I stopped at the drive-thru late at night on a weekend. The wait time was a little slow (no fault of the employees, they seemed understaffed). There was only one car ahead of me and it took me over 5 minutes from start to finish. I placed a small order, which was accurate and fresh. The food was still hot 15 minutes after picking it up. The staff were courteous and seemed to be working hard. The exterior of the restaurant and the interior behind the counter seemed clean. read more

Went to go get some food after being in urgent care for 3 hours. My boyfriend and I were super hungry so we ordered a decent amount. It was only 8pm but we heard the lady through the drive thru window complain that we ordered so much food. Then she proceeded to give us no straws for our shakes, only gave me 10 fiery chicken fries instead of 12 and they tasted old, and my boyfriend's fries were cold. I understand food service is hard and it can be a lot sometimes but come on!!!! I'm a hungry gal I wanted my 12 chicken fries not 10, 12!!! I paid for 12 please do better. read more

Just left this location. My family and I waited in the empty lobby for more than 5 mins while employees walked by us without acknowledging us. My wife finally asked if someone was available to take our order as an employee was walking by again. That employee responded "in a minute without turning around and looking in our direction. After more minutes of waiting, we decided to leave. An employee, in a loud voice said "I guess they're leaving" as we were walking out. I turned around and looked at him with disgust. We realize that we are not going to change Burger King culture by making them aware of this behavior, but we do want BK to know that we have a choice, and that choice will not include them in the future. To that employee, next time consider an apology for the wait then offer to take your customers order. It goes a long way to keep a relationship viable. read more

Maritza was rude and sarcastic. I believe she's a manager but shouldn't be. I asked for a 1/4 lb and told me to go to McDonald's. I asked for lemon for ice tea and was told they didn't have any. She put her hand out as I went to pay at the drive up window and I couldn't reach her. I put the money in front of her the wind blew and the money fell on the floor. She stood there shaking her head and complaining to another employee. If there had been a rolling drawer as banks have it would make transactions easier read more

This BK is one of the best well run fast food places I've ever come across. The workers are efficient, and really nice. They work fast, but still manage to take time to be courteous. The food is usually pretty good, better than most BK's. I will go out of my way to go to this one. This crew deserves a big shout out for consistency, and the managers for hiring well and hopefully being kind to the workers. I hope their hard work isn't going unnoticed. You don't see this a lot anymore, regardless of the establishment. read more

What happened to this place? I don't know about the rest of the day, but they're dropping the ball big time in the morning. Starting a month or two ago, its a roll of the dice if they're even open in the morning. Sometimes there's a sign that they're opening at 10, sometimes somebody tells you over the speaker, sometimes there's just silence at the drive through. Twice within the past week they took my order, took my money and then told my they don't have any pancakes. Management is failing badly and needs to be replaced. I have to get to work on time, I don't have time to go to another restaurant when BK is closed or doesn't have the food. I've given them a lot of chances but I have to remove this location from my morning breakfast rotation. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Remembering how great my breakfast sandwiches were when I stopped at a different Burger King last week, I figured I'd have a second go around. Since this location was on my way to my next appointment, I pulled in. (Insert sad trombone here - Wah, Wah, Waaaaah). I ordered the 2 for $4.00 Croissan'wiches. Sausage, egg and cheese. The bag itself was so greasy I had to put it on the floor so I didn't ruin my seats. When I opened the bag and pulled the first one out, the wrapper was covered with grease. Literally covered. The sandwich looked like it had been through the mill. Sadly I never got to the second one. The first one was almost cold. Certainly not at a safe temperature to eat. This BK location has never been the greatest but seeing a bag soaked through with grease and still handing it to a customer shows how little you care about what you're doing. While it's not as horrific as the Route 32 location in Newburgh, NY, it had a looong way to go before it's as top notch at the New Windsor, NY location. read more

Admittedly this location is pretty good in getting my order correct and the food being hot and fresh. I'd give it more stars but the other night I went through the drive-thru and ordered a grilled chicken salad that was terrible. I had to wait about four minutes for them to "make" it and when I got it home it was not edible. The lettuce was all wet, wilted and brown, the cheese was almost non-existent, the tomatoes were soggy and wet and the grilled chicken was over cooked and dry. I gave it to my dog to eat! And I believe I paid between $5 - $7 dollars for that salad. I get that fast food salads may leave little to be desired sometimes, but to serve something that even my dog would barely eat is pitiful. Guess I will have to stick to the other menu items from now on. read more

I just went to this Burger King. Absolutely horrible experience. I can't explain the incompetence in their team of 4 tonight. With only 1 other customer in store, it them 30 minutes to get my order. Burger King isn't usually my favorite, but I went to the drive thru for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The bacon egg & cheese croissant was nice & hot and the coffee was quite good. The nicest part was the server, Heather, who was pleasant and friendly, and made my morning start off in a great way. read more
