Service here is beyond terrible. Placed my order thru the app with a time to pick up at 6:17p made me wait at the window without any apologies for the delay with no one in line and the store empty until 6:29pm. You can see the young ladies laughing and talking about the soda machine not working. Finally get the sandwich and it was cold!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only are they very slow with their drive thru. But If you order from door dash, be prepared to not get your full order. Constantly missing fries, or nuggets. (Almost every time we order, which I should know better by now) Tonight my boyfriend ordered through door dash, he was called 20 minutes later from the dasher saying she got to the store and was waiting and apparently the manager went up to here and asked if she was waiting for an order - she said yes and the manager told her "oh we threw the food away, we are closing early" (mind you this was 930 pm and they close at 11, and the order went through via door dash) when I called the store at 10 pm I was like, oh? Your open? And she goes "no I had to close early" I said oh okay, we'll I had a door dash order and apparently it got thrown away? And she said "no I never got an order on my screen, if I did I would have made it" LIE! So I said, oh well ... it was confirmed on door dash? And she got all huffy and said "my co worker got sick and went home, I can't do this by myself" with an attitude. If I could give a half star I would. Needless to say I have learned my lesson and will NEVER go here again. 1. The apparent lack of leadership is staggering 2. I ordered a Rodeo King value meal and waited for almost 20 mins for a cold burger, you want to know how cold the cheese wasn't even melted. 3. There was a line of people so long at lunch time people walked away after 10 mins in line with no service cuz the girls behind the counter talked the whole time. 4. They never should have rebuilt after the fire. 5. I will only be going to Wendy's from now on when I want a quick bite. Unsure why Saul G's excellent review was not recommended as we've had the same experience as he and his family have had (and other local families, too). This BK simply is chronically understaffed and their service is very hit or miss. The food quality also suffers the same variations .... All has led us to drive out of our way to one of three nearby Wendy's instead. read more

I have come to this Burger King a total of three times, and everytime it's gotten worse. First few times they completely blew my order out of the water. I asked for a bacon king meal and ended up getting a chicken sandwich. This most recent time and most certainly last time I went I had to sit in the drive through and watch the employee taking care of my order just sit there on her phone and vape. Maybe if you spent less time vaping and checking your phone then you'd actually give me my correct order. But, of course, after sitting there for 20+ minutes I finally got my order and brought it back home just to open the bag and have it be the wrong order AGAIN. read more

We live in Easton, about 3 minutes from this Burger King. Since this location reopened a few months ago (there was a fire), we have been there 4 times. The new restaurant is relatively clean and nicely appointed. They even have the new coke dispensing machine that offers tons of different flavors. So much for the good news. Unfortunately, every time we go there it takes forever to get our order. My visit yesterday however, was the worst. We placed our order at 12:47pm and 25 minutes later still had not received it. I should have known better when I walked in and saw several customers, obviously upset, all waiting for their food. Finally, I told the manager that we couldn't wait any longer and wanted our money back. Without any apology or explanation, she simply told me to give her our reciept and she begrudgingly refunded our money. We eat at Burger Kings often, but I can tell you that until the issues are resolved at this Easton location, we won't be going back. Not only does the service time need to be corrected, but management needs to learn how to properly and courteously deal with customer concerns. read more

I can only agree with the other reviews. This is the worst Burger King, or any other fast food restaurant, I have ever been in. They took forever. When one of the customers complained, the girl at the counter just said "things here take awhile", you could tell it wasn't the first time she had said that, and didn't seemed bothered by it at all. It wasn't even busy, now I know why. My burger was luke warm, my fries were cold, but my toddlers nuggets were blazing. they were out of 4 different drink selections-probably because they didn't bother to change them out. And the place looked like no one had cleaned it since the morning, this was dinner time. Plain and simple-they sucked, and you can tell they didn't have the personal pride to care anthing about it...
