I had to come on here to update my review as this location has gotten better thankfully but it still has it's quirks. I ordered my subs through the app, picked up my order that was ready and waiting and once again the bread was a bit hard on top and it really didn't have as much meat as I would have preferred - it just seemed like a lot of bread. Everything else was fresh and tasted good. I found that if I go into the location and see them preparing the subs while I am there they put more meat and use fresher bread. I like using the app for quickness, accuracy and to get rewards points but if they continue to treat online orders with less care I may have to once again skip this location for a while. read more

I ordered through the app and came here for pick up. I've never had Jersey Mikes, but I know a lot of people have said it's really good. I ended up trying it out and getting the new Philly sub special. When I came into the place to pick up my order, no one was at the front. Both employees near the station did see me, but no one came over. I had to wait a bit until the manager actually saw me standing there, then told for one of the employees and to attend to me. I came about 2-3 minutes early of my pick up time. I was told that the full order wasn't ready, but would be soon. There was a line of customers who were getting their subs made, while I waited for the order I placed 20-30 minutes prior. Cool, I guess. I ended up waiting for almost 15-20 minutes more before they finished the rest of my order and gave it to me. By then, it was about 2-3 other people also behind me, waiting for pick up orders. None of our orders were marked as well, so we had to take apart each sandwich to figure out whose was who's. The meat was a (little) salty but outside of that, it was a good portion and size. I wouldn't say I was stuffed, but it was filling for a normal sub (It wasn't the foot long). The bread was soft and tasted fresh. All in all, the sandwich was good and I would give it a solid 7.5/10. I would say, the customer service could improve a lot. I'm not sure if they're understaffed and overwhelmed, which I guess would be understandable. All in all, from the experience and food I would give this a 3.5/5. I will say the manager was very friendly and helpful, kudos to you sir. Given that, I'm unsure if I would come again. read more

This is by far the worst Jersey Mike's location I have ever been too. The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Do not order extra meat as they don't give it you but they sure do charge for it. After three orders which seemed very light on the meat content of the sandwich even after paying for extra, I decided to order without extra meat. Low and behold? Same amount as I got when I paid the $4 up-charge for "extra." Trying to bring this to the attention of the manager on duty got me no where as she was one of the most ratchet ever. You'd think we were on the streets not a place of business. She hurled insults used the N word, the works. She isn't fit to clean a toilet. I ordered a sandwich for lunch and had it delivered. The Newburgh Location. The amount of lettuce that was on there could have been used for a foot long or 2 regulars. I have pictures of it. It was made so sloppy. The bread wasn't the same size portion and the oil/vin/ which I requested to as "please very very very light oil/vinegar please" had the bread soggy. The brown outside wrapper was damp from the sandwich seeping through. I literally used rubber gloves to eat the sandwich at my desk at work. I wasted a free regular sandwich points on this. I also ordered a pepsi zero, but received a diet Pepsi (unsure of they were out of Pepsi zero) I have had this issue of soggy bread before, even when i say light or very little oil/vin - and I usually just throw it out and eat the meat and cheese, and have never complained, but I just want to get what I ordered. read more

Be very careful! I ordered 2 subs and a chicken bowl on 3/10/2025. I ate my Roasted Chicken sub (no complaints) and my wife ate the Chicken bowl. (no complaints). I saved the turkey sub for lunch on 3/11/2025. About one hour after eating the sub I started to experience the equivalent effects of ingesting a THC edible. I was definitely high; I had the sweats; I had tingling on my lips and face - a 100% telltale sign of THC and my heartbeat was racing. This lasted over eight hours. I contacted Jersey Mike's via their website and they did not have the courtesy to even reply. I guess they don't care about what happens to their customers! I don't think THC is listed on the customization list but I am 99% sure my sandwich was sabotaged. read more

I was not very fond of sandwiches, but I think Jersey Mikes has changed my mind. Yes, there is Panera and Subway, but for someone that avoids gluten for health reasons, a sandwich is never the first thing that'll cross my mind when it comes to looking for my next meal when I'm on the go. It's so awesome that they have gluten free options for those with gluten intolerance or celiac disease, and only for a few dollars more. We really enjoyed our Mikes Famous Philly's, and I would definitely also recommend the Chicken Philly. The location in Newburgh also has seemed very clean the times I have gone. And yesterday evening, the two gentlemen working were very prompt and courteous. read more

