Said the computer is down. They're no longer serving food. You just took the person in front of me's order and then miraculously the computer went down and you can't take any more orders. I parked at this Wendy's around 130PM on a Tuesday. I walked inside and was told they're not open even though the doors were open and the store was open. I was told to get in the drive-through line by a very direct employee. The reason I went inside the store was to not wait in the car line, by the time I got back outside the drive through had increased in size. A few others parked while I was in line and I had to tell them through my car window to not go inside and to get in the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru and when i got my food it was wrong. I told the drive thru employee and she said out loud "oh my god" as if inconvenienced her by wanting my order to be correct. Poor experience. read more

They're take out window opens at 6:30am, 7days/week, according to sign. I arrived 7:15am on Saturday and the entire restaurant was closed. Understandable and forgivable due to current employment issues. This morning (Tuesday) I arrived 7:45am, the take-out window is open, I pull up to the speaker to order a breakfast sancwich, "I'M SORRY SIR, WE ARE OUT OF EGGS". Did I hear this correctly? How can a restaurant serving breakfast be OUT OF EGGS! This is not forgivable and demonstrates a real problem in management!! This specific Wendy's is one of the oldest locations in existence and from the outside, it's really falling apart. It's old and doesn't nearly look as modern and clean as either of the Brockton locations or the completely new Mansfield Wendy's. It is just there for the locals who don't feel like driving the five to ten extra minutes. Where I live you'll have to drive thirty minutes to even reach a Wendy's! Anyway, because I do much prefer Wendy's food in comparison to McDonald's and Burger King, I stopped here when I was driving by one day and thought it was alright. The service was efficient for the most part and the drive thru line moved quickly enough that I wasn't annoyed. What did annoy me was that they gave me a Vanilla Frosty instead of chocolate and it must have taken a good two minutes for them to figure out how to process the coupon I had (always do the surveys online, on the back of your Wendy's receipt for $2 your next sandwich or salad!). Parking lot is large enough and even better, the traffic light at the exit and entrance helps ease traffic considerably. Prices are average for Wendy's, and the quality is also average for Wendy's (don't expect the Capital Grille, but it's better than BK or McD's). Once they do a complete "gut" job on this Wendy's and make sure staff are trained to get orders accurate and enter coupons quickly, I'll reconsider my rating, but for now three stars shall suit them well.... over in Mansfield, they are much more efficient! 3 stars. read more

It's a Wendy's. You get some of the best fast-food burgers available. Unfortunately, this location has the second worse service of any fast-food joint I've been to in the area (second only to a different Wendy's down the road). The drive-through is slow and barely functional, often requiring you to pull over to the side and wait for food. Special orders are often wrong, and the staff always seems rushed and dismissive. If you want Wendy's food, this is a Wendy's, so they'll have it. Just be prepared to be very frustrated by the service, and hope you don't have any special requests. read more

I can't stand this Wendy's. They always mess up my order. Like WHY AM I PAYING EXTRA FOR EXTRA STUFF TO ONLY GET IT WITHOUT IT. Tonight I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal and when I got home, it was just bread and chicken. No mayonnaise, tomato, or lettuce. And I also ordered a loaded baked potato. Without the chile. Opened it and of course, there was just the potato, cheese, and chives. No bacon or broccoli. When I called the manager to let her know of my complaint, she honestly sounded like she didn't care. At least last time, the manager then offered to take my name, so I could get another for free. This place rips me off all the time. I'm paying for extra stuff but I never get it. read more

Just driving home with my girlfriend and we decide to stop here to get something for the car ride. We went through the drive through, we were the only car there. She ordered a 4x4 with a coke, I got the $5 bag with a sprite. I immediately noticed that I did not get a sprite, but thought "no biggie, coke is fine." We pull out and continue our drive home. My girlfriend takes a sip out of her drink and looks at me and said it wasn't coke. So I had her try mine. Nope, not coke either. I take a sip out of both and couldn't put my finger on what I was tasting but it was a familiar taste. After a few seconds, I realized it was .... root beer. The root of all evil in the soda world. The person at the cash register who is also the janitor looks like a crack head. He talks extreme fast and make intense eye contact. He was spotted handling a mop and bucket before taking our order. Not only that he was seen frolicing in the kitchen. The wait for our food sub par food was obnoxiously long. We waited another 20 minutes for our food after we complained about not having it. I only go to this Wendy's. Because it's close to my work, and I usually only get a 4 for 4 crispy sandwich with an extra crispy chicken sandwich. But every single time I've gone, the simple 4 for 4 has taken a monumental amount of time to receive. I also ask for cheese and mayo only on the sandwiches. But in the long time it takes to give me my order. They some how forgot the cheese and re added the lettuce. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I'm charged for the cheese BUT I NEVER GET IT. It's so simple. If your workers can't make that simple of an order or even at least remember to put cheese. Then stop charging for it I've paid for more cheese at that place than I've actually gotten. I usually don't write a bad review because I don't want to be that guy, but when every time I go there, they mess the same thing up on that simple of an order. Best Wendy's out there, I have been going here for 10 years and this is by far the best fast food place ever. They can have a line out to the street in the drive thru and you will still be through in no time. The food is always fresh and hot. I really don't know how they do it so consistently.
