I visited the Burger King in Moorhead, MN and ordered a plain sundae cup. Instead of receiving a regular-sized sundae, I was given a cup filled far below the line -- basically one small drop of ice cream. When I pointed out that the menu clearly shows the sundae filled to the top, both the employee and the GM told me, "It's only a dollar, so we don't fill it that much."This is extremely unprofessional. The store is intentionally giving customers less product than advertised just to save money, which directly affects customer satisfaction.On top of that, the drive-thru regularly has four to five cars sitting without being able to order, and once you finally do order, you're pulled forward with multiple cars to wait around the parking lot.I hope the franchise owners step in and address this location. If they don't, I'm afraid this Burger King may end up like the other Moorhead BK that closed down. read more

This was THE worst fast food experience I have ever encountered. To start, the guy taking our order through drive thru didn't greet us for a few minutes, then when he did he told us it would be a few minutes before he would get to us. Once we finally got our order he informed us that there was no lettuce, bacon, or tomato available. When we got our order the lady behind us said the employees told her to pull in front of us and she started yelling at us. We got our drinks, and then waited for 10 minutes before another response. The person came out the window and asked what our order was in the most rude demeanor, and then told us to come to the front to get our order. After waiting another 7 minutes they finally came out to give us our food, and when we asked them if the order was right they responded "idk maybe". And then walked off without a care in the world if it was right or not. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. read more

I encountered no problems eating here. Skylar took care of me and Wayne made me an awesome biscuit sandwich. Had a cool, refreshing sparkling water from the dispenser, used the restroom (clean), ordered on line without issue, used rewards "offer", got bonus crowns for eating there on New Years Eve Day. What could be better? Maybe a bed for a short nap but head and shoulders above other unnamed franchises in the area. Save yourself a headache and just GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Drive thru equipment is defunct, staff apparently has selective heating, store is dirty. Absolutely horrible. I am currently sitting in a drive thru lane that I cannot get out of and have been here for 20 minutes. When I finally got to order I was told to hold for a minute. After 2 or 3 minutes I asked if they were ready and the guy said just another minute. I then asked if this was fast food. He responded by saying they were busy. Wow. 1.5 stars. All franchises should be the same, so a review of any fast food joint is one based on service. Maybe it's a local thing, but I don't think it's out of the norm to ask for cream, ketchup, and mustard for any meal. Never seen creamer dished out separately, but they were willing to do it. However, it not normal to give me change consisting of 2/3 of a dollar bill. The thing was ripped off and wasn't noticed. I visited this Burger King on 10/3/19. I ordered thru the drive thru and noticed the lady taking the order did not offer us a cookie. The menu board states that if they do not offer a cookie to you it's free. So when I got up to the window I mentioned that I would like my free cookie. She replied with "I am pretty sure I asked you." My father who was also in the car also confessed that she did not ask. As she started giving us our order we assumed she was getting our cookie, instead she closed the window and moved on... In conclusion, this establishment's customer service needs a lot of improvement and I don't think I'll be back for a while. ~that's all for now read more

Well, I wrote a tip when I meant to give this BK a bad review! Yikes, this place is awful. I couldn't get in by one door this morning since it had not been unlocked, the trash cans were overflowing from last night's customers, the floor was sticky and the gal at the front counter was so cranky that she reminded me of the assistant principal from my grammar school. All I wanted was a quick breakfast but I got grief and very bad customer service. Plus, sorry to add, the coffee was awful, bitter and tasteless, the breakfast sandwich was on a weird dinner roll, and that cinnamon bun for a dollar when added is a stale, small joke. The manger came in while I was there and I suggest she take a long look at her employees and the way this BK operates, please! read more

Generally, I am rarely prompted to write reviews. An experience must be either remarkable or awful before I'll go as far as posting a comment like this. In fact, I spent years responding to guest reviews and complaints while working for one of the nations most renowned chicken sandwich retailers; so I am aware of how many reviews are nonsensical and irrational. My experience today, however, is certainly worthy of feedback. Initially, the lady who took my order in the DT was very cheerful and polite, and when I arrived at the window, she provided excellent and outgoing service. But when she handed me the first item of my order, she presented me with my milkshake in a container with a crack running all the way down the side. The moment she handed it to me, the entirety of its contents spilled all over the interior of my vehicle. I was immediately frustrated, primarily at the difficulty of cleaning the shake out of the car. But then I noticed that the lady continued with the transaction as though nothing had happened. She saw the entire incident, but did not acknowledge it even slightly. When I asked for napkins, she gave me maybe 6... I asked for more, and then ordered a second shake. She ran my card again, handed me a bag, and informed me that there would be a wait for fresh hot fries (which I am always willing to wait for). So I pulled up to wait (went in for more napkins), and when the a staff member came out with my order, she told me that they had given me the wrong food in the first bag. She took that order back, and gave me the correct food, but unfortunately the fries were barely warm. She made no effort to indicate remorse at the spilled shake I was cleaning out, other than to tell me that if I needed anything else to clean up the mess to just let them know. Food tasted fine, service wasn't bad, but guest recovery is completely lacking. Most fast food franchise owners can afford to lose a customer or two, so I know I'm not an important casualty here. But the pennies saved by not investing in a good guest recovery program are not worth the dollars lost due to perception that a business simply does not care about guest experience. read more
