Forgive me for my attitude about fast food. I hate it. I really do…read more I have my reasons. They have to do with heart attacks, calories, and fat. But, aside from that, this is a recent attitude of mine. I have felt this way for about a year. I very rarely go fast food. But I know my wife likes it as do the kids. So with that, I bought breakfast at this BK while out for some errands. Of course, the order was screwed up and after getting home, I had to drive back and pick up the part I was shorted. But, I will say that the folks behind the counter were extremely apologetic and seemed genuine. They knew it was messed up. They gave me no problems and I got what I was missing. I even felt a little bad for the folks, back there, as you could tell they took it personally that they messed up. This is the mark of good customer service in my mind. I will very rarely ever give anything above 3 stars to fast food. So at 3 stars, they are tops for this type of place. The customer service is about 1000000% better than any local Mcdonalds. The food is typically better tasting, IMHO, as well. But its still fast food. If you are in the area, and you need fast food, stop here. It, and LJS a few doors down, are about as good as it gets for fast food in Mifflin County.
