Absolutly horrible. The veggies on our whoppers tasted old, the fries were extremely dry and also cold, and customer service was absolutly horrible! It took the person at the speaker box a long time to take our order while having conversations on the headset, and then when we got to the window they took our payment and then made us back up and sit behind the window!?!? Customer service was horrible as hell. They refused to give me my receip. employees was rude and kept cursing me out. and said they can screenshot my receipt. they wouldn't go get no manager and when they finally did the manager was rude and said Bitch you ain't getting no receipt. i went to burger king 3 times to try their new breakfast sandwiches. They all SUCK!!! The breakfast crossant had maybe 1/4 piece of bacon, sausage, and I think that was ham or turkey I couldn't tell. I had the most unbelievable experience ever at this location. I work for an outreach program that helps the homeless and those in need. I went in to order breakfast (4/27/2019) and there were 4 employees. Stood at the counter for 5 or so minutes and nobody came to take my order. I decided to order online. There are multiple Burger King's on Tara Boulevard. So I have two gentlemen there worked there as it came out of the restroom if this was such and such address. He pointed across the store. I didn't notice what he was pointing at. I look back at him any snap his arm pointing at the same thing again and I noticed oh there are numbers above the door but I'm inside so there backwards but I noticed store number. So I replied to him all you had to do was say yes it is this address. And I left because I couldn't believe the audacity I was attitude for no reason he told me in reply to my statement about him only needing to say yes it is 6457 Tara Blvd...."I dont need to say nothin'" i involuntarily laughed because of the audacity of his comment. His next words were "Oh yeah, assalamualaikum, its like that!" So I stopped my online order and asked for the manager and the manager said she was busy and cant come talk to me. Of course he went back there before i asked for her. I was in shock. I have filed a complaint with corporate. And will will seriously push this to be exposed.
