I have to eat at these fast food places a lot due to being on the road a lot. Burger King to me has the best burger. But today I got the fish and a side of chicken tenders. I have never ran across a Burger King that was this bad. The fry's were cold, they claimed they didn't have any ice, the buns were so staled I couldn't eat it. My wife got the Cini Minis and they seemed like they had been out for a week before they put them with my order. The place doesn't look too busy and may be the cause of the poor food quality. The amount of money they now charge for their food is one thing but to then serve you crap shows how much they are concerned about their customers. We went through the drive thru while traveling from Texas to Florida. I had 4 kids in the car, all with special orders, and they got every item correct. Mr. Ken, the manager, was very friendly and offered all the kids a crown when he asked us to pull around. The wait was around 10-15 minutes, but they sent out our drinks while we waited. I went in to pick up the food and there was some confusion, but the staff corrected it and Mr. Ken gave me a slice of pie for my trouble. My niece even said, "he's really nice, and I want to come back." His excellent customer service bumped this review from 3-4 stars up to 5, for sure. read more

Date -December-2-2021 No I wouldn't recommend my dog eating here!!! That's how bad it is in Lecompte, Louisiana. One- we ordered 8count nuggets (got 7) ordered 2 double meat cheeseburgers ...only Ketchup and mustard. (Not too hard huh?) no customers anywhere-not busy...sooo then they add Mayo...on both burgers...then we back up and say-only seven nuggets... And Mayo on burgers...can we get no Mayo please... she responds-it's white cheese!!!! the cook in back screams -NO, I added Mayo on both burgers...so she gives us two new ones slapped with ketchup and mustard as you see in photos!! Then I realize we paid for double burgers...-backed the car up again-because the inside is locked at 3:30 pm in the evening for some weird reasoning....then she hands us through the drive through two plain meat patties to add onto our sloppy nasty "cheese burgers" !!!' What in the heck is wrong with this situation??! Like a million things....why are they open period if your business can't even unlock the doors inside or serve a simple three item order correctly??? Today is September 20th 2021 5:40pm, i came here to get a quick bite and there was horrible service. was told there was no chicken, no ketchup, and no ranch. they proceeded to give the next person both. the lady who was taking our order was using a really rude tone, only reason i come here is because it's the closest burger king to me. place was also very dirty, if you have the option to not come here, please take that option, horrible just horrible. Just wanted a quick coffee and drove in and ordered ; pulled up to window and paid to very polite young man ; pulled to next window and had to explain to the girl twice what I had ordered then watched her take a coffee cup and reach on the counter for another cup and poured my coffee from the cup on the counter. I took it and left; a little farther down the road I noted the cup was not even warm and was only half full and tasted it as cold coffee. So won't be back but such a simple thing. read more

If I could give this Burger King has zero or a -5, I would. Not one good thing to say about this restaurant! I ordered on the app, an eight piece chicken nugget and a large french fry. I arrived at the exact time that the order was due to be ready per the website and when I pulled up to the drive-through there was no one at the other end of the speaker so I drove to the window. A person walked to the window and motioned me to come inside. I motioned back that I had two kids in the car so they opened the window and I explained I had a three year-old and a one-year-old in the car and could not drive around and come in. They Rudely told me that they could only take cash through the drive-through and I explained that I had ordered ahead and just needed to pick up my order. They told me to drive around and they would bring my order out to me in a few minutes. I sat in the parking lot with a hungry three year-old and one-year-old for 20 minutes. I finally went into the store and told them I have a three year-old and one year-old in the car and I need to pick up my order. I was then informed that my order contained a large french fry and they didn't have any french fries. This really pissed me off that I had been sitting out there for 20 minutes because no one had the common decency to walk out of the store and tell me that they didn't have the french fries that I had ordered so I could've taken my hungry grandchildren to the next fast food restaurant. If this is how Burger King treats its customers, I'm done. I will never eat Burger King again! I love BK onion rings but I would rather eat shit than eat anything made in this restaurant! read more

Around 11AM, I stopped by here on my long drive south. No soap in the ladies restroom. Tried to use sanitary gel near the baby-changing station-- barely any left there either! I really should have listened to the reviews but there were no other places to eat. We were not in line more than 10 minutes, but they were obviously understaffed for lunch. The people ahead of us had been waiting for their food for 30-40 minutes. The bathroom was not especially clean and there was food all over the floor in the kitchen area. We went inside to order food...first thing I notice was the staff sitting around. We were the only customers there. The restaurant smelled like urine. I suspect this was coming from the dirty restroom. We order our food 2 whopper meals. As we were getting our drinks, I noticed how disgusting the drink machine and areas was. There was soda stuck on the dispenser and little flies flying around. There were missing tiles in the ceiling...you could see the roof. I went to the restroom and could not use because it was so filthy. The employee got mad when we ask for fresh fries instead of the old fries that had been sitting for who knows how long. We received our food and went to the car to eat it...could not. Took one bite of the burgers and had to spit out...cold meat.....wilted brown lettuce....just disgusting. Unfortunately, I cannot give this Burger King zero stars. This is a very slow, unprofessional, and inefficiently run establishment. They managed to get my single order correct the third time. The rules and regulations change from day to day. Judging from french fries and wrapping papers underneath the sandwich boards, dirt and grime in between the tiles, and always a dirty lobby, I cannot imagine that their food is kept up to health department standards.
