This Burger King is plastered with signs offering "buy one, get one for a dollar". There is a list of several sandwiches included, one of which is the whopper. So, I ordered two whoppers and a drink. I paid, but the total seemed high. So I looked at my receipt, and they had charged me full price for both. The employee that took my order was busy with the next customer, so I asked another employee what the deal was. She asked me if I asked for the sale price, and said if I didn't specifically ask for the sale, they charge full price. I literally could not think of what to say to that. Finally, I said "that's ridiculous ". She hung her head, paused, and then said "I think it's ridiculous too sir." I am 55 years old, and I have eaten fast food occasionally all my life. That is the very first time ever in all that time that I have had to order something and also ask specifically for the sale price, or not get it. So beware, if you go into Burger King and order two whoppers, you have to also ask that they charge you specifically under the buy one get one for a dollar plan, or they will charge you full price. Their own employees are embarrassed to carry out this policy, and I'm sure they are constantly in arguments with the customers when they don't give them the advertised special price. I frequented this BK throughout the pandemic, when the special was 2 whoppers for $6, and I got it at least 20-25 times over the year. Each time I simply asked for 2 whoppers, never specifically asked for the $6 deal, and each time I was charged $6, even though I didn't ask for the price specifically. Pandemic is ending, customer can go F off again I guess. Bottom line is, they stole 4 dollars from me today, but I eat here once every week or two for the last few years, and I will now never come back as long as I live. So...hope it was worth it. read more

Called with a simple COVID complaint and the manager STEPHANIE UPPERMAN was nothing but rude and dismissive. She cut me off everytime I tried to speak, called me crazy, was screaming on the phone and then hung up on me. I tried to call the store again and was ignored. I went into the store to complain in person and when I was there I could hear Stephanie complaining and talking about me loudly from the back even though she knew I was at the store. I asked to speak to BOB HOGAN, the district manager, and he was equally as rude and dismissive on the phone, basically calling me a liar and taking Stephanies side even though he had not been there to witness anything. I have been a food service manager for four, almost five years and have NEVER treated anyone like this or have even had an experience like this with a customer. I have also never had an experience with management THIS terrible anywhere ever. They should be ashamed and should never be allowed to work in food service settings. I really hope that they are fired or get the customer service training that they desperately need within the management at this location. I feel sorry for their regular employees as they have to deal with this unprofessional management. I have also heard from SEVERAL employees that Stephanie doesn't wear a mask, that she keeps expired food products in the back, for the customers, and occasionally will make the food in the back with no gloves, bare hands. absolutely disgusting... went through the drive thru and ate our food at the house... it wasnt until my drink was empty that i took the lid off to dump the ice in my sink and see a HAIR IN MY CUP (i do not have black hair) so i was immediately taken back thinking i just drank hairy diet coke!!! so then i go to find my receipt to take a pic of it for my review and surprise surprise no receipt (i normally dont care about them but in this situation i think it wouldve been nice to have) anyways gross and wont be returning!! read more

Worst experience of a BK in 30+ years of visiting BKs. 25+ mins in line at drive thru (only 3 cars in front of us). Got to window and staff didn't greet us, let alone apologize for the wait. Asked for extra napkins and she slowly walked to get them. Also took my 3yo daughter to bathroom. Disgusting, including a fly sitting on the toilet. To quote my wife "I don't know if I will ever go to a burger King again." Management and workers have clearly given up caring. read more

Drove up, placed my order through the drive thru. I was interrupted twice by girl taking my order. At drive thru window no Please, Thank you comments from staff members and no response to my thanks, have a nice day comments. Tried to ask if there were any ketchup packets in the bag but the drive thru window was closed and female staff member was already gone. Customer service needs definite work at this location. 1 staff given as vanilla milkshake was good. Worst Burger King. Tried to explain to clerk at the window that the order is wrong. Clerk decided to argue and say "No, it's not, that's what you ordered." Tried telling him again the order is wrong he continued to say its not, laughing and now a bunch of teenagers gather around him at the window laughing. My fiance had to open the door the car door and raised his voice before they would listen and get a manager. Once again tried to explain the order is wrong; the manager wanted to talk around the issue. Instead of looking over the order and managing the children under his supervision he made excuses for their incompetence and bad behavior. When in line, some new items appeared in the electronic menu for a few seconds at a time, and when I asked about them, the woman at the cashier hesitated because she didn't know about the items or the price, then a rather large man came over and rather loudly and curtly said "its either crispy or grilled" which was not really my question, but eventually (but rudely) he answered my question about the new item. I then asked what was the price of the new item and he exclaimed "Jesus Christ!" so then I decided this Burger King was not for me and I left. The whole exchange was only a few seconds, but if that is the new manager, they should really think twice about who they put in those positions.
