I get it, a chain place is a make or break for some people but I'm here because the price is right. The 3 for me special is only $10.99 which beats any fast food combo any day. You get your choice of drink, app and entree at an unbeatable price. I usually go with the burger and I've never been disappointed. Juicy with just the right amount of pink in the patty. The side salad is just the right size to go with my burgers and fries and ensure that I get at least some veggies in my dinner. Portions are generous for both the burger and fries, no skimping just because it's a deal. To think you would pay more to get something similar at a fast food place is just insane. For a quick and easy on the wallet bite to eat, Chili's is always consistent and good. read more

We actually had a really good time here. And the food was made well. The chicken wings were perfection! Crunchy & perfectly seasoned. Kudo's to whoever the chef was that made them. The waitress was very kind & attentive. The only reason I didn't give this location 5 stars is bc the bathrom area was very slippery. And I was wearing sneakers! If I had on heels I would've definitely fell on my ass. I was sliding the whole time in the bathroom & hallway area getting to the bathroom. Almost as if the floor was mopped with oil it was that bad. But besides that, everything else was fine. read more

I just wanted to write a quick review. We are a family of six, which always seems to create challenges at restaurants when it comes to attentiveness and modifications to menu orders. That was not the case at our most recent visit to Chili's in West Acres Mall. First off, even being a Wednesday evening around 6pm, we were still able to get a booth which fit all of us comfortably. I have 2 boys, 13 and 15 & 2 girls, 8 and 9 so this was nice because no one was scrunched or annoyed being too close to their sibling . Secondly, our server, Megan, was phenomenal! She very friendly, always had our refills out in a timely manner, was attentive to whatever we needed and at no time did we ever feel like she forgot about us. The food was good and a little overpriced (but what isn't nowadays) but it was still a fun and worthwhile outing. Thus, I understand some might say, "shouldn't a server always do this?" The answer is not as simple though. Every time we go to a restaurant, it always seems something goes wrong, food wasn't made right or the server just seems annoyed or doesn't give us the attention we should get as a customer. I feel it's important to give this establishment and Megan praise because while I know what I'm getting when going to a similar style restaurant, I was so happy to have a server that made us feel welcome and important. read more

I don't typically think of a place like Chilis when in Fargo but last weekend my parents were in town and thought it sounded great for a quick bite. Our waitress Carlee was fantastic! She walked us through the menu, was very prompt on refills. And even asked us about our plans afterwards! It wasn't super busy in there but she brought all the vibes!! more people should consider Chilis when in Fargo. I know I'll be back if the servers are all rockstars like Carlee was. 10/10! read more

I ordered two burgers and fries and two orders of chips and salsa to go. I took everything to my car and was going to eat my burger and put the other one in my cooler to take home. Normally those burgers are thick and so juicy the juice literally runs down your arms. I ate two bite of the burger and stopped. It was super thin and dry. There were only a small portion of fries, whereas normally it was a nice size portion. I didn't open the chips as I could see through the bag that they were overdone and dark in color. I did open the salsa and it looked like someone poured water in it. I took everything back in the bar and tried to return it. I showed the waiter everything. He said the manager was in a meeting. He walked over the the table and no one would get up to come over and help. I left all the food, my name and number and no one ever called or refunded me the 50 bucks. I didn't bother to call as I know how it would go, if they couldn't even be bothered to get up off their chair. What a disappointment! Will be giving Texas Roadhouse all my business now. read more

We brought our family of 7 with a baby in for dinner tonight. We were seated at a table for 6 even though we had 7 people. The only place for our baby was in the walk way. We asked for more space but they refused to put 2 tables together for us. We observed 3 people at a table for 6 but they wouldn't allow 7 at a Space for 8. It only got worse from there. Our appetizers, salads and meals came out at the same time. 3 of us were still eating when the bill and containers were delivered to our table. One of the best Chili's experiences anywhere. Jacob was at the bar on 12/18 when I dined with a colleague for dinner. I would have never known he was new to the role at Chilis. He owned the bar, made great drinks - found time to chat with the guests and multi-tasked like the best of them. January 11th 2025 about 7pm my girlfriend and I came to this Chili's to have her birthday dinner, first off before we got to the restaurant, we called and put ourselfs on the waitlist as you do with any restaurant that's busy on a weekend. Off the bat they got us a seat rather early, while on our way to the restaurant they had gotten us mixed up with a other couple and gave them our seats, luckily when we arrived they still seated us right away, lucky break there but that's about where it ends. After my girlfriend and I are seated we put our app order and drinks in and almost instantly our apps came out with our drink, I didn't think much about but my gf said it made her think the apps are just sitting under a warmer pre made just waiting for an order. But it was clear the apps (mozzarella sticks) were fresh. But during this time I had a sprite run out and the waiter said he'd get me 1 more. Well he did after about 15 mins of waiting for the drink. In that amount of time our food came out and I had started eating. But it didn't end there, my girlfriend got the Cajun pasta and on its way to our table the toast fell on the floor, and the waitress from the kitchen said she'd get us more and the waiter explained this as well. So we went about eating our meal and the food was truely good not a lot of meat on the ribs but they are good along with the pasta and the store is a very bright inviting store, however our server was not on his A game, he was training someone in who soon vanished after we arrived, this server never came back after saying he'd get us toast. He literally never came back. We were seated next to the door and asked the door greeter to find our server. He said he would and did, but I sever never came back. We wanted a box for the pasta but we ended up leaving it cause of how poor our service was. Thank god you pay at the table because we would've never gotten the bill from him. The times we did see him it was 20 + mins between those times. Meanwhile other tables in his same area wait for his service. A table next to us got there before us and we sat down ordered and ate before they got to put any drinks in. To return to our story. We left the Cajun pasta cause our sever never returned, with the toast or for anything. My girlfriend got so upset she started crying in the store, this is all she wanted for her birthday a decent meal from a place we rarely go to. Both the female and male door greeters who did try to help us thank you. You 2 were wonderful I just wish your waiter didn't make my girlfriend cry on her birthday. read more