So sad this place has gone down hill so fast. The music is so loud it's obnoxious. No one can here anything but the music which is why they never get the orders right. The lettuce and tomatoes are disgusting today my wife and I just left as we are not going to eat wilted/rotten food. The owner needs to pay a visit to this place and get it sorted out. I have been coming since day one and they have continued their decline into lazy and obnoxious service not to mention the quality of the food and the quality of the work the employees perform when dealing with customers. If I could get it zero stars I would. We frequent Jersey Mike's quite a bit in Florida so I decided to try the one in Newburgh New York. It was absolutely atrocious. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich that had absolutely no buffalo sauce on it at all when I brought it back in and questioned it, the young lady Madison was willing to give me back my money. Another young girl decided to come out from the back start giving me an attitude and telling us we were being disrespectful and then banning us from her store. I left went to my car she came outside and started videoing my car and yelling at us telling us she was going to call the police because we were still sitting in the parking lot and we were harassing them mind you I was on the phone with my daughter. Came into the restaurant around 8:30, didn't leave until 2 minutes before 9. First we started off with a young man who was obviously working with another customer before we got in line. The other staff member was busy for a moment, young lady with bleach blond curly hair, Whom decided to take over when the young man was half way through making our two subs because she said he was being too slow. In transition I let her know we didn't want the sandwiches cut in half. She took all of the utensils off of the line, and gave me an attitude when i had asked for mayo on the sandwich. Furthermore , politely reminded her not to cut the sandwiches, she did anyway. Long story short, I would have left happier being patient with the slower worker knowing my order would've been made with carefulness, than rushed and sloppily put together to get us out of the store so she could lock the door as we left. first visit ever 4/1/21. i enjoyed there was a lot of choices of subs and the prices i have say are about the same as subways. so i ordered the Italian combo, with vinegar and oregano only, no veggies. i barely waited for my order and it was made correct and i was thanked for the business. my sub was fresh tasting and meats themselves felt like fresh cut deli cuts, rather then prepackage product. wish they had more side options then just bags of chips. otherwise a pleasant first visit. read more

First time coming to this location. Sandwiches were sooo good! Service was not the best. Two young ladies with attitudes and air pods in who made the sandwiches were not so great. One cut my bread and the other just starred at me so I guess that was my cue to say what I wanted on the sandwich. No greeting or anything from the ladies. This location is in a good spot in newburgh. Its new and clean, but that doesnt give any excuse for spotty customer service. Of course i'll give benefit of the doubt and say they're all new and learning as they go, but it takes zero skill to be kind! Prefer driving to Fishkill for jersey mikes. They are more organized, and friendlier. When we order online in Fishkill ready in 20 minutes. When we order newburgh never ready. Both places the food is always fresh though. read more

I am a first responder wanting to try Jersey mikes for the first time. After the two girls I just dealt with at this location I will never eat at jersey mikes. I came in to order was looking at the menus and was told to go to the order here sign to order. After that I was rudely asked by another girl "was I ok" with an attitude. I was told that she always asks that, if that is the case then she needs to go back to customer service school. Anyway I left the store with a bad taste in my mouth and won't go back. Sandwiches are 5. This review is for whatever service they use to deliver the food (GRUBHUB). Since I can't review them I have to do it here. Hopefully Jersey Mike's says something to them. I recently ordered and as always, in this new contactless world, left a folding tray on my porch. Food was paid for in advance plus tip by card. While doing other tasks around the house I heard the doorbell. I figured if it was the food they would leave it as other delivery people have. Some wait in the driveway and i realize it when I retrieve the food. I wave. They wave. They go on their merry way. So I continued doing what I was doing around the house. Doorbell rings again. So I stop what I'm doing and secure everything (power tools) for safety. On way to the door it rings again. Wtf!!! Looking through the peephole it's a woman. In my mind I'm thinking "if it's the food delivery why not leave it and be on your way!" I open the door and the women is either surprised that I live in the house or whatever it is because she just stares at me (she has no mask on by the way). I say hello and she continues to stare (no my fly wasn't open, had nothing hanging from my nose, etc). She finally says my wife's name and that's it. Not... I have a delivery, your food is here, anything to identify who she is (she doesn't have a bag in her hand which is strange). I ask who she it and she goes back to the staring bit. I ask again. She's now looking at her phone and not answering so at this point I close the door. She gets back in her car in the driveway and sits in it (this I later find out is when she calls my wife's number from the receipt). So now at this point I'm ready to go out there and confront her on my property, being on the lookout for a setup for maybe a home invasion or something (you never know). Luckily why wife comes driving up the driveway. She gets the food, and the delivery person leaves. All the whole she never left food on tray that was paid for, and never said she was there to deliver food. My wife says maybe I intimidated her, but how could that be. You rang my bell more than once and all you had to do was leave the food. Even after I answered the door she didn't say who she was. My wife is afraid to order now. I don't care either way. If a want a sandwich I'll go to the store. Mikes need to find smarter people to deliver. read more
