It's been years since I stepped foot inside a Chik Fil A...it's too easy to hit the drive through and be on my way. But today I parked my car and went inside-and couldn't have been happier. At first, I was intimidated by the full parking lot and long line inside, but it moved incredibly fast. While my son and I waited, a friendly staff member brought peppermint milkshakes for us to try. I immediately forgot about the line. Every employee was dressed like they take their jobs seriously. Shirt and ties, blouses, pearls. Not your traditional fast food attire. And they were all busy-wiping down tables, cleaning the glass on the door, checking in on customers, etc. Nobody was standing around looking bored. And while they were working, they were greeting people and offering to refill drinks and clear trash. Now the drive through is PAINFULLY slow! i am there at least once a week, and it doesn't matter what time of day it is, the drive-through is extremely slow. For starters, I'm a big Chick-fil-A fan. I've never had any issues at this location, or any other with the quality of food or service. I give 3 stars because of the location. It's difficult to even get into the parking lot when things are even a little busy. The drive through line frequently wraps around the building and one of entryways into the park lot is blocked by a median. To be honest, I'm not really sure what they can do about this, but it's enough of a turn off to keep me from coming here more often In their defense though, their app is pretty awesome and gives you a lot of options to order online where you can choose to pick up your food inside, through the drive through (though I don't know why anyone would do that), or have it dropped off curbside. read more

Last time I was here it was okay! They usually have their drive thru system down considering how packed it gets. But this time was a bust. The drive thru person signaled us to go into a different line and then three cars went behind us and the new person taking ordered missed two cars in front of us along with our order. If I've ever needed a refill water bottle, or just use the bathroom I was always allowed to and the staff were always kind and respectful. Went to this location with mom for lunch yesterday to get in on the peach milkshake while it's in season. It was delicious. Also got chicken sandwiches and some chicken tenders but while they are very good I don't think they are the best value compared to competitors like Canes which is only two stores south of them now. Canes tenders are twice the size and less the price and every bit as good. The chicken sandwich had a pretty small breast on it, I can get a lot better value at Canes as well on it. So I'll just get specialty items that I can only get from Chick fil A from now on and go get the rest of my order from Canes if I want a better value for my $. The staff members are always friendly and greet you with a smile. You can hear their smile when they take your order in the drive thru window! They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your meal. There was a time where it was still breakfast time, but I wanted some waffle fries. Whoever was in charge let me order the fries at 730am!!!! I love this place. I tend to go through drive thru because I'm rushing to work first thing in the morning and they are really fast! First I would say that the attitude of the staff at this location is awesome. Lot's of smiles, and greetings, polite interaction. The service is fantastic in spite of the high volume of business they receive. I have never waited more than 15 minutes even at their peak business times. The food they serve is in my opinion the best chicken related products that I have eaten around the world. The line was pretty long but he find it necessary to knock on my window twice to move the line up even though everyone is going one direction. There was a impatient male truck driver behind me that kept pulling up too close almost hitting my vehicle. I complained to the "manager" about that team member and she didn't bother to apologize for his actions. If you're looking for a restaurant that treats customers well, steer clear of this one.
