I don't know what's going on with BK lately but there food is just going downhill. The chicken sandwich I ordered tasted like fake rubber chicken it was horrible , I couldn't even eat it, and then to top it off they decided to up charge me for a Med when I didn't even order Med. the fries were not even that fresh, BK used to be my fav years ago now it's just going downhill altogether and it sucks. read more

They were very rude and forgot my daughters juice. When I asked for it they said it was in the bag, closed the window and walked away. It was not in the bag. Don't be surprised when you get to the window and they ask "what do you want!?!". Also you can hear staff yelling at each other. read more

eva is the only reason why I am in this place... place is outdated and dirty... the kids playground area is in dire need of some serious military grade sound-proofing... The only thing up-to-date is the soda machine!?! I often wonder how is it possible for the employees to clean and disinfect the kids playroom/playground since it's made for kids and I'm sure it must be tough to get up to the top and all... and since everything is right up against the wall, how is it possible to get the vaccuum and the mop back there?!? I'm sure all of this is done adaily t least twice daily right?!? right?!? My boyfriend and I parked in the BK parking lot, walked inside the building and ordered some food. I smiled and said goodbye to the security guard who was standing at the door as we left and he acknowledged us. We walked to Trader Joe's (right next to BK) to buy some bread. Not even 20 minutes later, we come back to BK's lot to find our car towed! My boyfriend went inside to talk to the manager and security guard who were both exceptionally rude! They explained that we parked on private property and once we step foot off of it, our vehicle is subject to being towed. I understand towing a vehicle if someone parked it at BK all day or for a few hours, but less than 20 minutes.... really? We spent more time inside BK eating. NEVER going back to this restaurant again. Beware because they are very tow happy and have very poor customer service. read more

This place is overrun with vagrants, the bathrooms are used as showers and are filthy. People are loitering all over the restaurant for hours on end. The service and the food were both good. I would stick with the drive-thru if I were you. read more

It's a BK so food quality is what it is. That said the venue was clean and well lit. The menu has a lot more options that I remember BK offering. This location has the new custom soda dispensers that I've only seen in the NYC metro area. Staff was super friendly and food was prepared quickly. I'm not a huge fast food water anymore, but I'd stop here again for a quick bite. This location also has a enclosed play area for kids. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! My boyfriend and I did a late night run for some "chicken" fries, French fries, and a soda. But what we got was stale "chicken" fries, nasty cold fries, and the best part right here. The guy guy told us that the soda machine was down. So we asked if they had tea. And he said yes and asked if we wanted sweet or unsweet. We said sweet. So when we pulled up to the window to pay I saw the MANAGER shaking our drink. Now why was she shaking our drink you ask? Well when you make sweet tea you're suppose to boil the sugar, water, and tea bags together in order for the sugar to properly melt. If you add sugar to cold tea it will not do anything except sink to the bottom of the cup. The cashier then took the cup from the manager and shook it yet again! Then proceeded to hand it to us. The first sip literally wouldn't come up because of the sugar. So we went home and took some picture. Here ya go. read more

Hello, So, long story short.... I grew up eating at this exact Burger King. I'm now 50. I must say that after my husband and I visited there this evening, It might be my very last visit there. I'm going to have to venture down the way and go to the "other" Burger King. First, as we are driving up to park our vehicle, my husband and I noticed a homeless man just sprawled out right there by the entrance. Next to him were three female employees just dancing and twerking out right by the front entrance, where the homeless man just sprawled out. SO, we decided to go to the drive thru. Someone takes our order...no problem... When we approach the window to pay there is a very large individual on his mic complaining that the woman (meaning a customer) better not have coupons. Instead of being courteous and focus on the customer at hand. Not only that, his general overall appearance was terrible. I actually think this was the manager. I wanted to say something to him about the homeless man and employees but obviously he was too busy complaining for that. All that fun just to get home and see the slop they prepared for us. Just terrible... Oh, and the sandwiches had enough mayo that it could drown you. What happened to taking pride in your appearance at a place of business and showing some pride in what you do and how your restaurant and food is presented to the customer. read more

The food is okay Burger King fare, but I was greatly disappointed with their customer service. Young guy at the counter rang up the food we ordered and the amount was higher than what it should be according to the menu board. Turns out he had upsized it, being sneaky about it, just to make more money for them. He refused to close out the order and re-enter it the right way, and also refused to let us speak to the manager. The cost of the upsizing was also higher than the menu board said. Then he and one of the other workers there high-fived each other for having beaten us. I will never go there again. read more

My mom and i just came from this Burger King maybe 20 mins ago and we had to literally stop to process how incredible the customer service was. Our drive through cashier was so professional and curteous to us even when we added a coupon to our order. The cashier assisting us with our food also told us we got a great deal and confirmed our order with us before congenially telling us goodbye. I swear I've never seen people at ANY fast food restaurant act so professional and friendly. Seriously. My mother and I spent the entire drive home trying to figure out if we were still in Miami. The order was correct and the food was fresh too! It seemed completely unreal that the whole experience was so good. Seriously. Go there. It was incredible. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with mayo and I wanted it off the broiler. They repeated my order and I saw what I wanted on the screen. I paid for my meal and I moved forward they immediately gave me my sandwich and I knew that it was not off the broiler. When you ask for in this fashion, it takes a couple minutes. I have no problem pulling to the side and waiting. But they decided not to do that. They decided not to give me my order the way I asked for a period and gave me something that they already had made. Something that was already sitting there. So I had to reverse through the drive thru, hand them the bag and ask them to make it off the broiler. THAT is when I was asked to pull over to the side and wait in a parking spot. C'mon man. I thought this food was made my Way, right away. You clearly took my order correctly And failed miserably at giving me the order that I placed. I understand why you guys have two stars. Someone at corporate is gonna look at you guys pretty closely. It's been 20 minutes since I brought back my sandwich and I still don't have my order. Honestly this is just pretty ridiculous. I had to walk to the drive-through window and they looked at me like I was crazy. They had no idea. Oh my God. Everybody forgot. I'm not fucking happy. Ultimately I just came to this piece of shit place to get something small to eat so I don't go fucking hangry. I'm never going to come to this place again. So the manager was insistent upon giving me my order and excited to give me another burger and at fries. I told him it wasn't necessary to give it to me anyways. You would think that somebody after making them wait half an hour for a small order and you're trying to make it up to him, that you would at least make them some hot fries instead of serve them up some home fries. It's just a slap in the face with some poor customer service. I'm the only one in this Burger King and Ordered a Red velvet Oreo shake after 15 minutes I got a melted red shake with no Oreos or whipped cream. Workers are more concerned with chatting than serving you.Expect small portions of food and Bad service. I recommend you go somewhere eles. read more
