a gourmet counter in a restaurant

Falls short of expectations and is insanely priced. Only one kind of cheese and you have to ask for it to be added(and for an extra cost!!!) Not really what you'd expect from a sandwich place. Ingredients are fresh so that makes it worth it but other than that, doesn't really stand out

Really like these sandwiches a lot. Having moved here from southern California I've only recently gotten to eat them. Saying this, at this location my bf asked for a pickle, just one, as he was ordering I swear he mentioned it at least three times because the person didn't seem to put it in. When we got our food they didn't give him one. I felt bad for him. Regardless the sandwiches are good! The big Italian is the bees :D

This place was rather dirty, and had a gamey smell. I think the meat must have been sitting around for a while. Not for me.

Rather than offering a large selection, the restaurant emphasizes consistency and freshly prepared food. We walked into a clean, well maintained space that was busy but organized, with a steady flow of customers moving through the line and a dining room that stayed comfortable even as it filled up. It is the kind of place to visit when you are craving crispy fried chicken without having to sort through an overwhelming menu. The chicken sandwich was the highlight of our visit. The chicken was hot, juicy, and cooked to order with a crispy coating that stayed crunchy throughout the meal. The toasted bun, crisp lettuce, and Cane's Sauce complemented the chicken without overpowering it, making for a straightforward but satisfying sandwich. The signature Cane's Sauce is what really ties everything together, adding a tangy, peppery flavor that pairs well with both the sandwich and the fries. The sides are simple but solid. The crinkle-cut fries are lightly seasoned, the Texas toast is buttery and soft with a crisp exterior, and the coleslaw provides a refreshing contrast to the fried chicken. While the menu is limited, everything works well together and feels intentionally designed rather than offering unnecessary extras. Service was quick despite the restaurant being busy, and the food arrived fresh from the kitchen. The dining room was clean and well maintained, though this location can become crowded during peak meal hours. Even with the steady flow of customers, the staff kept the line moving efficiently, and the team handled the volume with a practiced rhythm that kept the experience smooth. Overall, Raising Cane's delivers exactly what it promises: fresh chicken, simple sides, and a signature sauce that has become a fan favorite. The chicken sandwich was an excellent choice, and the consistent quality makes it an easy option whenever we are looking for a reliable fast food meal.

They're crispy in the outside, tender and moist inside, and not greasy at all. The fries are great, and the Texas toast and Cole slaw are very tasty too. They have great team too- always glad to help and very friendly. What seals it for me is that they continue to have strong policies and support for diversity, equality, and inclusion in the face of fascist government messaging. I respect this IMMENSELY and would not eat here otherwise.

In looking at the menu I really could not decided because all the burgers sounded amazing! I ended up ordering the Phenomenal Burger which has bacon, smoked gouda, fried egg, frizzled onion, sweet chili ranch all on a brioche bun. I arrived about 20 minutes after ordering. I walked into the beautiful red brick building where The Fix is located. The restaurants overall ambiance was very welcoming- The staff just as nice! This is not just a 1 review kind of place- The Phenomenal burger was SO GOOD that I went back the next day and had The Stark Burger which had 2 (1/4 patties) with double pepper jack cheese, red onion, thinly sliced jalapeno, bacon, chipotle mayo on a brioche bun! The Stark was just as good (in different ways) as the Phenomenal Burger- both were cooked to perfection! I will absolutely be back- because there are a number of burgers I still need to try......If you are in Worcester, MA and in the mood for a burger- be sure to put The Fix Burger Bar on your "must try" places.

Luckily, I limit myself to once or twice per month. This location is probably the worst I've been to from both a cleanliness standpoint and a service standpoint. The actual location is a mess. It's in a building that is falling apart and the outside is a shithole with trash, etc. stacked right next to the drive through window on full display. If the outside of the building is this gross ... I shudder to think what might be going on inside the kitchen! The staff is very rough too. Often, they leave you sitting at the drive through for several minutes before even acknowledging you. I will say that they have never actually fucked up my order ... although often they don't ask you if you want plain or spicy, etc. This area of Worcester is as trashy and ghetto as it comes. There's no reason to stick around ... the people here behave like crazy people ... the drivers are rude and aggressive and overall, it's the proverbial armpit of Massachusetts. Popeye's used to be fairly cheap but now it's super pricey for fast food. A 3 piece chicken tender meal is close to $10. The food is usually good ... the orange mac and cheese was one of Anthony Bourdain's favorite guilty pleasure foods. (I know as he was an acquaintance of mine) even the biscuits are tasty. If I am going to eat fast food, it is going to be Popeye's or In N Out Burger. Maybe Shake Shack. Never McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts.

We placed an order online and the order took about a half hour for about 5 rolls. Wish it was a bit faster but the restaurant seemed pretty busy. We spent close to $50 on that last order and the crab Rangoons were unfortunately missing when we came home. Bit disappointed on that. Main reason for dropping of stars was I felt the quality of the sushi wasn't as good as our last visit. Both rolls just didn't have a ton of flavor. It didn't taste as fresh as our last visit. Flavor wasn't terrible but it was just... okay. Not sure what happened--maybe it was an off day or the quality suffered a bit. But hopefully they can improve the sushi rolls. Also from my last review they had a promotion of a discount online but my discount wasn't honored online--no big deal. But after a text promotion my crab Rangoons weren't honored either? Thumbs down. If folks do really enjoy this place and get reeled in on online promotions, definitely make sure they honor it. I was aware of it but just didn't want to deal with it. Cheers.
