The next best things are the chicken fries. Nice crisp, tender chicken and well seasoned. I wish I would've ordered a larger portion. Finally I went down the Hershey Highway and got the sundae pie. Had a coupon. Could not use it at the counter. Had to go on my phone to make the order. Totally annoying. Got the original chicken sandwich for my granddaughter and it tasted horrible. I ordered lunch fpr me and my staff last Friday, after waiting more than 30 minutes, the BK app announced our food was delivered, but no driver had come so we went outside, and our lunch was spilled in the back door of our office,drinks emptied, food scattered on the bag and even on the floor, I ordered through BK app so my assistants were the location we ordered from ( BK - North Miami store # 3711) and they were told BK is not responsible for the food once it leaves the store, that we needed to complaint to DoorDash, ( I didn't even know the carrier because I ordered directly from BK app) so we were left without food and no reimbursement. If that's the policy it should not provide delivery, it was also my daughter's first time trying BK, of course she doesn't want to try it ever again. read more

This location is really bad right now.. but the people seem nice. The quality of the food has been really poor. The fries lack crunch, and yet look over cooked.. almost like day old fries. Normally fries are the big hit for fast food.. but sadly here they're just gross. Our impossible burger and ch-king were fine, but my kids didn't care for their nuggets and one looked especially questionable. In terms of the kids meals, they said they don't have a fruit side here which I thought was odd.. normally my son likes apple. They also didn't allow an option of kids drink, only apple juice (we normally get milk). They never seem to have toys for boys and girls at this location.. even though specified on ordering, my kids always end up with same toy, whether 2 boys ones or 2 girls ones. Today both received Construction Engineer Barbie (we do like this toy). In a way I'm thankful the quality is so poor right now because it'll make us rethink before grabbing fast food and maybe get a nutritious meal instead. This location did recently reopen after months of being closed, so on the bright side they're learning and should get up to speed. I never had any issues using my coupons I this store. Other locations don't always accept coupons. Breakfast for two ,croissant egg and bacon with hashed brown and coffee for $5. You can never go wrong with coffee first thing in the morning. The hash were nice and hot a d the croissant yummy... Great deals!!! The service in the drive thru was amazing from star to finish. Every single item will be completely wrong and others missing from your delivery altogether. I've never seen such sloppy attention to detail in my life. Attempting to get help or a refund through the delivery apps is very time-consuming and ineffective because the apps now require photos of EVERYTHING. This Burger King is across from the Dadeland South Metrorail station so it's very easy to get to. I took my mom to do blood work close by this morning so I stopped to get her some hashbrowns on our way home. She enjoyed them. The location is convenient and it's your typical fast food. Went to this location for the first and last time on Tuesday June 29, 2021 around 9:15 PM. All the quick service kiosks had signs indicating to go to the counter to order, but nobody was at the counter. When finally someone showed up, I asked the only person at the counter (tall young black dude, didn't have a name tag) the difference between one item and another item from the menu that seemed the same, he looked at me, laughed and said: "I don't know, I don't eat that" turned his back and left...just like that. I get it: it's being raining in Miami a lot, many fast food restaurant employees are understaffed, underpaid, and these times are not the best times we've ever experienced, but that's not an excuse to take it out on customers, especially when I'm being super respectful, and simply asking a question about the menu from the restaurant you work for. read more

04/15/19 I took my family to have dinner after a long day of work, to come to find out that we had to wait for our food for about 30-45 after ordering it in the kiosk. Why you may ask? We'll, let's just say there was only 3 maybe 4 employees. 1 cook, 2 in drive through, and 0 at the counter. All this with a line of people that filled the front counter end to end. Moral of this story, if you want quality, don't jeopardize quality for quantity. All blame does not fall on these 3-4 employees, even though some may have been more professional. The majority of the blame falls on poor management. No stars awarded until management get it together. They gave it a facelift, but at the end of the day, it's still Burger King! The cash register person is nice, they try to keep the place clean, and the playground at least doesn't appear to be teeming with disease. The super cool Nuevo soda fountains, with touch screen and custom mix options (such as cherry vanilla diet Dr Pepper) is a step up, as I've only seen at one other restaurant to date (BRG in Kendall). But don't expect it to be anything other than Burger King when the food comes. It is what it is! read more
