Because it might actually take you "26" minutes to get a chicken bacon ranch, or "42" minutes to get a Chitpole chicken. This was pretty sad service. Was going to try this place for the first time the other night, online said they closed at 9pm. Went there, sign on the door said they were closing at 8pm, weird but okay? 20 minutes before close is when I got there (since online said they closed at 9). Ordered 20 minutes ahead and food wasn't ready when we arrived; waited another 10 minutes while some guy coughed into his hands and someone made our sandwich - hopefully not him. All of the dudes seemed like they hated being there; the only bright spot was the young lady working. I came here to grab my birthday sandwich that they give you for free if you sign up with them. This is the second year I've gone and every time they are so kind and amazing. That's up to you, but I tried this after seeing the commercials ad nasuem, it was so so. Small and light on the meat and condiments, then again, so is Subway. JM is good in a pinch I guess. Take it from me, if you want a sub, just run next door to Wally World, get some sliced deli meats, cheese, some rye bread and mustard or may packets and you will be a lot happier and fuller with the meal. Best bet nowadays is to order online with the Jersey Mike's app so you don't have to wait 6ft around people and can skip the sometimes long lines around lunch time. Today I decided to order a tuna wrap with onions, jalapeno, tomatoes and two slices of bacon and it was very delicious and fresh definitely hit the spot. I've repeatedly submitted advance orders only to arrive at the pick-up time to nothing... and to add insult to injury, I watch people walk in, submit orders, and take their food away... before they even start my order. ordered subs using app, someone went to pickup the three subs I ordered. I told them to just give my name and say it was a mobile order, which they did. The person was given two subs, person questioned worker. worker responded by saying, no the order was for only two subs, but the giant sub was two subs in one. I went back with the order which was wrong, as it was someone else's order. worker argued with me and said it was the persons fault. I knew better based on the workers attitude of seemingly knowing everything. Long story short, I collected my order (now cold, which were hot subs) and the worker took back the wrong order (seemingly putting it back on the counter for the other person to retrieve) which if so is disgusting as I brought those home. no way should anyone else be given subs returned from someone's home!!! I have been to the Fishkill location at least 10 times. Service always excellent no matter who takes care of you. Food is perfect. I think just enough. I have tried many different subs. This isn't a Subway or a Blimpie's type of chain, but a much better, real deli/restaurant type with everything made fresh using good, tasty, ingredients. What a disappointment, the Italian sub was nothing more than a ham sandwitch. They use funny names for the the real Italian cold cuts. The bread is a glorified hot dog bun. I'm a Jersey Mike's Customer through and through, but these guys impressed me today. I've been to many franchises in the tri-state area and the quality of the product is always consistent, but the attention to detail and customer service today was the attention getter. With the current situation of our country and especially our area with the Corona situation, your team members kept their composure. They kept the attention to detail of their customers orders sharp while the heightened amount of orders kept coming. All that while still being polite to everyone that walked in the door. Also the cleanliness of the store was kept up during the visit while changing gloves and washing hands non-stop. Granted this is what the cornerstone of customer service should be, but it's not always delivered. But the only thing they couldn't do today was do a delivery and had to tell a phone order they were to busy with in store customers. Kudos to your shift manager and owner on your people. Went here on the second day they were open. The place was packed and the lines were a bit chaotic but they are in the shakedown period so that is to expected. The reason to go there is for the food.
