I gave it 3 stars because when you can get in the food is good and the drinking are good too but when I say get in I mean, they can be slow inside and you'll be standing at the door for 30min before anyone even acknowledges you. They seem very unorganized. Can be a good place just might need better management. read more

On March 19, 2026 I placed a to‑go order from your location-Mt.Zion. My order included the Sizzling Chicken and shrimp and three desserts. When I received the order the desserts had been carelessly thrown into the bag so the ice cream and other desserts were melted and smeared throughout the packaging. After arriving home I ate approximately half of the Sizzling Chicken and immediately became ill. Concerned, I inspected the remaining food and discovered the chicken breast and shrimp were undercooked -- the chicken breast was raw in the center and the shrimp was raw. I was happy to see that there was a TGI Fridays because a lot of locations are no longer open. We went on a Saturday evening and decided to sit at the bar because we thought the food would be served a little quicker. The restaurant itself is a little outdated and is in need of some TLC. Especially the restrooms, which had a large spill of liquid hand soap on the floor, which was a hazard. Nonetheless after ordering drinks, we already knew what we wanted to eat which was an 8 oz steak with a side of Caesar salad and a loaded baked potato and the sizzling chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes. Since it's been a while since I've had TGI Fridays, I will say the food tasted exactly the same... it was still delicious. It was served hot and fresh. However the sizzling chicken and shrimp dinner wasn't as well proportioned as it used to be. We also noticed that even though the restaurant wasn't really packed, it did take awhile for us to receive our food. But the staff were super nice and friendly. This is the first time at this location, but TGI Fridays is one of my favorite restaurants. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly and attentive. I have a lot of points, so I decided to dine in, at this location. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, and for my entree ribs and shrimp. My husband ordered a blue moon beer, and southwest steak and shrimp fajitas. For our entree, we ordered 3 trio. The food was hot and delicious. We always order a lot, and never finish it. Lol! So we took food home, for later. If we are in the area, we will dine in again. read more

Very devastated in how my family and I were treated tonight at Friday's. A place that we've celebrated graduation, birthdays, etc.. My family and I (party of 7) dined at Fridays and for the most part, everything was going well. That is until the check came. I noticed that the prices on my check were not the same as they were listed on the menu. After the 4th item, I pointed it out to the server. After stating that the items were "taxed" she started to go line for line and by the time we got to the 3rd item she says "so pretty much everything" I agreed and she offered to take the bill to her manager. After waiting quite a while, the server comes over to the table with a refill that no one asked for and walked away. Shortly after she returned with the bill. But this time the price was higher than the original bill. She said "my manager just added a discount for you and I forgot to add the service charge so I added it". My fiancé, who at this point ran out of patience, just pays the bill. I was very unhappy with how it was handled and ask to speak to the manager. She comes seemingly frustrated because as I'm addressing my concerns, she rudely cuts me off and tell me what the server told her. I told her that I didn't appreciate being cut off and that I wasn't done talking. At that point Courtney says "whatever, are you done? Did you pay your bill? If you have any further issues call 1-800-Friday" and walked away leaving us extremely confused. I asked her name before she could get too far and without even turning back around she yells out "Courtney" While walking the kids to the car my 11yr old says "wow, she just cut you off". My fiancé went back inside to see if we had done something wrong. Courtney shared with him that I spoke to her "like she was a child" and that she was now "uncomfortable" talking to him so he concluded the conversation unsure as to what he did or said that made her feel so uncomfortable. I have no plans on ever going back to this establishment simply because they are stealing and when they were asked to correct it, gets hostile and ups the bill with a service charge for a party of 7. I visited the restaurant on September 2, 2024. I was there with my wife and two daughters. I will NEVER go to TGIFridays ever again! We waited TOO long to receive our food and the fries were over-salted. The draft beer machine wasn't working so I had to drink beer from a bottle. I'm deserve better than this. To Whom It May Concern, On August 28, 2025, at approximately 6:30 PM, I visited TGI Fridays located at 1881 Mount Zion Road, Morrow, GA 30260. Unfortunately, I experienced repeated issues with the bartender named Courtney, who demonstrated poor customer service. My guest and I ordered a Dragonfruit Margarita and a Pineapple Mezcal Rita. Both drinks tasted overwhelmingly of alcohol with no balance. When we politely requested a remake, Courtney responded with an attitude and stated, "Well, I can add more," instead of remaking them properly. Even after the adjustment, my friend's drink was still unpleasant, and Courtney refused to remove it from the bill, saying it could not be done because the liquor had been changed. During this time, another couple seated near us left abruptly, stating that Courtney was also rude to them. They requested their food to-go because of his behavior. I later spoke with Dasha, who confirmed that he was rude to them as well. When it came time to pay, Courtney was again unprofessional--rolling his eyes, being aggressive with the receipt, and acting as though a tip was expected despite the poor service. This is not an isolated issue. I have personally experienced similar rude behavior from him on multiple occasions, both while dining alone and with friends. On each visit, his demeanor was dismissive, unprofessional, and appeared as though he may have been under the influence. Given the repeated nature of these incidents, I respectfully request disciplinary action be taken, as Courtney's behavior is unacceptable and negatively impacts the experience of multiple guests. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. To add, he appears to be not so nice to females and make/ female couples. I have noticed this during my visits. I will never return again. First time coming and we came on a Saturday night. It was a Dj in there playing old school jamz, Karaoke and had music videos to go along with what he was playing. The wait time was 35 mins so we decided to sit at the bar. It was loud because of the DJ but we managed to squeeze in a conversation. We ordered Long Island and Margarita drinks, Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls for my entree and the Wicked Burger for the person that invited me. 4 out of 5 because the staff wasn't quick enough to buss down tables. I get it, I worked in restaurants but I didn't see no team effort. People were passing off duties to other people on the team and not just doing it for the team. read more

My husband and I stopped in tonight for a cocktail and dinner. Our waitress greeted us immediately and was polite, Macleland, I believe. She took our drink order and submitted it to the bartender. After at least 10 minutes she asked him about the drinks and he mumbled something to her. He proceeded to pour who seamed to be his friends numerous drinks laughing and joking with them for a long period of time and completely ignorEd us and our server as we sat right across from the bar. He had our order before his friends sat down at the bar! Frustrated, we left unable to apologize to our waitress who lost out on serving us drinks and dinner and a generous tip. The pasta is usually made to my liking when I eat at the restaurant v.s ordering togo (just an observation). The cleanliness on the other hand is atrocious. The floors are clearly never swept or mopped which makes me want to gag when eating there. I mean I came at opening time today and the floors are gross.
