I ordered a 99 cent burger a while back. It was burned beyond recognition and tasted like dirt. I complained to the girl who exchanged it for another which she said would be better because it was fresher. It was the same. This time I just threw it in the garbage and left. We have lived in Pahrump for several years and often go here. We have seen this store decline over the past few months....long wait times....out of products, such as bacon and french toast sandwich syrup. And the topper; I order 4 tacos. Usually has some kind of taco sauce in them. Well, mine had bbq sauce in them....yuk. So, I would be careful. read more

I like the burgers of this store, the reason I why I gave this store a two star because of the cleanliness in the dining area. Plenty of tables are not clean and the floor has lots of food leftover especially near the soda fountain. There was even a cigarette butt on the floor, there are plenty of staff behind the counter though but most of them are busy chatting with each other. read more

Pahrump NV, Friday, July 9, 2pm. Temperature inside Burger King on Hwy 160 was registering 85 degrees on the AC monitor. It's well over 100 outside, so getting relief while eating at BK is problematic. Went to manager, she said it's working as you can see (meaning check the monitor which registered 85 degrees). It's not working right if it's 85 degrees. Manager said to call corporate, "like you always do". I told her I will. What a disgusting way to run a business. I've never given a negative review more than once to any company except Burger King. Cooks handling food with filthy fingernails, cooks pushing garbage bins outside, then cooking with same gloves used to push bin back into its spot. Love this place. Nice managers lady. Food is good too. Service is usually fast when not a ton of people.

It's Burger King and nothing fancy be aware they do not accept EBT and should post as such.

Stopped going here about a year ago as their mediocre fast food got worse. We decided today to give them another chance. Sorry yelp doesn't have minus star ratings. They weren't crowded at all, still very slow to take our orders. What I expect from fast food is Hot, Fast, and Clean. They failed on all three. The hamburger buns were of course toasted but had obviously been sitting out for some hours. They were stale and cold. Fries were greasy and cold. Dining area needed cleaning. We ended up just eating the hamburger patties and dumping the rest. Didn't bother complaining to the surly counter person since the management obviously allows this level of service. We're done here for good. We travel a lot with an rv and we'll avoid burger kings wherever we are in the future. Thumbs Down! read more

This place was horrible! We waited 10 minutes to have someone take our order (1 customer in front of us and they waited 9 minutes). It took 15 minutes to receive our food ( only two whoppers) when we sat down, the dining area was filthy. I'm not talking trays, tables cleared, etc ( although that was also bad) I'm talking dead flies on the window sills, grease and ketchup on the walls by the booths, dirty glass. I don't normally write a review, however in these times this was important. My wife and I stopped in, ordered lunch( about 12:30 pm). I noticed the cook who just came in from outside, passed the sink did NOT wash his hands, had his mask under his chin. he made a few meals, I asked to speak to the Manager (Debbie). I informed her that the man preparing the food is NOT wearing his mask, her answer was ' So'. I asked for a refund, the Manager was surprised ' A Refund? why don't you call the governor he can close us . I said I would make the call, but I still want my money back. I even attempted to reason, and said 'We need masks to enter and buy food, The Cook who came in from outside, didn't even wash his hands.' I was laughed at by a few in line, ' Sir don't give in to fear' is what one customer said, as he showed me how brave he was.. by licking the line barrier, where you order food. This place is slow... during their busiest hour (lunch) they had what looked like plenty of staff but, people were standing around everywhere waiting on food while the workers seemed to be running over each other...the manager helped out a short time but, then went to the back never to return while I was there. read more

My girl and I went to the Burger King by the Smiths. We told them to cook the fries extra crispy. When we got home not even five minutes away started to eat and the fries were cold and stale and the burgers were cold. When we called their response was we make everything to order. Then why was our food cold we said. The mangers response was the same and was not even sorry. What happened to the girl with the flower in her head she always got our order right and was always nice. This guy needs classes on costumer service from her. We were there on 7/13/17. My mother and me go to burger king every now and then and half of the time when we do they get our orders completely wrong. Today when we went there we ordered what we usually order and when we leave the drive through again our orders are wrong. This time however we went inside to correct it but we got attitude from the lady inside and had to wait 20+ minutes or so for them to correct it and even then as we got home they forgot almost everything but the chicken on my sandwich. The food can be decent when they get it right, it's the staff that needs to be replaced. I've never really had the urge to go on yelp to review something but this is just ridiculous the amount of times they get our orders wrong. read more

Food is fine if they get your order right but the 30 minute wait in the drive through or pull around and wait on the side so you don't mess up their official window times is ridiculous. It's no longer fast food I can get sit down faster. read more

Drive thru: Had to repeat my order 3 times. How had is it to understand "original chicken sandwich, no mayo, add cheese". They took forever and I had a feeling I better check it. I pulled over and sure enough, it had mayo and no cheese (even though I was charged $.30 for the cheese. It was raining and I was in my pajamas (hence the drive thru) I had to get off and go in. They scraped the mayo off (I could've done that) and microwaved some cheese in the bread. Never again will I go to this BK! read more

Yesterday I went to eat lunch. I was asking about meal deals and got no assistance. The whole restaurant was dirty. I had to clean my own booth and the soda area was filthy.
