How does this facility pass its Health Inspections? Walked in to order... a 28 minute wait just to do that! Ordered and had another 20 minute wait for two burgers and a coke.... Observations of 40+ minutes.. Grease abounds above grill to point it is visible running down a wall. Ceiling tiles askew and BLACK near drive thru window right over where the place the drive thru orders. Unpleasant rotten odors in dining area. Water stains/mold near counter, visible behind counter and near booths. Booths and tables DAMAGED and will stop you from using certain spots. THEY LOST THE MOP as dining and counter area has not had one used on it in a long while. Floors GREASY and SLICK. Staining (mold? Grease?) Above drink dispenser by driv thru window. Trash and debris on kitchen counters visible from order counter AND employees telling each other to do something about it and no one did. Kid under training dropped buns onto floor and placed them immediately onto prep counter... his "trainer" told him to toss them, which WAS done, and an order was immediately prepped on the unwiped/unclean prep area. read more

Terrible service . Had us pull to the back for two combos and it took 14 minutes for them to bring it out, just for my husbands burger to have pickles on it and be falling apart to the point he couldn't even eat it. Absolutely ridiculous. Took 7 times calling to even get ahold of someone, the lady said she was the manager but then wouldn't tell him her name and then hung up on him. read more

very long waiting time with only three workers working during lunch hour. this seems very unprofessional to be considering this is the hour EVERYONE on earth is eating lunch. One worker in specific looked homeless and never once put on gloves and never wore a hairnet but a bandana. very unprofessional and a serious health code violation. Works customer service anywhere. Today I ask for Whopper no ketchup. The person taken the order asked if I wanted cheese or bacon and I said I want a wapper no ketchup that'll be it they asked again. I replied again. Is a whopper no ketchup. I get up to the window and I was met by racist people saying they weren't going to serve me they didn't have to. No problem I don't have to eat there and I can share this with every person I meet. Just don't do this to yourself. I come here when there are no other options and even then it's not worth it. The worst Burger King you can subject yourself to: the food is of very poor quality even for a BK (hard as a rock, tastes like it's gone bad, cold, etc), and the employees are VERY rude. Not a single notice on the drive-thru menu about letting them know about coupons, yet when I gave them one with my money they began to yell, grunt, and laugh incredibly loudly in the back after they tried to flame me. Update last 3 nights things have been smooth at drive-up. Looks like things are finally back on track. I will give credit where credit is due. Hopefully it will stay like this. Concerning coupons let me tell you how to handle one at drive-up for smooth sailing. The coupons you get in mail. Upper right corner is a 4 digit number. Say i have a coupon the code number is XXXX what ever it is upper right corner. This simple. They will type it into system. Your moving. Hope this helps. Avoid this burger king. At the drive thru I ordered a whopper meal large sized with a coke and a spicy crispy chicken meal large sized with a coke. She even asked me to repeat the order, which I did. She did not repeat the order and the screen was not working. When I pulled forward I could see and hear that something was wrong with the order of the people in front of me, it took a couple of minutes to clear it up and they were asked to pull up and wait. When I got to the window I was asked by a different person to repeat my order, which I did. He then asked me to pull up to wait, then told me he would get my drink. He brought back 1 coke, I had to ask him for the other. I then asked him to put ketchup in the bag, he said they were out of ketchup but he could put some in a container. I pulled up to wait next to the people in front of me. After a couple more minutes the person in front of me must have been disgusted at the wait and went in to get their food, he came out a minute later with their food and left. I waited another minute and they brought my food. I opened the bag, the sandwiches were there but just 1 small fry instead of 2 large fries and no ketchup. I told her that it was wrong and she sent out the guy from the window. I told him that it was 2 large fries and asked again about the ketchup. He took it back in and came out a minute later. I opened the bag and the 2 large fries were there but still no ketchup. He had already gone inside so I had to go in for the ketchup, he then told me that they had no containers to put the ketchup in. I was so disgusted that I just walked out. I stopped to eat here with my boyfriend on our way to meet his friends. It's a smaller burger king with only a few tables but it wasn't crowded. The service was fast and the food was good. Their bathrooms were also really clean. I'd go back again. read more

Clean place to eat and was relatively quiet while we stopped by. Our small order took quite a while considering the lack of customers.
