Ordered through the app 10:30pm (I know late), paid for food and once I arrived at 10:35 everything was closed already when the hours are till 11pm. No one inside, the drive through closed the lobby closed all lights off. Trying to request a refund through the app now. This place always has the slowest service, each time we go is more than a 20 minute wait for in lobby or 10 mins for drive through even with app. It's the only Burger King close to this area and they take advantage of that. I deliver for doordash and Uber Eats I have a colleague that contacted the corporate office and was informed that the employees are instructed to not prepare the order until after the delivery driver gets there which is the whole point of having a tablet and having to order sent over 10 minutes for the driver gets there so they don't have to wait. First I make the hamburgers the patties are sitting in a steamer for no telling how long then after they make the burgers they realize that they don't have any fries for the order then they have to cook the fries and then after the fries they realize that they haven't made the drinks yet then after that they realize that they do not have the dessert that the customer wanted and then after that they do not have drink carriers for the drinks this place is a joke that discriminates against delivery drivers read more

Customer service is nonexistent & rude! They don't honor prices on their own menu, then argue you down. The manager went out there, saw it and STILL didn't honor it! These heifers even had the nerve to discuss whether or not they were going to honor the posted prices in spanish with me right between them. Talk about rude...oh yes, consider BK complaint headquarters notified. Update 9.11.12 I did file a complaint and a local representative phoned me. She listened, attempted to appease, and offered me free food which I turned down. But the fact she phoned, really listened, & promised to address the issue, was suffice for me. Don't know what's going on but in the last couple of months, the food has been hot fresh and the service has been outstanding. I've had some the best whoppers I've ever had at this location. I don't recommend this place. Drove 20 minutes for a meal and whenever I got home my fries were cold. There's no way they could've gotten cold so fast. The burger was super thin compared to other Burger Kings but seriously who puts cold fries in an order. I think a health inspector should check the temperature of the food in this restaurant cause it's not up to code. read more

This is the worst place to eat in magnolia and I've tried them all. Do not go, do not eat here. I went to get a spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was the worst thing I've ever eaten. My husband request a refund, the trash of a manager refused to give him a refund and told the kitchen to "make this man his food, I aint givin no refund!" as he walked away. Fab-u-lous, the gentleman at the drive thru provided me with absolute great services, he was so attentive to my needs and very respectful. My food was made exactly like ordered, cashier was very respectful and very socialable. quality of my food was at a great temperature once I returned back to work, and it was a very delicious supper. I had to feed a whole crew of guys. So when I said I needed 20 cheeseburgers, I was expecting a different reaction than what I got. I have to order large quantities of food often so I have plenty of experience with situations like this. Instead the cashier yells "GAME ON" to his coworkers and I got a kick out of it. This place SUCKS. Messed up my order all to hell my first time here. I ordered the Impossible Whopper, no ketchup or mustard with BBQ sauce. I got no BBQ sauce, but loads of MAYO. Second time here, I sat in the drive thru behind ONE person ordering, and they waited for what seemed like forever before someone took their order. Being that I was sandwiched behind the guy in front of me and several cars behind me (some of which began to honk and then drive away) I was stuck and forced to wait. I finally get to the drive thru window to order my Impossible Whopper, and the girl on the headset was talking to other people at the same time she was attempting to take my order. And she sounded like she had just woken up or was high or something. I had to repeat my order to her 3 times, just to be told they were out of Impossible Meat. Horrible, Order taker just could not get the order right. She was more concerned with her fake nails being protected than her job. It took 10 minutes to order and then the order was still wrong. their were no special request on the order all menu items. They were out of tea the order taker told me the tea was nasty and that she didn't think it was safe to drink. the drink fountain did not have carbonation or lemonade and they said it was like that from yesterday. the order taker with her fake nails gripped the inside of my cup. If she is so concerned about her nail job does she properly wash her hands. probably not. This place sucks. Called @ 11:30pm & was told dri thru open till 12pm so I drove 20 minutes & they were closed @ 11:50 pm when I got there. Unbelievable. Went into to connected store to verify hours & store Mgr said employee was still there, car in parking lot. So I called again, no answer, went back thru drive thru & honked, no reply. As I left I could see thru window employee pop out like a rat, mopping floor. Went back thru driv thru and they hid. Called on the phone, they would answer but not talk. So I left again. After my light turned green I drove past restaurant again and once again I could see employee trying to clean to leave. So I went back into driv thru & watch employee disappear like a cockroach in the light. Gas Store mgr pointed out employees car, I borrowed paper & wrote a "thank you" for their horrific customer service and noted I would be calling back in the morning to not only speak to the corporate office but to this BK manager.
