1/2 star. I feel sorry for the one and only woman I saw talking the order. money and giving out the food. She seemed overwhelmed with a very long wait time and was courteous. However, I was shortchanged on the no. of Bites received. Only 6 instead of 8 were in the bag. I attempted to take the survey, however, the ink print on the receipt is barely readable with bottom cut off so guessed at some of the nos. I could distinguish barely. Then the message came up: "Sorry. We were unable to continue with the information you provided. It was store #10291 at 5:31 PM on Sat., 4/26/25 but nos. & print are barely readable ad the bottom survey code is extremely faint. with red strip going through the receipt from it being at the end of the roll. Noticed they charged $1.99 each for 2 small drinks. When I questioned her she had to look in the computer to tell us the "value" drinks were $1.49. I told her I would have ordered that if I knew there was something smaller than small. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I haven't been to BK in a long time. This location is nicely remodeled. However, the food is marginal. Fries were pretty good and hot but onion rings cold and greasy. Meat on the whoppers seems to keep getting smaller. So I finally got a chance to try the impossible whopper burger. It's not exactly a gourmet burger, but neither is the beef whopper. It's a pretty decent facsimile of a burger. The flavor is pretty good, the color is spot on, w/a coloration that resembles the reddish coloration of a meat burger. You add the lettuce, tomato, mayo & ketchup (not too bad & healthier). Zero stars! Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru. Once I FINALLY reached the menu board/speaker....it was dead air. I said HELLO repeatedly with no response for over 10 minutes. At this point, I assumed the speaker was not working and pulled forward to place my order. After another 10 minutes, I arrived at the window. I was met by a kid that asked for $19.82...I explained that I was not able to place my order at the speaker and asked if it was broken. I was told, "No, I was with a customer." I asked, "For 10 minutes?" I then asked if he could just take my order now please. I was told "No, you have to order at the speaker only, I can't do it." HUH??? Slow, inaccurate service, and the employees don't seem to care. 4 employees in the place at 9:30 am, and one girl was running the front counter and the drive-thru. She had to tell people in the drive-thru to come inside because she couldn't take their orders due to people coming inside. Meanwhile, one employee was asleep in the dining area. The girl running the front counter finally decided to ask the girl to wake up and come help her. I ordered a pancake and sausage platter and was charged for an ultimate platter. Don't bother going to this location. All the burgers come from a warning drawer. Even when you order the burger off the broiler. The soda machine inside never works even though this place was recently remodeled. The manager is very rude when I asked for the corporate number and his name. Went there the other day to pick up dinner . Pulled up and the drive thru is a shambles. Sign not working loose wires hanging from the speaker. (Yes it is under construction still but a sign should be posted to order at the window). Pulled up and ordered 2 whoppers and 2 chocolate shakes and an order of rings. Got the food home (I have never had a problem with this location) the order was correct BUT the shakes were grainy and both whoppers had (I kid you not) a small sliver of onion 1 pickle a dime size piece of lettuce no mayo and 1 small tomato slice. I went to this location on a Friday night, it was dead.I was the only car in the drive thru and when I pulled up to the speaker a young girl answers "Burger King" and that was it. I proceeded with my order and after I said can I get a whopper meal with cheese and bacon, she said hold on. I waited for 5min and than some guy jumped on the headset and said "what else you want" so I blow off the attitude because I'm hungry, and continue ordering. He repeats it back, is short an snippy, gives me my total and that's it. No pull to the window, no thank you, nothing. 0 customer service. I get to the window the girl opens the window asks for my payment and than I sit there waiting for 5 min. I get my food it's cold, and I'm missing two of my items. I go back around and a different young girl answers the speaker and says "hold on" I waited 2 min and pulled to the window, and she opens the window and I say "hey I was just here and I'm missing two of my items" as I tell her what those items were she rings me up and tells me my total! I'm like huh? I paid already, so they ask for my bag. I hand that back to them and they say "it's going to be awhile" and closed the window! I was like wow, I said excuse me can I please have my money back for just those two items since my food is already cold. She says oh wait here's your items they are in the bag, and as she hands me the bag it filled with my food, smashed upside down and the bag ripped when she passed it to me and food was all over me and my car. Went there to grab some food after work. They had all of the lights off, including the menu with an open sign flashing. There were 3 cars in front of us. They took forever to talk to us at the speaker. Finally took our order, forgot the straws so we had to drive back around. They did not answer us at the speaker, we had to drive to the window and knock several times before someone came, (tried to call them to tell them we were at the window, they never answered the phone.). Finally came to the window and gave us straws. Went to to take a bite out of the food, the burgers were literally cold. Like they were made at barely room temperature and the condiments finished them off . They did not have a hint of warmth. Awful experience! They need a visit from the health department around 9pm when they are not prepared. They would 100% FAIL!! Please surprise them at an odd hour so they can turn over their staff. I witnessed the manager outside smoking. Which nothing is wrong with that i guess. But what i was concerned about the most is we both went back in together, I walked up to the counter and she just casually walks behind the counter and continue to handle food without washing her hands.
