich. I will never stop here again after stopping regularly for the past 3 years. Do not recommend stopping, continue to one of the next exits and eat!!! read more
