We went to dinner we barely got our food and employee telling us the lobby closes in 5 minutes!! we brought my 94 year old father in law into eat he has dementia really bad and it takes him a while to eat!! they come out at 10:10 and tell us we need to leave the dining room is closed!! Managers here are unprofessional. They're often yelling at or berating their employees, in front of customers. They shouldn't be talking like this to their employees at all, doing it in front of customers just makes it worse. I actually heard a manager tell someone they were an idiot. Not cool. Aside from that, service is slow, drive through is always backed up, my orders are only correct half the time and the employees don't really know how to interact with customers. They're very unpleasant. In the drive through they'll often be talking loudly to someone else while you're trying to place your order, I never know if they're listening or not, but then they get irritated when I stop talking. Surprised, I stood up to ask the manager for different sandwiches, because I was only one bite into 3 stale sandwiches, and I really wanted those quality Burger King sandwiches that I expected. When I got to the counter to find a manager, I saw at 10:00 am, ABOUT 35 PREDONE PREWRAPPED SANDWICHES SITTING UNDER THE HEATER LIGHT, LINED UP TO PASS OUT. I THEN REALIZED MY SANDWICHES WERE PROBABLY UNDER THE HEAT PREMADE SINCE 6:00 AM. My gag reflexes overtook my mouth, and I was not physically able to talk to a manager. I threw away the sandwiches on the way out, along with my love for Burger King. I went there this evening to pick up a postmates order...I waited 15 minutes before anyone helped me and then waited another 12 min for an order that should of been ready when I got there. There was an employee in the back tall male with slicked back blonde hair that kept touching his face, not wearing his mask and putting his gloved hands in his pockets and on trash. 3 of the 4 employees working there were moving so slow despite seeing a line wrapped around the building and people waiting inside. There was only employee that was holding this place together (middle aged, with single braids), he was running around doing everything and the only one who bothered to apologize for absurdly long wait.
