I ordered 6 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 nuggets with fries and drinks and the manager was more concerned about charging me for sauce than making sure the order was correct. Slowest service ever. I walked in and was the only person here after ordering in advance. I've been standing here for 10 minutes (ordered 30 mins ago) and they still haven't finished making it. They basically make the orders in random order... my receipt is still sitting in the queue and they are giving food to orders made after me. Signs in the store say they are short staffed but I'm seeing little effort from the people here. Update: they finally got the order right, 35 minutes after I walked into the store. If you are the manager of this store you should seriously consider firing everyone that works there is starting over. This will be the third time that I wait in line to get to the to go window in the order is not ready. Two whopper juniors and two small order of fries. I have to waiting in the car for five minutes after waiting in the line drive through line for five minutes I had to go inside the store to ask where my order was. Everyone in the store was complaining about their order. They were people outside waiting for their order who were arguing that everything was wrong when it was brought out to them. You try to order a special but it's not working. It asks you to share your location but doesn't activate. No wonder sales are suffering because nothing works. Worse costumer service ever from a MANAGER! We asked for 5 shakes: 3 Oreo, 1 strawberry, and 1 vanilla. 1st of all no drink trays? No drink tray at a place that sells drinks? Like.. anyways 2nd the manager tonight was dumb af we asked in the drive thru for those shakes they make us 4: 2 Oreo and the other ones. We asked them for the other Oreo she goes and charges us for it. We tell her no we are missing one. It seems like she thought we were hiding the 5th shake or something. I literally lifted them up and counted them for her because it seems like she couldn't count. She showed us the receipt it literally said 3 Oreo, 1 strawberry, and 1 vanilla. Stopped in to this Burger King for dinner tonight as was craving a burger.. Waited over 5 full minutes before the guy working the counter acknowledged my presence. Ordered two Whoppers sandwiches, extra onion, small fries and small drink... Young man placed the order, and handed me a cup for my drink... Drink machine was out of ice, waited 2 additional mins again before the young man realized there was a problem. He filled the cup and handed back to me... Soda machine area was a MESS, soda and "frozen drink" stuff on floor, and spilled all over machines, service area etc. After another 5-7 mins order was ready... Sandwiches were opened and order was missing onions... Took sandwiches back to counter, young man realized there was another problem, TOTALLY IGNORED my presence for 5 more mins before he came over.. Argued that I must've ordered wrong, but offered to "remake".. Sandwiches came out 4 mins later, this time with CHEESE !!! At this point, I just wanted to get out of there !!!! This is NOT my first complaint with this store... In past have noted employees "cleaning" around the soda machine, wiping towel over the floor and then wiping down the equipment, or emptying waste can adjacent to the soda machine area and then working inside the machine without having washed hands 1!! Have often wanted to call County Health Services to have this store investigated for health code violations !! I know this will go unnoticed and most likely nobody will read, but then too, maybe somebody in charge of this "operation" will and perhaps take some sort of corrective action. PS Rude employees?? This is a convenient stop on my way to work in the morning, so I (used to) stop there at least once or twice a week. This morning was probably my worst experience I have ever had. I went through the drive thru this morning and I noticed they had a new menu up. (In a falling apart held together by bungee cord case). The new menu was advertising a new sourdough king breakfast sandwich. I looked at the numbers and it was a number 5. I could hear the cashier through the speaker, but she was cutting in and out and wasn't talking to me. After about a minute... Her: Can I help you? Me: Yes, Can I please get a medium number 5 with a diet coke light ice? (The new sausage sourdough sandwich) H: a number 5? what size? M: Medium H: Coffee? M: Diet Coke light ice H:Diet coke? M: Yes with light ice H: OK ** At this point the screen showed the order as a croissant sandwich and I could tell the price wasn't what it should've been for what I ordered** Still at screen M: Excuse me the screen is incorrect. H: Its broken M: Oh OK. Thank you. *I pull up to the window - she has her back to me getting my drink. I noticed that she put MORE ice into it after she put diet coke in the cup* H: 6.05 M: (I hand her my card and wait for the receipt, the receipt shows the same order as the "broken" screen) M: (after she hands me my food) I'm just checking it because it doesn't look right from the receipt. M:(was given a ham and egg on a croissant) Hi yeah, this is wrong I ordered the number 5, the sourdough sandwich H: We don't have that M: Its on the drive thru menu H: yeah but we don't have that, this is the number 5. M: The advertised number 5 is the sourdough, this isn't what I want. H: you ordered a 5 this is a 5 M: Can I please speak to a manager? H:(points to self) I'm manager M: OK well, if something is advertised then that is what the person ordering is expecting, This is not what was advertised and not what I want. H: OK M: Maybe if you don't have what's advertised ready to produce the signs shouldn't be changed, or you should let people know, or even have a note saying to specify what you want since the menu isn't correct. H: so what do you want? M: Well I would like a sausage sandwich H:(takes bag back) OK go park I parked and waited a few minutes, she comes out and hands me a bag and walks away. This is a decent-sized BK located near the Whitney Field mall. There are a lot of tables and the place was very clean when we visited. Service was typical for a fast food chain but not bad. No issues with the food. The soda fountain is self-serve here which is a plus. read more

I have had it with this place. I eat out a lot, so I understand that occasionally you'll get an order that is wrong etc. This BK is on another level. Nine times out of ten your order will be incorrect. At least half the time they give you a flat/watered down soda. I have also waited at their drive through 20 minutes plus multiple times. sometimes longer. The burgers are almost inedible most of the time. How do they manage to use the heal of a tomato every time? You'd think that because tomatoes only have 2 ends, that even if they were using them for the burgers (which they shouldn't anyway), you'd only get a burger with the tomato heal once in a while... NOPE. Every time. I could go on for ever. For a while I thought maybe I was just unlucky whenever I went there. Not any more. This is the worst fast food restaurant that I know of. Stay away from this one, and go to the one on Merriam Ave or John Fitch instead. Its too bad, because I like BK and live so close to this one. I keep thinking that eventually this franchise will go out of business or get a new general manager or something, and improve. No luck so far. read more

The staff is very friendly, however every time I go they are either never open, just open but don't have any food ready, or don't have what I ordered! I specifically go there for breakfast and they don't have any hashbrowns, or I'm told that they just opened and don't have any food ready yet!
