To begin with, I usually avoid giving one-star ratings, but this place truly deserves them. yesterday, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal after waiting nearly 30 minutes for someone to take my order. When I finally received it, I went to my car to eat, only to find one of the worst meals I've ever had. The bacon on the burger was undercooked, and the fries were so stale that they looked like they had been made yesterday. It was simply disgusting. When I returned to the restaurant to speak with a manager, I was informed that she was not on duty at the moment. I was eventually given the number of the district manager, but I was still unable to get a hold of anyone. I decided to make a corporate complaint, hoping that this would address the issue. If I could give negative stars, I would, but the interior of the restaurant was nice. It was just the employees who were being lazy. read more

What an epic JOKE. Order was given repeated, and still they got it wrong! We live 30 min away, so tried to call about 10 times with no answer! The receipt is correct the order is WRONG. Ordered the BBQ brisket whopper w/o pickles. Instead got something with mayo, tomato, and some crunchy onions. 56 miles will be spent in gas 2 hours of time to go back and forth. I ordered a $10 chicken sandwich meal and by the time I got home saw that I was given a bag of chicken nuggets. My ticket on the bag was correct but the contents of my bag was not. This is the third consecutive time my order has been wrong. I will not be going back to this location. I used to praise the service and food at this spot, but they must have new management because it has gone down quickly. read more

I asked for a refund because I noticed they were microwaving my sandwich, the manager got an attitude and said I don't understand people and got an attitude and walked away. I had to ask a separate person to get my refund and even then it took over five minutes. read more

The absolutely rudest management team I have encountered. Talked horribly to staff trying to resolve my issue with the crappy app. The mangers refused to do anything. Company culture at BJ is not to wait on customers nor show any kind of civility. This is the THIRD BK we've had to walk out (3 different states) because nobody at the front world take our order. We went in, there was 2 people to order in line before us and we waited over 10 mins to order, finally placed our order, waited another 10 mins and when we got our food out of bag as we got down the road, 3 of the 4 orders were wrong, fries were cold- it was AWFUL! Worst customer service I've seen in years. First they almost completely got my wife's order wrong. She had ordered an original chicken sandwich add tomato and pickles. What she got was one of their new chicken sandwiches with nothing but lettuce that looked three days out of date and squirt of what I assumed was mayonnaise. The chicken barely covered 1/3 of the bun and the condiments didn't even cover the half the chicken. She went back to the counter have her food fixed while I started on mine. My burger was so bad I would have been ashamed to feed it to a dog. I don't posses the vocabulary to accurately describe how awful that thing was other than old, cold and hard enough to make dentist see dollar signs. So I take it back to the counter where I said it was awful and I wanted another. That's when I started to pay attention to my wife's ordeal. This ogre of a manager was rudely talking to my wife, when another manager stepped in and asked what was going on. Another customer in line stepped up and said the ogre had started to come across the counter at my wife. I was done at that point and asked for our money back. The second manger said something smart ass and that's when I got out of line and threw my drink on the floor behind the counter and said have fun cleaning that up. Of course I didn't get my money back but it was worth losing $10 to learn that I will never give that Burger King another dime. The real shame is I enjoy their impossible whopper and the other location on my town is just as bad. read more

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches for $4 and a small black coffee. I got 1 sandwich and cream and sugar for my coffee. For this I paid $4.49. I told the server that I ordered 2 sandwiches. She gave me another sandwich and charged me $3.42. I asked about the 2 for $4 deal.She just looked at me and took the additional $3.42. I had a similar experence my last visit. i am well satisfied with BK @ live oak, fl. the town has many lousy faults, burger king is NOT one of them.
