The second lane is for mobile pickup which is for drivers who placed an order ahead of time and area sliding through quickly. I do not usually rate fast food places but I go here on occasion since my physical therapy place is nearby. I will start with how the service always seems to be a bunch of cheerful people. I am not a huge morning person but I have never been here in the morning and had anyone seem like they needed coffee. I have always been greeted with a kind greeting, smile and let's just be honest---Chik-Fil-A's service is FAST. SO FAST! They should implement what they do at every fast food place. The wait is never long--whether you are ordering in the drive-thru, mobile or carside. I have done them all and never waited more than 10 minutes unless I asked for no salt on my fries. As for the food? It's like an addiction. Whatever they do to make their chicken nuggets, deluxe chicken sandwiches and breakfasts are for sure addicting! The food is always fresh and hot when I have gone there and of course the fries are always crispy too. One of my favorite locations in SE Wisconsin! I frequently choose to go to this chick-fil-a even though it's further than a few other options that my wife would prefer because of proximity. Here is why though: Service,service, service! As someone who lived in GA at the boom of chick fil a this location brings that my pleasure attitude to everything. We dined in this time for a little breakfast date and there was something sticky on the seat so we asked for a wipe to clean it ourselves and the employee took it upon himself to clean it for us and wipe it dry. He went sour of his way to check on us for refills of our drink or any other things we needed which makes a difference. Also, for families we witnessed them cleaning and sanitizing the play pen area which was reassuring as we know many places don't make this always a standard practice. I picked up an order of 60 chicken nuggets for $34.70 for the son from here. The place was clean and the staffer friendly. On a mobile order, they won't prepare the order until you show up, so that's a good quality control practice. I found the nuggets to be on the salty side, and that's been my general experience with Chick-fil-A products anyway. I also noticed one other thing after visits to 3 different Chick-fil-A's. For whatever reason, the entrance to the drive-in lanes and/or parking spots is a bit convoluted and pretty easy to get wrong and getting turned around, lol. Be ready, just saying! read more

This is my go to Chick-fil-A location. I often stop by on my way home from work to grab a quick dinner. The food is always exactly as ordered. At times they forget dressings for salads, which is frustrating, but by and large, everything is great. The team there is always extremely pleasant and makes an effort to get to know me on my visits. read more

1) The Good: this location hires MATC students and works around their college schedules to help them succeed. 2) The Even Better: this is by far the most diverse workforce (across multiple dimensions) in Oak Creek, a town that refuses to honor Martin Luther King Day even in their public schools. 3) The Best: this really diverse crew, including some college students, they really work well together. This is usually the result of good on site leadership. I'm not completely sure that's what's going on here, but I am a sociologist. A) The not so good: their default is to avoid environmental responsibility. I have to be very quick to preempt the plastic straw, lid cover even when "dining" in. Polystyrene cups. Very little recycling and they are yet to bring in a plant based protein chicken substitute. read more

This review isn't about the food or service at the local Chick-fil-A. It's about how irresponsible and inconsiderate their delivery driver was to park her vehicle in a handicapped parking spot despite there being dozens of open parking spots that were not designated for the handicapped (I'm attaching a photo of the Chick-fil-A vehicle sitting in the handicapped space with its emergency flashers on). As an individual with a disability that significantly limits my mobility, it's always troubling when I try to park my vehicle in a handicapped space, but am unable to because someone without a permit (or disability) has parked there! I waited to see the driver return to her car and she had no problem quickly walking out of the medical office building and jumping into her illegally parked car. I understand the need to deliver food as quickly as possible, but she could have parked elsewhere and only added 20-30 seconds to her delivery time at the most! Honestly I was disappointed when my 8 count nuggets were all just crispy fried bits and barely any actual chicken. I also opened a nugget and it was grey on the inside. So I took my family to Chick-fil-A for lunch. I let my little one play in the play area. I noticed that there's an outlet in the play area that's not covered. Children can very easily stick their fingers, or anything else they might have in their hand in the outlet there's a bunch of managers sitting at a table on their computers and I walked up to one and said hey, you have an outlet that's opened and uncovered. The one who looked me up and down brought back two outlet covers and covered the outlet in the children's play area kudos to you manager lady, but you still shouldn't have looked me up and down the way you did. They ask your name in the drive through. Weird, but way to be friendly! Officially, I was curious about the food because everyone raves about this place. Is it good? Heck yeah! The sandwiches stay hot forever and are juicy as can be. The fries are waffle fries. WAFFLE. CUT. FRIES. I don't need to elaborate but I will, a little. They are crispy yet squishy, perfect french fry texture. You can upgrade to tots, but don't bother. Unless you really want to pay the costly upgrade prices. I really want to support this franchise but I have issues with management morality - though it seems to be making strides in the correct direction. But more important is that they still use styrofoam cups. Just like Sonic, I cannot support this act and will continue hoping they make a change to paper or a recyclable plastic in the near future. Can they make changes? Yes. Will they? I hope so. I secretly want a chicken sandwich right now! But I can not give in until changes are made - no matter how tasty the food. I had boycotted this restaurant because of the anti gay, lesbian, etc charities they give $$ to. I was given a gift card and was going to give it away but then I read an article saying they were ending two charities that discriminate. So I drove thru and got a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, a soda and some soup. I talked to the young man who handed me my food and said what I said above. I pulled over to eat. The chicken sandwich was hot and delicious. Much better than any other fast food chain. The fries were a bit mushy but also delicious. I'll have the tortilla soup for supper.
