Passed through the La Crosse area traveling for my job. I decided to stop for the Wednesday whopper deal I saw advertised in my hotel room before I headed out so I planned my stop halfway through my trip. The lady at the counter was so friendly and she was able to help me decide what to eat it was great the steakhouse whopper with her opinion of extra cheese was fabulous I was shocked last time I was in la crosse and went to BK it was an OK experience Keep up the good work you're doing great! Went to drive up with multiple persons. Went to order and the staff informed me that only one coupon could be used per vehicle and that if we wanted to use multiple coupons we would have to come inside. What is the purpose of drive up? Needless to say we left and went somewhere else. read more

I've been a forever customer of Burger King ! If fact anyone who knows me knows I spend 4 years as a loyal employee. I was a night time management and enjoyed my job . I've also been a forever customer of the Burger King Location. About 7 years just at this location. I've stopped on the mornings on my walks I've picked up lunch many times. I've always received wonderful service inside . Face to face service. Same cannot as I won't say for the drive thru. ... Ots not my fault if a cashier can not hear my request. I repeated my question several times and waited patiently . I was interrupted more than once . I was told off by a cashier in this drive thru because their OWN EQUIPMENT WAS NOT WORKING ! But I couldn't get a word in. She stated she wouldn't take my order if I was being rude . I was simply trying to tell hear I couldn't barely understand her . DAIRY QUEEN OF MORMON COULEE RD HAS EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thus is an ongoing problem at this location. Inside they are pleasant drive-thru is always broke and staff is ALWAYS RUDE . I ordered French toast sticks, brought them home and they were raw in the middle...slimy and doughy. I have ordered these multiple times in the past with no problems. I reached out to the location and the manager told me that they fry them for 1 minute and I can ask if I want them done more. Totally did not take responsibility and instead passed the issue back to me to remedy. read more

This has been our fourth time going to Burger King on Morman Coulee Rd and it has also been our last. The order was all wrong not to mention we didn't receive half of it and at the time my husband was there they store was very slow. We gave this Food Chain one last chance and it is certainly our last. My husband paid for 4 burgers (the 2 for 6) deal. He only got two burgers and even though they has certain things not wanted on them, they were still applied. If a person says no pickle and no onion but yes to cheese, IT SHOULD BE NO PICKLE AND NO ONION AND ADD THE CHESSE LIKE ASKED FOR. This is once again a very disappointment for lunch and like I said it is our last. As we live an hour away going to the restaurant has been something we always liked. Horrible....There was 2 of us who ordered 2 orders of Spicy Nuggets. The lady at the window said we had to wait and it would be a few minutes because we were getting fresh ones. Tell me WHY one sack was stale and the other was fresh???? Hmmmmm. Also, the girl who had her hair up and had dirty blonde hair, accepted a drug deal in broad daylight!!!! She was the one who brought our food out to us, and this was about 2:25pm or so....She acted like she was dating the dealer by hugging him, and all it was, was a pass of!! You ain't fooling nobody girl...Not to mention, she must have had grease on her fingers cause she dropped the "goods" on the ground...Such a sad world we are living in!!! Customer service is always terrible at multiple locations in the area, not just this one. This location seems to have pretty low quality control standards because the food is always cold and stale even at peak meal times. It's a shame because I used to loke BK, but coulee region location are ran so poorly nowadays.. read more

your king burger was not very good at all. you tried to make a copy cat of the big mac and you did not do a good job. the picture was very deceiving and it was a whole lot smaller. the assemblers could not get the dressing spread evenly so therefore the burger was very dry it will be quite awhile before I will visit burger king again . read more