Host was Awful! There were at least 7 booths/ tables open around the restaurant and she sat on her phone behind the booth counter and didn't seat us for at least 15 minutes until I stood up to ask about it then she goes oh table is ready. We will for sure not be coming back! read more

The only complaint is that the server forgot to inform us that the root beer was an upcharge of like $3.69. I would give less if I could. We waited 2 hours for our take out only to be told it was stolen. Then was told to go online to cancel order which can't be done it has to be done in store. They cancelled and re ordered. When we went to pick it up they said they had no online orders. We told them we spoke to them on phone the magically found order and we had to wait another 30 minutes! Was served a drink and noticed an orange was the garnish. I apologized and told them I'm allergic and just asked them for a different drink, I gave multiple options and verified they didn't have oranges. They came back 4 different times with a drink and said they verified my allergy wasn't present, and kept coming back saying it did. I had drank one after I verified with 2 serves that oranges weren't present, after I drank half the bartender came up and said oops oranges are In there, but you'll be just fine. I went here 5/18/24 things started of great we got our drinks but we were seated with no napkins or silverware the entire time. Our waitress was sitting in the booths with every customer and socializing instead of checking on our food we waited for over an hour to get our food while everyone was coming and going with theirs. I know one of the managers Ben and he's great but he seemed to be busy trying to fix problems that were arising by the time we got our food we had lost our appetite and took it to go. Bartender was our server. She went over happy hour specials after we asked. Ordered the $5 wine special was charged for full price. Food came out an hour later with only five tables of guests (not busy). Ate our food. Asked for tabs and boxes, got the tabs half hour after (tabs were incorrect). Management took an additional 20 minutes to respond the bartender to fix the tabs. Unfortunately didn't know how. So we paid the incorrect tabs and left. During this time a back of house server and the bartender (our server) got into it. The bartender yelled at the back of house server saying don't slam the drinks down. Chili's in Fargo is located in the West Acres Mall. The restaurant stays pretty busy because of its location. They have daily drink specials and happy hours. I stopped here on a Saturday night with the family. It's similar to Applebee's but a little more modern. I feel that the menu is similar. My wife had mango chili chicken and I had the fajitas. Both were satisfying but not great. Our server was polite and speedy. We had no issues with any of the staff. read more

I was just at this restaurant maybe a month ago and it was pretty good. But today I have never had such bad food and service as we did tonight. Started off bad we were told to come in to be sat and was told then we had to wait another 10-15 minutes so that was very frustrating. Food was awful burnt appetizer then entries came out and it had sat under the lamps to long some was cold and some were dried out. Also as for our server she was slow acted like there was no urgency at all and just kept coming back with 1 thing but not anything else we would ask for. Then it would take forever to get it and whatever else we asked for. I can't see how all this happened as the restaurant was pretty dead as well. I really hope you can get your stuff back together cause we love Chili's but this is such a bad experience I am not sure we will be back. read more

Service was bad. We sat ourselves. So I had low expectations after that and I know Chili's is a chain so the food is on par with other locations. I dislike places where I have to chase down the server. I never saw a manager even though I asked. Just be prepared for disorganization and printing your own receipt. read more

Staff was awesome. Our server was great and on top of everything! Refills were instant and so was the chips. Cajan pasta was good asked for shrimp and chicken. Only concern was the shrimp didnt look fully cooked so i just sucked it up and put a few to the side i have a feeling they were steamed or dunked in hot water. Everyone elses meal was perfect. Nice atmosphere open and active with screen etc. Very up to date with well trained service and quality clean food. fajitas excellent, ribs and flat bread. I like the new menu over previous Chili's.
