I'm a driver for Paulding co school here for field trip at national Park around the corner. I ran into Burger King to use the bathroom some lunch. Bathroom was locked. Spoke with the manager. She had a nasty attitude and told me evidently somebody's in the bathroom came back and said oh this is a single bathroom. Though my french fries definitely tasted like fish (it's what happens when they fry potatoes and fish in the same grease), my hamburger was EXCELLENT! You know what else was Excellent? 1 start being generous this morning. It's 830am and there are no eggs ready. Nobody in the drive thru above us, nobody has pulled in after us. Told to pull around ( so that their drive thru times aren't affected). We've been waiting 5 mins on an eggnormous burrito. I get there is a worker shortage, but not having any eggs ready and not being accountable to corporate on your drive-thru times (which would help make the case to raise the pay to attract more workers) is ridiculous. read more

Restaurant is absolutely filthy. Trash in cans is sitting behind back door. Trash overflowing in bins inside, lobby isn't maintained. Restrooms are not cleaned. Staff has no urgency, orders lack quality, accuracy and not worth my money. Fountain was down, second machine only had limited drinks. They filled it from the kitchen, but whatever I received was not Coke. Register screen is not working so you can't read total. Absolutely disgusting restaurant. Condiments had not been replenished. WTG BK Crew - you processed my lunch drive-thru order quickly and accurately. A breeze to place the order, clear enunciation over the intercom, and a smile could even be heard in the voice. I tried the Whopperito for the first time. I have to say, I don't think it's a Winner"ito." But, that's not your fault. Some BK HQ product development/marketing guru needs to return to the drawing board. And be reminded that just because the name sounds fun is not reason enough to launch something that isn't actually tasty. The crew here has earned a "91" on their most recent Health Department inspection of the restaurant. I think that's pretty good considering. But, there's room for improvement, gang. Good location. I normally always eat at this location but, tonight I will no longer. I went through the drive through at about 10:15 of a Friday night and it took aver 20 mins to get through. When I got home I dove into my food. The chili cheese dog was black and shriveled up but that's not a big deal as I got half way through it I discover the preparation date for the chili in my chili yeah I'm going to pass on the rest of it now. I also ordered an angry whopper which I love. One of the best things BK has. Unfortunately tonight mine was lacking one of it signature ingredients, the spicy onion ring things that go on it. We had a fiasco where we went to 2 BK's in a row and got bad service at both. My fiance wrote a letter to Corporate, which was ignored. Here is what he sent. i will also post it to the 1st location as well.....(this was the second) Dear Sirs, I rarely complain about product or services, but what happened to us on Sunday was inexcusable. We went to the Burger King on So. Marietta Pkwy., in Marietta Georgia on Sunday, to get a Veggie Burger for my fiancé for lunch, as she is a vegetarian. Burger King is one of the few, if not only fast food restaurant she can eat at. First, the restaurant was messy, there were no napkins, anywhere. She got a drink and there were no lids for her size cup, she asked for a lid and was told 'we don't have any' and that was all. The employee offered no solution, so she had to ask for a smaller cup so she could put a lid on it, even though we paid for the larger size. We got our order to go as we were going to eat outside, picnic style. I drove to where we had planned to eat. When we arrived and finally sat down, her veggie burger was cold and was not at all as she ordered it. Her French Fries were cold and soggy. Since we didn't receive a receipt, and couldn't take it back, her entire lunch ended up in a trash can. To solve the situation, I drove to the next closest Burger King, in Kennesaw, store # 317 I believe. We went in to order her lunch. First of all she ordered her veggie burger with 'heavy pickles". The girl behind the counter started acting 'erratic' like she could not even enter the item on the register, so another girl had to come and help her. The first girl made extremely RUDE comments and exclamations that were totally unnecessary, and was muttering more comments under her breath as she walked away. ( I always thought "ordering it your way" was the normal way of ordering at Burger King?) Why the difficulty and attitude? The second girl, rang up our order, we got our receipt and as my fiancé fixed her drink, she was told, "we don't have any veggie burgers". Now since it was the first girl from the counter who informed the front counter and from her original reaction and attitude, I seriously question her truthfulness. I promptly asked for and got a full refund, my fiancé left her drink on the counter and we proceeded to go somewhere else for her lunch. People shouldn't have to go to THREE restaurants just to get ONE lunch and get it CORRECT as it was ordered. Due to this fiasco, we won't be doing business with your restaurant again. read more

This location has definitely changed a lot but in a great way. The associates are very polite and helpful and my food was correct and fresh. I went here today for breakfast and then lunch and everything was great down to the smiles and warm greet at the drive thru window.
