You need to go to a Burger King near you... but before you do, go on YouTube and search Burger King commercial 2026. It is the most wonderful commercial I have seen for a fast food restaurant in decades. They humbled themselves, admitted mistakes, and urged people to give them another try. So I did this week. 10 months ago I came to this restaurant and that was my first time going to a Burger King in years. 10 months ago I was not impressed. In fact I was very disappointed on a variety of levels. But I tried it twice this week, and I ordered the same items pretty much. First of all the service was great, the drive-through staff had energy, gave off a positive vibe, was engaging and polite. The order was correct even. I tried the Whopper (not the specialty ones, just the basic Whopper). It was extremely filling, tasted great, looked good and a sandwich that I definitely would try again. Was everything absolutely perfect? No...but what a massive improvement. We have all tried McDonald's, Wendy's, Hardee's and some days they're great and some days they're a little off... but we go back to them. Isn't it time we show that same loyalty and forgiveness to Burger King? They have asked for another chance, so give them a try... remember they're doing a revamp of their stores... store by store, team by team, burger by burger. So they may not have gotten to the one that you're going to try, but they will be. And if you're unhappy with your experience, let them know. Call the 800 number, email them, post a review on Google maps and/or on Yelp. I ordered on the app on my lunch break thinking I would just swing over to grab my food, and I waited a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru for them to help the people in front of me and get my food to me. I pretty much had to swallow it whole to get back to work on time. Only go here if you have an hour lunch. This location was only a 3 minute drive from where I'm working. We ordered Saturday night and pretty much everything had something incorrect about it, like we ordered the $22 bundle and most of the burgers were burnt, and the nuggets had cheesy tots in them, although we didn't order them, so we called to make a report but no one answered, so we came back today and Esme, a worker, helped us and made the food again, and she was very respectful and kind. If I could leave a negative star review I would. To start it took almost 15 minutes through the drive through. Then I get home to find only half my order. Call, no answer. Just rings. Go back, manager was busy but finally said they would remake the order. Wait another 20 minutes. Get home and my son, who is autistic, bites into his chicken sandwich and there is a 4-6 inch piece of packing tape right in the middle of it. I returned and the manager first ignored me for over 5 minutes while I waited. She was in the lobby on a personal call. She gets done, sees me again, walks right by me, and I wait another 5 minutes. Finally she comes out, snippy this time and I tell her what happened. She goes on to say that couldn't have happened, her employees would never do that, no apologizing at all. So I called the police and got a police report filed because I felt thus was in retribution for having to remake my order. The police said this is one of the worst Burger Kings in town, employees fighting customers, etc. I give corporate and the owner a chance to make this right in any way, and they just ignored me. The app has made it much simpler to receive a correct order. The food has always tasted good. I'm especially impressed with the Double Whopper from last Wednesday, that also had bacon & cheese added to it. It was very probably the best burger in my memory. The timing of orders is frequently / consistently delayed and requires the customer to pull forward and wait at the end of building. That's not exactly having it your way. At least their receipts are readable, compared to the years of streaked paper that prevented any survey responses. You still have to ask for your paper receipt; & they'll seem surprised that you want it; but you can obtain one, now. My friend wanted to post two photos and couldn't. We have stopped by here several times on the way to Marcus South Shore. The staff is pretty friendly. Our clerk was taking to us about the movies. We had an experience though the drive through when we were coming back from the movies that made us love coming here. The inside is updated with this huge modern seating. The handles to the restaurant doors are spatulas. A lot of the new BK"s are trying to break out of the mold of what a fast food restaurant should look like. The food is fresh and we got some coupons! Cheap date night but good none the less. Whopper's hit the spot. Tables were the only thing that needed attention. They also had the new self serve Coke machines where you can customize your drink experience. read more

Stopped on our way to Holy Hill Basiilca. This BK is just Off the 94 freeway. It's clean, employees were nice and worked fast on our orders which were simple enough to have no mistakes. The restroom was clean and well maintained. What can I say? It's a standard BK with the standard menu items, but it's in a good location for a quick pick-me-up and pit stop. read more

