Wow. "Oh no, what could we improve" is right. I don't know how short I can summarize my experience, but I will try my absolute best, dear reader. Wouldn't you have liked to see the shock on my face when I watched, almost in slow motion as in a cinematic move, my beloved treasured burrito being chucked in the trash can. A tear may have slipped... but Im unsure if that was due to the loss of my burrito, which felt like ripping a child out of my arms, or because of the onions they were chopping and told me they didn't have. Their tortilla also tastes like booty cheek so its not like my second burrito (remember they threw away my first one) was redemption. Additionally, I had to practically beg on my hands and knees to get the bathroom code. But that wasnt even the bad part. When I opened the door, I was met with stench and filthy. Clean your bathrooms more, Qdoba. This is the second Qdoba location I have visited, and the second location where they threw food. 2/3 employees were acting inconvenienced by my business. They were moving too fast, missing ingredients, and under filling my bowl. I barely got any lettuce, so I asked for more and was told there is a salad option I should get instead. I was stunned and had no words after that comment. Other than those things the food was very good. If you are going to work in customer service don't act miserable and do your jobs. Otherwise work somewhere else! read more

Very good food, fast service, and clean. Overall very good experience. Very nice location, I come here often.

Used to be really good, but now every order is messed up. Continuously will forget items for my bowl but when I order another item, those missing items will end up in the burrito. Complained before and said would be handled but obviously not. Will not be coming back. read more

Worst experience ever!!!! Visited today (Sun, 10/1/23) at about 12:30. Bathroom was not clean, trash can over flowing, no paper towels. The checkout area was filthy. I told the person as the register that he should get it cleaned up. He basically shrugged his shoulders and ignored me. Drink area was also filthy and there were no napkins. Asked the person at the register for napkins. He sent someone out to look for some. The guy looked under the drink stand and couldn't find any so he went and got a half roll of bathroom towels. I asked him to wipe the area and he mumbled something and walked away. And to top it off I was less than comfortable with the guy with a scraggly beard making my bowl! People are still using the excuse that it is hard to find employees, but there were plenty of employees there, just none that gave a damn! I eat regularly at the Qdoba in Willmar, MN and have never had a bad experience there. And I plan to come often to this area because my niece just started college at Concordia. Sad, but I will never go back to this one! read more

Food was good, but small -- took maybe 4 medium-sized bites and was able to finish it. Ordered online, and it was done before I got there, and I got there a little early. People working seemed to be laughing at me as I got there, though, so that's not great. read more

As far as fast food Mexican goes, Q'Doba is the place to go. I've been there a handful of times a while back but hadn't returned after having to go gluten free. What to my pleasure though, to see that they do in fact have some gluten free options! Yay! Sticking with the white tortillas and black beans for their super tasty burrito allows me to get my Mexican fix in when I'm in a hurry! Any of the meats are gluten free and all good (I'm partial to the ground beef though and almost always get that). Add in guac, sour cream, white rice, and some salsa rojo . . . and you're good to go. Before having to live in gluten free land, I would get their chips and cookie for dessert. They're both really good, but alas . . . no more for me. It's not the same as an authentic, sit-down Mexican restaurant meal; but when you're in a crunch for time and want some good burritos, come down to Q'Doba! read more

Very friendly staff. They can get super busy at lunchtime but that's expected and probably because it's the best location in the FM area in my opinion. The line still moves pretty fast even when busy. I often drive out of my way to get to this location over other Qdoba locations in town. read more

Really... The fancy soda machine was broken and the girl behind the counter knew it, and continued to sell soft drinks. The response was like (and this was after purchase), "you just have to hold your cup to the top, it's going to spray all over the place but it still works." Great.. Not only did I get a soda but I got to wear it with my cup full of soda foam. People that ordered after me were sold soda cups and had the same ordeal. Am I going to let the actions of one bonehead employee ruin the review of this place? Because of the level of incompetence shown, absolutely! read more

Awfully slow service. I'm a Door Dash driver and my order was 10 minutes late before I finally walked out. Three employees working but only one making food with a lime of 8-10 people. One employee felt the need to clean while a line of people waiting and the other just stood at the till checking girls out from head to toe. Don't waste your time here. read more

Been here a few times and it's alright. Chips and queso is amazing, defintely recommend. Staff is always friendly and the food is usually fresh. The couple of times that I've ordered a chicken burrito it's been good, but the few times I've ordered a steak burrito it's been nearly inedible. I'm not sure if I'm just getting a bad batch but I can't order any steak from Qdoba! Everything else is fine. read more

It's kind of Chipotleish and I am a huge Chipotle fan. Qdoba makes a good attempt to copy the order process, food and flavor of Chipotle but falls a bit short. I had a burrito bowl (pork, pinto, salsa verde, and fajita vegetables). It was just ok. I also had a cup of their chicken enchilada soup and it was surprisingly good. So Qdoba will do when there is no Chipotle nearby. 9 frickin degrees outside and this place was across the parking lot from the hotel. read more

After repeated visits I can give 5 stars to all the staff who are consistently friendly. They take care building burritos and always send me off with delicious food. read more