We decided to order the family bundle from Burger King which was normally 1299 before this it's now 1499 next our door Dash delivery driver continuously does not read our directions about where and how to drop the food off he goes to the parking lot which there is no doorbell there nor is there a buzzer We shouldn't have to continue to tell him to go to the front and finally I have some pictures of proof that we ordered no onions on our whoppers and on all three burgers with an order of no onions there are onions so how do you expect me to give you five stars for this? Wow, worst experience EVER! The staff were told not to accept any new orders. So we stood and waited to order for a long time. While we were waiting, some worker came over and barked at us that they were out of food and it would take 15 mins to get our order. We hadn't even ordered yet. We got our food, which included nuggets. The nuggets were literally, charcoal black and completely inedible. In addition, we were missing a sandwich. In addition, the tables were all filthy. They could at least provide Lysol wipes if customers have to clean a table. On top of all this, the survey on the receipt didn't even work. The owner(s) of this titanic needs to check out this place. Overview - Somewhat recently remodeled Burger King with so-so customer service and decent food. Food 2.5/5 Customer Service 2/5 This particular location looks very nice compared to your typical BK. More stylized seating and tvs within set it a step above the status quo. I have had my absolute worst customer service experience at this location, and I mean all time worst customer service. My wife and I still joke about it because it was so bizarre. But recently (4/2016) it's been much better. It's quick and convenient especially so close to I94. read more

This place is horrible. I resurrected this Yelp account just so I can post my review of this horrible, horrible place. I don't know how you can burn chicken nuggets. Doesn't the microwave make a "ding" sound when it's done cooking? Besides serving us subpar nuggets, their soda machine was missing over half of its flavors and the ones that were available were flat and tasteless. The cashier also forgot to add my order so I didn't get my food but I didn't want to wait until the next millennium to get something to eat since they have only one person making the food in the kitchen. The only thing that this Burger King has going for it is that they have a bunch of electrical outlets in case you want to sit here and charge your phone plus a fairly clean restroom. You don't need to purchase food in order to use those things. Oh, and I'm unable to take their stupid survey to give them feedback because their receipt printer also sucks. read more

Conversation went like this - I saw the egg burrito on the sign at the drive through, I asked for that. She said "we don't have that". Me " it's on your sign", She "no it's not". Me "I can show it to you" She "we only have that on the sign for breakfast." It's still on the sign. She obviously doesn't know what is on the sign. So I tried to order a chicken sandwich basket. She said "small, medium or large". Me "what's the difference"? She recited sizes in ounces. Ok so she meant to ask what size drink. I was curious about sandwich sizes. Culvers has a snack pack with a smaller size sandwich. She "you haven't ordered through a drive through before" (tone was nasty, put down) She; "Go away" She yelled to make it clear who is boss. This isn't the first time. I ordered two eggs only croissants this morning and I repeated egg only no cheese no meat. I also ordered a medium coffee with two creams. I felt like I waited probably 10 minutes only to get two croissants that were cold and had cheese on them. The coffee lid had dried coffee spots all over it was absolutely gross. We ordered through the drive thru and when we get to the window the girl says oh by the way we're only taking cash right now... but why didn't she say anything before we got to the window, like when we ordered maybe? And she gave no reason, like the wifi is down or the card machine is broken. I can only assume she's scamming people by giving out food and pocketing the cash, and she didn't want to say cash only through the speaker when I ordered in case it was recorded or the manager would hear. I stopped here on the way to a haunted house with my s/o. I love Halloween and I'm a vegetarian, so I asked for the Halloween Whopper with a veggie patty. The staff was VERY accommodating, and asked me ingredient by ingredient how I wanted my sandwich, service you can't even find at some sit-down restaurant! They also did this with confident smiles, not confused looks. I was further impressed by the service when the manager went table to table asking guests if they were enjoying their meal. Also, the staff is very friendly and went the extra mile- I was dressed for Halloween haunts and on the way by the cashier gave me something to complete my outfit! read more

This fast food joint has recently been renovated and the new concept feels like they are trying to be more upscale and trendy. Fancy lounge style furniture and HD TV's on the walls. My Mushroom Swiss Burger was better than most fast food Burgers. My Onion Rings were OK, but no where near as good as Dairy Queen's. Finally, my Mocha Frappe was good, but I like Arby's Jamocha Shake better. I really liked the changes in this BK, but there was something weird about eating my burger while watching Anderson Cooper Interview a man and his RealDoll (I can't explain it here.
